Love Ampersand! I took a cooking class 10/12 and loved it. Lisa and Gabe are a great teaching team. The food and flavors were so yummy. The other classmates were very fun. A great experience. I highly recommend the store and the classes.

I cannot say enough good things about Ampersand. The staff knows their products so well - you could come in mumbling about a sparkly seasoning with a turmeric smell that you saw two months ago and they will immediately know what you are talking about and take you to it. Additionally, Ampersand has a bunch of fun things. Whenever I am gift shopping, its so fun to start here.I havent taken a class yet, but its on my last! I *have* bought oils, cooking supplies, spice mixtures, wine, and pot holders. Its a fun place to visit!

Love it! Bought a variety of Dippers and Miscuglio, the wonderful Italian dried herb blend that perfectly flavors all meats, veggies, and pastas and makes great dip, too!

Enjoy the flavoured oils and balsamic vinegars. Great way to add the perfect touch to your meal.

Theres so many fun items to choose from. We picked up some flavored salts and a few other items. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Ampersand is the place I never knew that I needed until I attended one of their cooking classes with friends. We had a great time, were served amazing good, and learned a great deal about vinegars and oils. I am excited to try their recipes and use the interesting flavors of vinegars and oils that are available for sample prior to purchasing. What an amazing addition to the valley!

The person who helped me was very knowledgeable about his balsamic vinegars and outgoing. Lovely shop. Clean, organized, fair prices for what is available, various culinary products and utensils. Great atmosphere too! Highly recommend.
