I really like this location. Its clean. Never a bad experience. Lawrence, who helped me yesterday was very pleasant. The 2 sandwiches I ordered were made with care and very delicious.

I stopped in today for a quick pickup of a supper 1lb meal and the general manager (Lee I think?) and staff were so kind and pleasant to talk with!The storefront was very very clean, all the food was fully stocked and I am looking forward to coming in again!

My daughter-in-law stops there frequently because she likes to use their hams at holidays. She noticed that with their luncheon menu and sides, they also had ham bones for sale at a reasonable price. They are in a freezer unit beside their refrigerated sides. Since our family likes to use ham bones when fixing lima beans, other beans, bean soup, etc. she bought one to use for that purpose. She told me that they leave lots of meat on the bones. So, I stopped there for the first time to pick up a bone and they had a special of buy one, get one. I agree with her assessment that there was plenty of ham left on the bone to make the beans really good and to enjoy lots of good ham with them.

Placed order online for a spiral ham got to the store and it took maybe 5min. Excellent covid precautious being taken. Perhaps the best thing about this place is the sweet woman, Donna, who was greeting customers with a smile and directions on where to pick up online orders. I found out this is her second job, her first being at Medical City Dallas in the oncology wing. With people as compassionate and considerate as Donna this place is an all around win!

Food is good and the online ordering and organization with COVID was done very well while catering to a lot of orders.

Their honey baked hams are delicious and the staff at this location is wonderful. Susan, Mary, and Christine did a great job with all of my customer service needs and I was amazed at how they truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase and for the special dinner I am planning to be perfect. I now know where I will be going in the future whenever I need a ham or turkey for a special occasion - their staff made me feel very valued and their food is amazing!

I came to this location on the day before Thanksgiving and I must say, I was highly impressed. The employees were friendly and assisted everyone promptly. Food was great. I bought the variety cheesecake and it was delicious. The red velvet is what I usually get but I was 3 minutes too late when they sold the last one. I can’t complain. The loaded mashed potatoes are awesome. Thank you for providing a fulfilling meal.

I love Honey Baked Hams, their products, and service. Im embarrassed to admit that I tripped in their parking lot, but THREE employees rushed out to check on me. That doesnt happen very often. Thats good customer service and plain human decency.

I love this location. They always go above and beyond fo take care of me. My company gives away custom gift certificates to our customers and Kelly does an excellent job. If you own a business the Honey Baked Ham certificates make great gifts.

I bought a bone in ham for Easter. The ham was very good. We enjoyed it. I will return again

We love Honey Baked Hams. Theyre delicious. Theyre the only hams we buy. The staff at this location are friendly, pleasant, fast and efficient. We can always find a parking space, and HC parking is right by the door.

We got a gift card for Christmas and went to the store to use it for the first time. I was a little intimidated by the prices at first but realizing they had some specials it turned into a pretty good deal. I was definitely impressed with the quality of the Ham we got and the sides were pretty good too. Even though we wont be able to get it for free next time I would gladly go back to get a Ham and some sides.

Extremely disappointed with my first time visiting here for lunch. I came in to get meals for my co workers-after I told the male employee at the front desk that I had three separate orders he didn’t say a word and shook his head. The entire time he was extremely short with me and made no eye contact. And mind you, I’m the only one in the store (IT WAS NOT BUSY). I felt like I was inconveniencing him by being there, and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

I was disappointed. I never had such poor CS. They didnt even tell.me how to serve the food I purchased. In California, the HBH stores were amazing and very friendly that is why every holiday I purchase my favorite ham. Not in this store (Lewisville, TX). Very poor customer service....

I get sandwiches, ham and ham bones to make split pea soup, all are excellent!

Food was terrible, we order a half of side salad it was a bowl of lettuce and three slice tomatoes. Sandwich was not that great.

Didnt even know this store was here.Theyre food may be fantastic, but the prices were over four times per pound for a quarter ham than what I ended up paying for a whole ham at another store.

Terrible CS, Terrible smoked Turkey breast I ever had. The glaze was so thick and hard that it didnt stick on the meat. The smoked Turkey breast had no flavor. I would not ever purchase here again. I wasted my $32 dollars and my family was so upset at dinner time.

The customer service from the cashier was like a spoof of very poor customer service skit on SNL. The young lady would rather have been anywhere but having to get up and wait on me.

My half pound ham slices were in a pack with ham and of slices. I would have preferred even if it was only 2 slices vs 4 ends off slices, also selection of sides was depleted and the smashed potato salad tastes horrible. This was a waste of $20

Best ham sandwich ever. Real ham not processed lunch meat. Super nice staff.
