River did a great job installing and cleaned up very well. Easy to schedule. The openers are so quiet compared to our old ones and we appreciate the newer safety features.
Knowlegable and courteous installers showed up promptly and were able to explain the problem clearly. Installation was quick and effective. Product is efficient and an improvement over the old unit.

Give these people a shot at your door business. They installed 3 commercial doors and a residential garage door.. John suggested and helped with some prep work to end up with a better outcome. His knowledge is second to none. These doors were not easy installs and Im pleased with the outcome. John is awesome!!!
This company, and specifically Jim, knows the meaning of customer service. We had to manually open our garage door during a power outage. When the power returned, the door wouldnt open using the remote. When we called, Jim walked us through the whole procedure and stayed on the phone with us until we could get it fixed. He was so patient & kind about the whole thing. And when I asked him about the fee, he said, Thats what were here for, and there is no charge. Three years ago they installed our garage door & same kind of service. Thanks a bunch, Jim.

Doors look amazing and the crew installing them was efficient, quick and very knowledgeable.
We had a garage door previously installed by Wayne Dalton Doors about 7 years ago. The garage door stopped working last week. We contacted the number listed on the service sticker which is now Nationserve. We have tried to schedule a time to have someone to come look at our door since last week. We were told they only service on Wednesdays. We were originally told this morning, no call. When my husband called to verify a time he was told this afternoon and again no call. When he called again to verify the afternoon time because he had not heard from anyone, he was told they did not know where their technicians were or if they are even able to service our door, and they wont be able to get to it until next week. We have now decided to go with someone more reliable who called back within a hour and will be out tomorrow.
