I purchased a downdraft oven fan in January 2020. After 6 months, they finally came to install the item. While being installed they determined the fan didnt work and they needed to send out a repairman to fix the fan and finish the install. Three times since they sent out an installer and when the person arrived, they said this is not an install, they need to send out a repair person. The item never worked and getting someone to answer me has been torture. Finally, they sent someone out three weeks ago and again they sent an installer. Today when trying to schedule another repairman, they told me that since it is over a year it isnt under warranty and I would have to pay for the repair. Amazing.

I am a regular consumer, not a professional in any way. I was looking for something that I thought was pretty basic: a 60-inch curved, non-adjustable shower curtain rod in a chrome color. However, apparently thats not an item thats readily stocked in most stores. Ferguson was the only place in the area that had it in stock! I was able to see availability and order online and pickup in store - the order was ready for pickup in less than an hour. It was a little confusing to find the main entrance at first, but the facility was well maintained and the staff was extremely courteous. I will definitely look at Ferguson for any of my future plumbing supply needs. Would definitely recommend!

It was a good experience, I must say that they work by the schedule, I tried to deliver the load the day before but never got a response. The day of the delivery I arrived 25 min early and was told to park on the side until they call me, they call at the exact app time, was LTL and took the about 40 min.Lessons learned: Dont show too early, theres no room.Fast and on time service.

It was good to deliver here the lady in recieving was nice i was in and out in two hours.

Super helpful and nice people. Got us everything we needed to fix a problem with our pool plumbing quickly and cost effectively. Dont bother with Lowes or Home Depot, come here first.

Good service, no face mask and social distance enforced, shame on them!!! They have the sign at the door about wearing the mask but still provide service to people not wearing one and even one of the front desk employee was wearing the mask below his nose

I needed to replace a handle and faceplate for a Moen faucet. They were able to give me exactly what I needed an excellent price and it was in stock. The young man who helped me was very helpful and was able to identify the exact parts I needed.

Weve been frequenting this location for our plumbing needs almost since it opened, and the entire counter team, including Charles and Josh especially, are all extremely knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. Lazy and combative doesnt describe anyone who has helped me when purchasing here. Something about the review saying otherwise seems really fishy to me. That person must not visit this location very often or they would know that about the entire team. Keep up the good work Fergusons!

Never buy any merchandise in cash because they will not refund you the $ then say they need to send you a check that takes more than 3 months to get back. Its ridiculous to say you dont carry that much money in your drawer just to screw someone over.
