Embroidery king was a very fast and they took great detail into making sure that my order was correct. My order was a little bit more specific and a little bit more complicated than their typical orders but they handled it very well. I did pay extra for a rush job and honestly they cut the timeline and half from what they said they were going to do. I understand they probably can’t do that on every order because they are very busy but I greatly appreciate it having my custom embroidery for my company.

Our company was very impressed with Embroidery Kings great service.We needed our logo on hats, for a client dinner, so it was critical that they were done before the event. The hats were ready for pickup as promised. The quality of the embroidery is outstanding. We definitely will use them for other company promotional items.

Im embarrassed to say, I dont recall the gentlemans name that Ive been working with for years now. He moved from another location not far from where hes at and started his own deal. Thus far I have never been dissatisfied and have been pleased with the work and the efficiency at this location provides. From hats to uniforms to jackets, they have done a really good job

I wasnt sure how the item I ordered was going to come out. I was surprised at how fast it was done and how great the quality. The prices are affordable. I really appreciate the phone calls and last minute jobs Ive asked of them. They havent disappointed me yet and will continue going back!

Embroidery King does great work at a fair price and has a very friendly staff to boot. Ive had numerous items embroidered with our company logo including large roller bags, shirts and golf hats.

They were patient with me while I finalized my design on some digital printing to t-shirts. Was able to order multiple sizes and and colors of shirts with no headache. Will be doing business with again.

I asked Embroidery King to make some hats for my company that was washable. The owner refused to do research and find one that would work for us. I did not have time to start over with another embroidery co. so I order some hats and said if I cant wash these I will never come back. One wash and the color is almost completely gone on the hat. I just called him and asked for my DST. file that I paid for and own. He refused to send it to me with out paying him $40.00 and said I do not give him enough business to care. Bottom line is his embroidery is good but he does not know the products he sells to customers and gives horrible customer service!
