I like the homey feel of the building the staff the food. I had the biscuits and gravy and a short stack. It was outstanding. It was very economical. The food was hot and fresh and the waitress was attentive and friendly without being over bearing. I will certainly eat here again and i highly recommend you try it yourself.
If you want some comfort food and support local business, then this is the spot for you. Menu isnt complicated like Cheesecake factory and the staff are super nice. I could tell people frequent this place and I wish i lived nearby. I would definitely come back to this place when we visit again.
Excellent food. Im picky. I dont eat greasy food and found this to be excellent home cooking without the grease! Pancakes are wonderful and the coffee good. Thats how I can usually tell everythings good. I had poached eggs with dry french toast and crispy bacon it was all done exactly as I asked. Good food little hole in the wall, really sweet waitress.
Me and my husband first time going here. We stay 0.2 miles from them, so after we missed our flight we were hungry. The food was magnificent and the lady at the front taking the orders was so nice and sweet. Very professional and great customer service skills. We will be back and I give 5 stars. Thanks for making us full and happy before our 11 o’clock flight

Great breakfast here. There arent many old fashioned cafes left and this one fits the bill. Nothing fancy but when you walk in you know its going to be good. I had the meat lovers omelette. It comes with potatoes and toast. The omelette was perfectly cooked and tasty. Toast was on point and the home potatoes were great!

No where can you find food this good for these prices. It doesnt get more casual, so dont expect fine linens, but staff are really good folk, and very accommodating.

Good homemade food. Service could of been better. We were given 1 menu for a party of 4. No silverware. Our waitress sat down and was talking to other customers. We were a large group so I think they werent use to big groups. Good food and cheap prices.

I went here for an on the whim Wednesday morning breakfast (I didn’t want to cook) and It’s the cutest diner, It reminded me of an old classic country diner, No frills no complicated menu or crazy recipes, Just great country cookin like Grandma made. The BEST and freshest country potatoes, I had the big eater plate ($8!) such a great price for what you get and how much you get! There was 2 other older couples who were so friendly and the waitress was so sweet, She told me about the story behind the place and had my daughter LAUGHING. If you want a great diner experience with true southern hospitality, Go here. Love this place I left with a smile on my face and a very happy belly.

This is the best place for breakfast and comfort food in Lewisville flower mound area. The owner is as mean and grouchy as they come, but cooks a mean meal. Waitress has been known to slap a few folks that dont treat her right but shes a sweetie. Give them your business. They will treat you right

Owner is so sweet, she let me use some of her own personal creamer for my coffee. Chicken fried chicken was nice and juicy, home fried potatoes like my own grandmother made, eggs cooked just the way I like, and the biggest and fluffiest pancakes ever! I will be back. Felt like I was back home. Good old country feel with an Amazing chef!
Good food and service
Simple breakfast options that taste great. The Diner has a nice local charm and the price is definitely right. They do at times get overwhelmed and the service can suffer because of it. The Diner is one of my favorite weekend breakfast places to eat and I hope that the owner hires a dedicated cashier to help out the hard working servers.

Classic mom and pop restaurant. you know how good the food is by how many older locals come there to chat. food is great, prices are slightly lower than most sit down places, and service far exceeds every other sit down restaurants. they actually like having customers and treat them good. very highly recommended

Finally found an old school diner that reminds me of home. Great prices, burger was amazing. You can get breakfast, lunch, or dinner anytime of day. Just as a shirt order cooking place should be. OMG!! Food was delicious and service was great! We split an order of chili cheese fries and nachos! We could barely eat it all. Nacho chips are homemade and lightly seasoned. SO GOOD! Will definitely be back. Fun atmosphere as well. Has the feel of an old fashioned diner. Loved it!! ♥️
All I can say is.... Wow!!!! Ordered the Big Eater... 2 giant pancakes and a big plate of 3 eggs (however you want it), 2 slices of crispy big bacon, 2 sausages, side of country style potatoes and like thats not enough??? It comes w/ a side of toast (w/ a lot of choices). Id say this feast is good for two or maybe 3!!!Great food for your buck!

We love this place. They have large tables to seat big families (like mine) the waiters and waitresses are never rude or mean, they make you feel right at home. The food is okay its priced well and they have never gotten our order wrong. Parking is right and they stay busy on weekend mornings but this place is so comfy and even the other customers are always friendly.

I go here almost every morning and I absolutely love it. The staff there is very welcoming and make you feel at home. They knew my order by the third time I visited. When I switched up my diet, they accommodated perfectly. Its the best way to start my day. If you havent been there, deck I felt check it out. The food is delicious. Cant say enough good things about it.

Man I love this place. WAY better then IHOP. Its a true mom and pop shop diner. The people here are really friendly the food is great and its real good portion size. My girl and I usually go on the weekend in the morning. You wont regret it.

Love it! Old school diner with sassy waitresses and straightforward menu. Went with some co-workers and two of us attempted to eat the Big Eater breakfast. Man-o-man is that a lotta food! One was successful and one almost finished it. Prices are very, very reasonable a ND service is fast and efficient.

We came before the lunch rush and there were closing there hours are not set on how they say there are. We came from another state to explore and yet they had the worst host and staff. Plus there where not busy at all there were only five tables being served and the rest didnt even have food. Would not recommend coming to this place at all.

Came for breakfast/lunch around 12and the hours are 7am-2pm and we walked in and first they were going to clean a table then they say they could take no more people so they made us leave and close around 2pm not okay to make customers leave.just because you cant handle a 2 person table
