We worked with Donna and she did a great job of explaining the options and differences between the brands and models. After a while we zeroed in on the Jacuzzi J-325 and put in our order. The timing was just what was promised and the delivery guys went above and beyond to help us get it on to our deck. They even helped us temporarily take a section out of our fence to get it into the backyard. We are very happy with our whole experience and are LOVING our Jacuzzi! The hydro therapy has done wonders for us and we look forward to years of good use.
