Honest and trustworthy

I was disappointed service was extremely slow and to top things off they could not find the keys to my truck!!! It shows the lack of professionalism. After they finished servicing my truck, the guy that drove it back there came to ask me for the keys!!!! I had to go back there and help them try to find it. Turns out he guy that changed my wheel had it in his pocket. Wasted an additional 15+ minutes.
