Bill Waning Did a service call for me today. Probably the best service I have gotten from and Medical Company. Bill was on time, efficient, polite, knowledgeable and communicates the information I need clearly. Bill was willing to do what ever it took to supply my 02 and the equipment I needed. Totally understood my needs and what information I could use for future service needs and calls. I highly recommend Bill Waning and Coastal Med. Tech to any in need of 02 therapy and or C-pap or Bi-pap needs. Great service!!!!!!!!

Such a great place!!! Would recommend to anyone people are so nice and friendly. They have what you need and if they dont they get it as soon as they can... my husband and I have been working with them for the past almost 5 years and we have had no problems with them have been great to get everything my husband needs. Love the relationships we have made over the years with all of them... Melissa is such a joy when she answers the phone she is right there to get your stuff quick.. Claudine she is so full of energy and such a nice lady. Then there is Dan the oxgen delivery guy who is always checking and seeing how everyone is doing. There all just great people there.

WHen I started getting my supplies from them last year everything was good. These past few months have been horrible! Didnt get my supplies on time. Had to call numerous times and no one seemed to know what was going on. They closed their Auburn office with no notice to their customers. Its just been very stressful dealing with them. Looking for another supplier at this point.

Ive been waiting for over 7 weeks for my replacement filters, mask hose ect. On my first phone call to them after 4 weeks I was told everything was on order when I pressed more info they said it was on order in their oldorder system But they now had to reorder it in their new order system. I said its been a month when are you going to reorder . Oh well do that today you should get it in 7 to 10 days. Two weeks later and all they can say is the order was sent to our supplier so we have no idea how long it will be. Maybe theyre out and you may have to wait until they get resupplied. Now waiting to hear how much longer I have to wait If you havent ordered yet... DONT if you have ordered.... SORRY. PS another week has past and never received a follow-up phone call or my supplies..Its going no to 2 full months for them to fill my request for replacement filters mask and other consumables that have to be replace on a schedule.

I have been trying for months to get my BIPAP supplies without success. Endless reassurances and followup phone calls from me have yielded nothing. HORRIBLE GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
