Satisfied overall. Typical large size of super center with various product lines. Less crowded is best advantage of os this Walmart.However produce corners are less organized with stacked boxes and carts and they appear unexpectedly a lot when moving. Toy corner was downsized not too long time ago but home goods are more available.It gives me cozy and comfortable experience whenever I visit here and it is one of my best supermarkets.And customer target is obviously different compared to Target. We had 10 minutes left before they closed, and an employee named Judy assaulted my sister. She proceed to block her by putting her hands on her chest saying “we’re closed” then let’s her go saying “you have five minutes”. On our way out we had a heavy case of water bottles in a blue basket. We were waiting at the door because it was raining when she tells us, “you can’t bring the baskets outside”. I replied with an “I know we are waiting on our friend to pull up to the door”. She repeated herself, as if we didn’t hear her rudely tell us the first time, and i had to sternly tell her “I know I am waiting on my friend because the water bottles are heavy”. Mind you there were at least ten other people behind us, but she chose us to be rude too. I’m very disappointed because every other association was very nice and showed good customer service but Judy did not. This is not the first rude encounter with her we have had.

Not the cleanest or dirtiest Walmart I have been to. They had the item on sale that my local Walmart already hacked up the price. They have converted to mostly self checkout. I use the scan and go feature in the app which makes shopping a breeze.

I took my car for tires service and I must say people here are so nice and Im sure they work really hard, in hot Texas heat condition but I was not please that I was there before 2 others car but the worker take care of them before me. I thought it was first come first. And we sear in the car long time before anyone acknowledge that we were there.. Customer service can be improved. Other than that it was good.

I’m very disappointed with the NO service I received today! First the worker named Judy assaulted my friend when we tried to go in 10 minutes before 11 saying that the store was closed. My friend was very uncomfortable because she almost got pushed over! Then she would not let me in and told me that the store closes at 11. At this point it was 10:55 and she shut the doors in my face. She preceded to let some other people in though! And it was pouring rain outside, and she just let me stand out there! I have never in my life been treat been treated with such disrespect and I will make sure to never shop here again!

Super clean they always have everything we want from Walmart

I really Love the self checkouts, they remind me of like little office cubicles, that allow you to have your own personal space while scanning your grocery. You have plenty of room to place other large packages while you are still scanning the other items that you have. Ive never seen this in any other Walmart store, whoever created this and theyre mine, that was an awesome idea. Let me say thank you very much for it. And I wish you would design the other Walmart stores just like that. To God be the glory to you sir or maam. And thank you

This Walmart in Lewisville has seen a recent remodeling that has improved the shopper’s feel.First of all, they have reduced the number of cashiers and significantly increased the number of self checkouts. The self checkout areas are large enough and offers different checkout sizes depending on the size of your shopping. This has improved the amount of time spent to checkout.Second, the staff here generally has good customer service. In addition, the store feels cleaner than it used to be.As usual, lots of different products at very competitive prices. This is my to-go store for items I can’t find at Costco or Target.

On a trip. Just needed a hair brush. My niece needed make up. Both were in the same department and there was a check out back there. We were really happy because we were in a hurry. Found what we needed went to the checkout.☹️No cashier.

Get ready to hunt for your groceries; the store shelving are being moved around and placed in different locations within the store. I thought to myself as I walked down one isle, that this is too narrow and imaged all the work to fix it once they realize, too that its not right, yikes. Other than that, its a great place to shop. The usual Walmart experience. Lots of products one needs for very good prices. Many discounts as well. Excellent prices as usual!The downside at this particular time in the store, at the check-out there were many self-check-outs, but ONLY ONE regular check-out and a huge line that came with it.

Looked like pre hurricane shop experience. Shelves in grocery half empty both times I went. The associate in health and beauty helpful with directions. Stick and freight in most aisles I went down. Hard to navigate. Nor my best shopping experience

Went to purchase charcoal, walmart item # 575402832. Ad at $8.88 for 2 pack of 18 lbs each. could not find. store associates told me that they had the product, but could not tell me where. Manager on duty, Erna, also could not find. I asked for a sub at the same price and she refused. Said there was nothing she could do. So, ended my shopping at that store. Decided i would shop elsewhere. No recommendation from me to ever visit this store. And if you do, hope that ERNA is not the manager on duty. they get 1 star because you cannot choose 0 stars.I guess i should not be so hard on ERNA, she is just probably following directives from higher up......walmart is corporate run. They do not care about their customers

Just purchased a case of sam’s colas for $5.47 although the display had them marked for $3.14, of course the csm couldn’t find the display while I waited at the check out. This is how they trick you into buying stuff, I am on a limited budget, Walmart sucks

Return service is pretty great and the store has great customer service. They should have more staff in the self checkout area and be more efficient when the customer is leaving the store. There are many people who steal so that should be something to work on!

Most rediculous lack of customer service. After receiving notification that a pickup was ready I arrived and called the number on the parking markers. No one would answer. The voice mail box was full so I could not leave a message. I called 12 (yes, twelve) times after which my calls would not even go to their voice-mail. The system would automatically hang up. I called the store operator and the phone rang for almost 10 minutes and no one answered. I waited 5 minutes and continued calling the pickup number.....TEN MORE TIMES..... no answer. Called the store again and it rang for another 10 minutes. No one answered. I AGAIN called the pickup number 5 more times. No answer. (For the record, that was 29 calls with no answer.) I went home. My wife canceled the order. No apology or acknowledgement from Walmart. You guessed it....no more Walmart for me.

Trashy Walmart. Parking lot littered with trash. The store was nasty inside as well. I notified a worker/manager or whatever they were that there was a loaf of bread with mold all over it. Customer service is a nightmare. The worse Ive seen.

I am beyond upset. I feel so disrespected and discriminated. I am a Hispanic female. My husband is also Hispanic. We went to this Walmart to buy a tote. We choose to not go thru the self check out line. When we got to the cash register I removed the lid and only put the tote on the belt, so the cashier can scan it and inspect it easily. She choose not to. After my husband was paying I put the lid back on it and we walked off. I forgot to get us some drinks so he stood close to that cash register waiting on me. While he was waiting the cashier went up to him and demanded he uncover the tote saying Let me see what you have in there like if he was stealing something. That is highly disrespectful and unexessary to put him thru the embarrassment of being accused of something when all of that could of been cleared if she would if done her job at the place it was suppose to be at which was at the register. I made it so easy for her too. I had the whole lid in my hand, that tote was on that belt fully uncovered.

Worst customer service ever. When did Walmart stop giving cash back on returns for purchases done with a debt card???? In line for 30 mins and associate said management will not allow her to give cash back on debt card purchases. Told her it was a debt card not credit card. I was returning 4 pairs of pants due to wrong size and found 2 pair to exchange. So I would need a refund for 2 pairs. She was confused since there was 2 receipts and she could not figure out which pants were on which receipt. She said she could but back on my debt card or give me a gift card. She refunded all to my card and then I had to pay for the 2 pairs I wanted. She never did the exchange and now I have to wait 2 to 5 business days for my money to be returned to debt card card. Asked for a manger and waited 20 mins for one and no manger ever showed up. Very unprofessional. Train your employees better Walmart!!!

Needed a yoga mat for a home project. They had a good selection of mats to chose from there. Food shopping.

Been going to this store and many others. This one has turned into a complete disaster. Can never tell when one aisles items end and the next aisles begin. Every time I go in there most of the items Im looking for take 3x as long to find as what they should and items are never stocked correctly and definitely not priced correctly much to additional cost to the customer. Staff are next to useless unless you block their path and engage them continuously. I wish there was a better store other than Walmart nearby because this location always leaves a bad taste in the customers mouth which strikes me as a poor business model for any store in an open competitive market. Get your act together because its amateur hour every time I go to this place.

Auto dept open. Oil change etc, but not headlight restoration because of. Covid. We can change tires, oil, and ANY THING ELSE. But headlight restoration. This walmart sucks. Also very few varieties of food. Walmart in Highland village is something this walmart should look at and try to follow their stores design

I do the curbside pickup, sometimes its a really long wait. They dont pick the produce that well but they are polite.

What a wonderful Wednesday the God bless us to be here on this Earth one more loving day. I am so grateful to God that I am able to tell the public how good my experiences at different places. I go and shop at each and every day of my life. I cannot help myself is in our nature as womens that we love shop. I know Im not the only one on here that love the shop and enjoy shopping also. Especially when you are at the right place at the right time when something is so low price you cant help but to get it and put in your basket may I say. Since I am new to the community in Lewisville I can direct you to the Walmart Supercenter that I am speak it on this Walmart is on the same street as the Lewisville Mall. What recently I was at the Super Center shopping like I always do just looking around getting some things that I need to prepare a meal for my husband I ran across something so cheap I couldnt help myself to put in the basket thats all. I cannot help myself when I go to Walmart Supercenter they just rock thats all my world haha Im just having fun thats all. I really do enjoy shopping at Walmart Supercenter I enjoyed the hard workers that they have their two really some awesome people that work for this company as well. They greet me so kindly I cannot help myself to have a conversation with him sometime I just talk two of them and tell them I do appreciate them and how hard they do work time to time that I notice. We are very satisfied with the hard workers there and also the work that they do to make sure everything is looking great and also stocked up and also neatly like I say. When they are running out or if they out of something if its low they do apologize for it and I do appreciate that. And I understand just take it one day at a time thats all we need to do live each day accordingly. Thank you for making my visit enjoyment and satisfied may God continue on blessing you all :-)

AC in building is very week. Not cleanest store either. Also very cramped.

Im not sure why but ever since moving to the area 2 months ago, every time I go to this Wal-Mart many items are out of stock, empty shelves or I simple cant find what I used to buy at another Walmart.The new layout is so much harder to find things as well, that the employees are still lost. Hopefully they improve soon.

This store is well kept, not a train wreck like many. Selection is limited but well stocked with what they have.

I have been shopping at this Walmart for 10+ years. I used to love the employees checking me out the old fashioned way. The remodel is confusing and horrible. The aisles are so narrow it’s difficult to move your shopping cart around . There’s many floor workers and none of the lanes are open for them to check out your groceries. It’s almost all self check out. That is convenient if your in a rush, but after working all day it’s nice to have someone scan them for you. With this pandemic going on, it’s a form of relaxation to go to a grocery store and walk around. With the self check out, narrow aisles, and off-set remodel it’s making a relaxing task stressful. Also don’t feel safe shopping at this location at night.

Don’t check out With BRIDGET unless you want your stuff thrown in the bag raggedy old mustache lady

If this is the one in Lewisville on highway 3040, this is the better Lewisville Walmart because the one on main Street is bad they never have what you need the store is typically dirty and everything is not in order. I cannot rely on Walmart on main Street in Lewisville however Ive had no problem with the one on 3040.

DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT FET YOUE CAR SERVICED HERE!!! I had an oil change done a few months ago on my girlfriends car and recently her ac started making a weird noise. I opened the hood to check and her engine oil cap wasnt even placed back. So shes been driving around with an open engine this whole time, now her engine probably suffered enough oil loss to ruin it. Thanks walmart service center. If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!!!

I come in for one thing, and leave with a lot more. Walmart tells us what we need, when we get there. Haha. Im not crazy about their clothing quality or selection.Love that I can get my oil change and shop at the same time.

This store has the worst lube and auto center ever they would not change my oil because there was a small little leak then on top of that knowing that I have very little oil they would not even talk me off before I left or any of my fluids

Its close to my house and reasonably priced, but the management keeps rearranging the merchandise and the rows dont make much sense anymore. I resent having to constantly ask the location for items I buy all the time.

When I came here the store was clean and staff was very friendly but the aisles were very crowded with not a whole lot of room to move your shopping cart. Because of the high volume of people I had to leave. I didnt want to be so close to people with covid out there in the mix. Other than that the store was great I would recommend going during the week instead of the weekend. More people tend to be at the store on the weekend.

Meat, chicken and cold cut cases were mostly empty. Store needs to be stocked.

I havent shopped here in a very long time. A lot of changes have been made that have enlarged the walking area, friendly customer service representatives and easier check out.
