It is the only shoe store left in Music City Mall, it is a sad thing to see a once very popular and thriving mall begin to fade away. When Sears, Macys, Dillards and JCpenny closing there doors, most of the other retail shops begin shutting down. If it wasnt for the Movie theater being there,, the other stores would have little to no life.

Great tennis shoe collection and sports wear.

Everyone in the store was nice except for Shanyla, who checked us out. She was completely rude. When we asked for a price check, she rolled her eyes. It felt like we were bothering her. I wanted to walk out without purchasing anything. She should not be working there with that attitude.

Asa b. was very rude and said he is a manager he need to go back to training did not speak I said thank you he looked the other way didn’t say anything back I will never step foot inside of this champs again because of the poor customer service experience I will be driving to grapevine mills mall they have better customer services

I absolutely love this store all the employees are great but Lamar stood out to me he was magnificent. This us probably my favorite Champ store hands down. He was amazing!!!

Just walked in and out the store because none of the 4 clerks were selling or assisting customers today.... Nobody came to help me! 3-4 clerks at the register playing! Im standing outside the store typing this review theyre still playing! WOW

Just left the store and not a single person asked me if I needed help finding anything. On top of that, the sales associate with the bad wig kept eyeing me like she had a problem with me. They resorted to insulting a customer as he walked out while still ignoring me. Wow!

I didnt find basketball shoes for my niece. I was disappointed.
