We had been shopping for months and had visited many different retailers, but couldnt make a decision on what to get. Toms expertise helped us finally decide on 2 new mattresses. I was a little aggravated that the sales clerk told me he had to see my drivers license to make the purchase, in almost went elsewhere to purchase the item.I told him i would have happily given my name and address he truly didn’t need to see my license. I’ve always received great customer service from Brenton the manager at this location. I suggest discussing your purchase with a CSR before lying on the mattresses. There are too many and it gets confusing. They are really great at understanding your purchase and narrowing down the selection to a few good choices and making the shopping process simpler and more efficient. A+

My husband and I came in on 1/17/2021 and bought a Tempur-Pedic Probreeze Medium King Mattress with smart base that was on clearance. Advise Joseph our sale person, i wanted to look at other mattress and do some research before I bought. He advised he could save us money if we bought the clearance one and it will be the best night of sleep. We went ahead and bought the combo. They delivery the set on 1/23/2021. My husband woke up sore in the hips and I woke up with a headache, shoulder and neck pain the 1st night. The 2nd night I could not sleep in the bed all night. My husband is still sore. There is a smell to the mattress that smell old and that is what giving me a headache. I called the store and talked to Joseph. He advise me I need to sleep on the bed for 30 days to break in the mattress but nothing he can due b/c it was clearance. So the end of the story is if you spend over 6K with a store and cant sleep on your new mattress with this company, you have just spent money for no reason. Buyer beware. Not a company that stands behind their items and care for their customers.
