Went into this place today (10/30/21) in an effort to buy local rather than at one of the lower price chain liquor stores. When I walked in the clerk looked at me and didn’t speak. I said hello and got a head nod. I was the only customer in the store and spent about 10 minutes looking for everything that was on my list. They had a nice collection but I did have a few questions. After 10 minutes and never being greeted or approached I walked out and drove to Total Wines where I spent $700. If a customer is going to spend more to shop local the expectation is that good service will come with that higher price. This is the second local liquor store that I’ve visited in recent days where they just don’t get it and probably won’t be around long….

Every time I go in there they are very friendly and always help me find when Im looking for. I actually went in there to buy for two people last time and had to have help and a fellow named Paul was quick to assist me with all of my needs thank you to the staff!!

The employees are always really cool that work here.

Every time I visit the employees make me feel very welcome. They also make suggestions based off what I have bought before, most of the time, a very good one.

The store is also always really clean and has various specials & sales going on especially around holidays. I’d recommend stopping by! :)

Great place to buy drinks whether its for a party or personal.. Been going here every since they opened; especially being that they are within walking distance from my house.. The guy and the lady thats there are always helpful and informative whenever I have questions or looking for something new.. Even though its a small liquor store, they still have a wide variety & is always stocked up.. Not to mention the prices are pretty good as well; especially when they have sales on certain brands.. Do yourself a favor and check this place out -you wont be disappointed!

Always excellent n wonderful customer service but there is one person who come once while. He need to learn how give good customer service from his staff n he is short guy. In Texas not everyone know Spanish.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly right from the very first visit. I personally shop here frequently for the same experience time and time again. The Liquor Outpost quickly became my one stop shop. I urge anybody to shop this location once! You will then see why I gave them a 5star rating!

The service is very good, the people are very friendly. I am not giving them a 5 star just because of this: I bought a case of beer, usually you dont have to check the expiration date of the beer. Well, this time, I noticed the expiration date too late, I took the beer to a party and while most of the beer was gone, I notice the expiration date of the beer was from last year (2016). Nothing wrong happened, but the store should check the expiration date and take them off the shelf. Good thing the beer was cold, and I assume it always kept in the refrigerator.

They always suggest to try something and its always something good. The clerks always greet you with a warm welcome as soon as you walk in, love that. Small but good for our little neighborhood.

Cheap prices and very friendly employees.

I like this place a lot. Its fast and easy to go in and out and they usually have fun little drinks at the checkout that are a dallar or 2. Holds most of your major brands and a good variety.

I recently moved to lewisville from Minnesota and found this liquor store. I really loved it. Its right by my house and Ive been here multiple times. I have been helped by two older gentlemen with no problems. Then today 6-22-18 at 6:15pm I went to purchase something and a brunette young lady took my ID and started asking me questions about myself. Like my birthday and middle name. I felt like I was getting the third degree. Then she looked to the guy at the other register and asked if hes seen a Minnesota ID before. And he says no. Then she says sorry I cant except this. Even though that man has helped me before and I am 30 years old. So I am refused service because they have never seen a Minnesota ID before. Then my boyfriend goes in with a Minnesota ID and points at our Minnesota license plates and then she tells him that its their policy that they dont except our of state IDs. So is it your policy? Or did you just not recognize it? Because if its your policy then why did you look at my ID? Its too bad that you lost my business over lack of knowledge. And this is what a valid Minnesota ID looks like for future reference.

They have a nice selection in this store. Very neat and very clean in this store. Check out their virtual tour on Google and you see what I meant. Very nice.

Good weekly liquor deals. Went for my birthday to stock up and the clerk gave me a discount just because. The next time I went in he remembered me. Clean store as well. However, not a lot of good wine to select from.

Please help me welcome Paul and The Liquor Outpost to the neighborhood.Old fashioned customer service is becoming rare these days. I needed to find a rare vodka for a friend as a birthday present.
