All 5 stars for Jose and Dawson, got in and out in 20 minutes for oil change and car inspection. They told me everything that was recommended and things that needed to be replaced immediately. Overall very satisfied with the customer service.

The worst Firestone location ever. They denied me service after I had bought my spark plugs and just wanted them to be put on my car. Comes to show that Firestone likes to rip people off with their diagnosis fees. Poor customer service from the lady in her front desk podium. They dont care about your cars health or you for that matter unless they can make a buck. I drove away from this location after being denied service from the front desk lady and almost crashed because of how bad my car condition was. Never again going to another Firestone location ever! This place could have costed my life after being denied service and having to go look for another mechanic. This location deserves negative 5 stars!!

Jose is the assistant manager. To start with I do not use Firestone, if this had not been an emergency I diffenently would not have used them this time. Long, stressful, and horrible history with firestone. That being said, if youre in the Lewisville area I strongly recommend this one. Jose was so absolutely about the customer, doing the best for the customer, going offer the top for the customer. He was tremendous. He should be promoted as fast as possible. He, his philosophy, his professionalism, his dedication to do whats right could/should change the culture at Firestone for the better....If it hasnt been clear to this point, Jose was and is the only reason I would go back...great job Jose...

Super nice I stopped by one day because my tire light came on the dash and that day I just had one patched at a different firestone. (I just sent the tire not my whole car) so I was really nervous maybe something was wrong with it. And the guy told me to pull up and before he could even make it outside with me to check a technician had already figured out the issue and a different tire happened to need just a PINCH more air. Thanks guys!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!Your Sales rep said he would waive the cost of my patch repair $43 to $0 as long as I donated $5 to the boys and girls club.I had a small nail in the center of my tire. The SCAM ARTIST tried to say that the nail went in at an angle and the nature of the nail and the fact that my tire was half way through the tread life. They would just have to replace the entire tire. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST at this location. The tread on my tire is perfectly fine, and furthermore the nail did not go in at some fancy angle. They would not give me my car keys and kept trying to up-sell me on a new tire that I did not want nor need! I had to demand my car keys be returned to me 4 times before they realized they werent going to SCAM me!Such a disgusting experience!Funny part is I drove down the street to a TRUE tire repair shop and they plugged the nail for $5 and the tire is perfectly fine.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

VERY rude & poor customer service. The man I spoke with (older, heavy set, short, beard, & smokes while on the job) was rude & provided no help to me. Didnt even want to really talk to me or give me any information until the following day, after $100. WTH!? & Yall are supposed to help people!? Just awful!

The staff were really nice, they pointed out a couple issues with my car I could fix on my own and even removed a belt cover bolt that was rubbing a belt. I was there for an inspection and an alignment. No issues, they offered coffee and cold water.

WOMEN: Do not trust taking your business here. A guy named Josh (with a bunch of tattoos) at the front counter tried charging us for a premium oil change after specifically being told we didn’t want that, we wanted the standard oil change with the promotional price of $19.99 on their website. He was shown the promotion on our phone when we dropped the car off, he recommended the $49.99 premium oil change, but then accepted we only wanted the $19.99. When going to pick up the vehicle and pay, he tried charging us for the premium oil change and said he couldn’t do standard because of the mileage on the car, but applied our coupon. 1. We didn’t have a coupon, it was a promotional price just for standard. 2. Money isn’t the issue I had at this location, it was a man trying to take advantage of a woman needing service for her car. 3. I understand if a service recommendation may be better for the car, but you can’t charge for that service when you’re specifically told no on it and quoted a cheaper price before it’s done. This Josh guy was absolutely horrible, the supervisor working today was also horrible at handling the situation. He wanted to argue on how he doesn’t believe his employee is a liar and he was on his side. When you’re running a business, you have to accept that your employees are going to make mistakes, but they have to own up to them and fix it. Either way, this was a horrible experience. Double check whatever they charge you here and research any recommendations they try to make. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS.

I have been going to this store for a couple of years now. Hands down, their customer support is by far the best around. I have complete trust in the quality of work they do, the prices they quote me and their overall integrity as a company. You can definitely trust your car with them and you wont go broke doing so.

I recently had a double flat and was a bit desperate for something close and had a towing service contracted. I only came because this was the first thing google popped up but was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience.(and surprised by the other reviews)I came on a Sunday morning and from what it appears, that seems to be a relatively slow time for them.Customer Service, 5 out of 5 stars!The manager was extremely helpful and personable throughout the entire process and was very instrumental in getting me what I believe to be the best deal possible (As a single female, I have been targeted at car shops before. I do not feel this was the case at all because quite honestly I was very open about just paying for the whole kit and caboodle in order to avoid the expected hassle of dealing with the process. I almost always expect to be conned when I enter a place that depends upon numbers). He explained everything and went by a step by step process of what the needs of my vehicle were. He took the time to talk to me about my options and take me to my third low tire and visibly demonstrate the tread and (go figure) the nail I had ran over and had no knowledge of.I had an alignment check and was given a printout showing the numbers (so I can google them on my own terms, which I appreciate).Im a hooked customer now.I generally go to Walmart to get my tire/oil done because I am so disappointed with being a victim of chicanery in the past.I wholeheartedly feel that I will not have to deal with any sort of cheap bluff here and for me, thats worth a lot more than I just paid for.

Always buy my tires from this Firestone. Believe them to be honest and straightforward. I dont have any experience with non tire, brake repairs. But prices seem competitive and wait time is not overwhelming.

During morning commute, my fuel gauge was dropping fast - after starting with 8+ gallons, got low fuel warning after 25 miles of driving.Pulled into Lewisville Firestone. Daniel and the service tech quickly isolated the problem, replaced the faulty Canister Purge Solenoid and got me on the road in 2 hours!!Pleasant folks, kept me informed through the process. I felt valued as a customer!!

Great team. Had to put some new tires on my moms car and and they really pulled through. They got her in and out in a timely manner and at a fair price. Van Vhun and Daniel are outstanding service writers. These people are the only people I would trust to work on my vehicles. They even topped off the washer fluid for no charge...something other mechanics have always failed at in the past. Highly recommend. I will be returning.

Daniel assisted me. My car ended up being worse than expected. I worked a 12 hr night shift and came in at around 8 am. I ended up falling asleep in their chair and they were all extremely kind to me and woke me up when they needed to explain something, and also gave me coffee as a courtesy. Extremely friendly and kind, honest, and went out of their way to find a part for my car at the best price and the quickest time. I cannot explain enough how much I felt like I was treated with respect and as you would expect family to be treated. Amazing honest service and AMAZING people here.

They cannot get the schedules done correctly.Had appointment for Tire Rotation that would take only 30 to 45 minute, after getting there, they tell me that it would take at least 2 hours because they had conflicts in schedule.

I went in today to get a warranty tire repair. The man said that he wouldnt be able to get to it until the afternoon. I told him that I had things to do and that I would leave it. I asked him if I could get a ride home(about a mile) because I have nobody to call and I have a back injury,He said no that he was covered up.He called several hours later said my vehicle was ready, when I got there it was $40 to fix a road hazard issue. Again I asked if I could borrow a man for ten minutes and was told no that he was covered up.Back in Feb I had a bubble on the side wall of a tire after the car sat in the driveway for almost four months. I took it in for repair and the young man told me it was an impact bubble. How can that be an impact bubble when its been in my driveway for months? He insisted that it was and pulled it in the shop. After some time he came back to the waiting room and showed me where the bead had separated from the side wall. I asked if he learned to not rush to judgment until after the tire was off the wheel and he told me no! I called corporate and made a complaint. They gave me a file# and said the regional manager would call. Im still waiting for that phone call.

Was told over the phone I could stop by for a quick tire pressure check. 10 minutes later when I arrived at the bay doors Two employees stared me down then closed the bay door right in front of me then I was told the warranty on the brand new month old tires was not valid dont waste your money here you will get ripped off and the employees do not care about customer service

I initially went to Autozone to check my cars battery; they checked my battery for free and told me that it was borderline on whether or not it would be eligible for replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, they are not authorized for Interstate batteries, so I had to take it to a location that was authorized. Then I took my car to Firestone at the TX-121 BUS location to check my 3 year old Interstate battery (which has a 6 year warranty on it). They tried to give me the runaround when they attempted to charge me $26 just to check the battery in my car, completely disregarding the fact that its still under warranty. I do not appreciate trying to be hustled.

This place has the nicest, friendliest, most helpful staff! Honest too!They are upfront & straightforward about the work & price, every other place tries to rip me off (even other Firestones, mind you, they do try to make sales but they dont lie about it). Love this specific Firestone! Daniel is the best! Btw I drive 45 minutes to get here...

These guys went above and beyond. I stopped in because I got a piece of metal lodged in my tire due to this 35e construction. They worked me in but discovered the hole was too big and not repairable. They didnt have the tire I needed at their location. I didnt have a spare tire so one of the employees left to pick one up at the Lewisville location, bring it back and installed it. I am grateful!

I had a really good experience @this location. Daniel and Jose were extremely helpful and friendly and took the time to provide me with an in depth explanation as to what service issues my vehicle had. They were very thorough and never kept my waiting or guessing as to what to expect. They both have outstanding customer service skills and need to be recognized by their supervisors for outstanding service. They called me at home to keep me updated as to the condition of my vehicle and I just really felt they were very transparent in the way the handled the company business affairs. The price I was quoted was out of my price range unfortunately but had I had the money, I wouldve have definitely trusted Firestone with my vehicle. Id rather pay a little more @Firestone vs dealing with a despicable place like Hamms Automotive in Lewisville, because Hamms ruined my ac system and they were totally dishonest about it. Anyways, Firestone was true to their word plus the service was expeditious and I appreciated good, old fashioned customer service. Daniel and Jose are the face of the business and they are perfectly suited for greeting customers and assisting them. Thanks guys for a pleasant customer experience.....WAY better than raggedy Hamms !

RIP OFF!!!! They will try and take all your coin if you let them. First of all it took almost 3 hours for an oil change when I arrived as soon as they opened. A month later my car overheated so I took it in an was told my housing thermostat was leaking so I left it to get fixed. When I arrived they told me it was $15 more for a hose they never called to confirm I could afford the extra or that it was needed prior to arrival. Went in for another oil change and was told I had a leaking gasket valve but had no signs that oil was leaking and my car never registered low oil its only 2 years old. When I asked what I should look for in regards to the leak all the man at the front desk could say is come back. Such a scam artist to try and get $800 out of me. Had a co-worker check it out and no such thing existed. Will never be going back here.

I took my car in for a power steering leak. They broke the regulator on my window. They didnt offer to fix it, just said sorry. They told me I had 3 different leaks for my steering fluid which would require 1500 dollars to change everything out. Common sense told me the odds of a leak from 3 different places was pretty high and my car is worth 3000 so I took it over to Alex Body shop. They found the leak in a hose and are replacing for 250 and they had to fix my regulator for 280. I would definitely not recommend these guys. There are much more honest mechanics in town.

Fast, friendly service. I came in at 3:30 on a Friday expecting to have a pretty long wait, but they had my truck in to get serviced before I made it outside. I definitely will be coming back, whole heartedly recomendations this location.

I was purchasing a car near them so I took the car there to be checked. They offer a ca inspection for $90. I was told it had a small leak in the turbo that would eventually need to be fixed and it was no big deal. Other than that they said the car was great. A week later the car is leaking pools of oil. So they did tell me it had a leak, I can live with that. When I took it to a mechanic they showed me it also had a big crack in the radiator. I am ok with the leak being worse than they said but a cracked radiator that they missed? The turbo cost me $500 to have fixed... the radiator was $750. If I had known about the radiator I would not have bought the car. I would NOT go there again!

The guy asked me $22 just to come out of his shop and check the car as I was hearing some noise. First time I heard that in my life. Very arrogant and rude customer service.

13 months ago had my car repair 1 month after warranty ended they refused to replace part and said they will not even look at it unless I pay 50.00.

Had new tires installed and rear brake pad changed .. everything looks good so far .. rear brake job was expensive

Very bad experience since I got to ask to make an oil change to my car and there was an American Mr. and I told him that if he could repeat me why I did not understand well and he answered that he is American and could not speak to me in Spanish. And I never asked what Spanish would speak to me because I know that Spanish would not speak of course. Only sometimes one needs to repeat me to understand better.For my taste it was racism
