Great experience working with Sergio! Very professional and knowledgeable on Sole elliptical!

Stay away from this company! Mike will not respond to texts, shows up late and does not call to tell you he is running late, my elliptical was down for over 4 months, he had to borrow my tools to work on the machine because he does not have the correct tools. He returned several times and after he left, the elliptical was worse than before he worked on it. NordicTrack decided to replace the elliptical for free because they would not come back out and all the damaged he did. Pictures are what he damaged while trying to repair.
