For a small town Carquest is a good parts store. Most of the people who work there know what they are doing. Prices arent too bad compared to the other stores in town either

Counter people are arrogant, rude, argumentative, and less helpful than Ebola in a cancer patient. Lack of knowledge abounds plentifully in that place. Carquest corporate should get rid of that store for ineptitude. Sadly nothing has changed in that store in my lifetime. Second time in 20 years I have been in there and both times was a dismal display of business ethics. Oriellys, Napa, and even communist China has better customer service than this store. I highly recommend a person go anywhere but there. I never will again.

If you pay in CASH and have to return an item over $300.00 you have to wait for corporate to send a CHECK 7-10 DAYS!!!
