I have been happy with the service I have received from cash energy for the past five years except for one incident (about two years ago)when the fuel was not delivered because the delivery driver thought the path to the oil fill pipe was not cleared of snow for him to get to it. Not sure what was going on at cash energy at that time as I was not able to contact them by phone for about two weeks and then the oil was delivered about three weeks late. Only time that happened and I found it surprising as that was the only time I had that complaint in all the years that I have had oil delivered it was also the only time I could not contact them by phone.. My last delivery was done by Peter F and he left a note with a thank you for maintaining a clear path to the fill pipe. Except for that incident now years back I have been satisfied with the service and communications I have had with cash energy.

Called this morning to order oil to be delivered to my home in Oxford. I was told that Cash Energy does not deliver in the Winter in my area. I was like, What are You talking about, NO WINTER delivery?..Youve got to be kidding! I said, You delivered here in November a few months ago, which we had snow on the ground then & was never told any different then, only they deliver in the Oxford area on Wednesdays! What oil doesnt deliver oil in the Winter months in Maine?? This is complete BS!! Should be -0- Stars!
