Not your typical roachy used car lot. The lot is filled with very nice, clean, and well-sorted cars. I bought a car here that I had been researching for some time, and their price was more than reasonable. My car was detailed for me the day I picked it up, which i very much appreciated. Easy to work with on the business end as well. I worked with Amanda and Steve, both were great. Low sales pressure was also very much appreciated.

Now the car was great but I have been having problems with getting my tag for my car!! They are having problems with getting the title to the car and they wont answer my phone calls nor will they reply to my messages! I live 6 hours away so I cant just pop up to the dealership. They have no regards to customers once you buy the car and giving me the tag was part of the deal with buying the car. I purchased the car April 6 2019 and I am yet to receive my tag. I would NOT recommend this business if youre looking for professionalism and great customer service!!

I was recently looking to purchase an f150 pickup truck for our business. After serching several dealerships, My wife suggested that I go to Master car international. They had a great selection of pick up trucks. I found exactly what I was looking for. The truck is like new. The price they gave me was significantly lower than the other dealerships. I also had a vehicle to trade in. And the price they gave me for the trade in was much higher than any other dealer offered. They treated us great. Large hidden fees. I got a $600 dollar dealer fee!. Bought a car from them valued at $7800, i gave them a $2500 down payment and somehow the amount financed ended up being $10200. So with interest and everything i was looking at $14000 to pay off what should have been 5300!!!! Dealt with a salesman named stephen.

Horrible experience. Went to look at a Mercedes e350 which was listed on car gurus at $18,900.. come to find out.. the actual price was 21,900!!! For a Mercedes e350 with 56k miles on it!? Never had a follow up call or an explanation for what was going on with the deal. Offered 5-7k down and was told we shouldnt have any issues getting the deal done. 3 days go by and no response from the dealership. I wouldnt suggest these guys to an enemy. I understand that sales jobs in general can be tough and exhausting, but Ive met people in the fast food buisness who are more pleasant and have better customer service skills than these guys.. FYI... if youre not happy with your job, change it.

They delivered it to my mechanic on Monday to check and I drove it home on Tuesday! The business is owned by a Deerfield Beach local which also made me happy. Very dishonest. Horrible experience!! They sold me a truck with under 10k miles that was supposed to be perfect with a clear Carfax and clean title. After buying I discovered the truck had been wrecked past what would have totaled it and repaired very shoddily. 2 years after buying I had to have it completely repainted because the paint, that looked new when I purchased it was literally peeling off. 2 years later more problems are surfacing all the time. NIGHTMARE! When I purchased the truck it was being used as the personal transportation of the owner and I have no doubts that he and his team knew all of the dark details before they sold and knowingly and maliciously hid them. My truck should have been sold with a rebuilt title with a substantial price discount but instead I was ripped off.

IT WILL BE DUE ON JUNE 26TH PLUS I GAVE THEM $1,000. CASH DOWN PAYMENT. THEY SAID I WAS LEAVING I DONT KNOW LEAVING TO GO WHERE BECAUSE THEY GOT THE CAR AT MY HOME. THEY STOLE MY MONEY THE $1,000. Looking at the reviews for this dealership indicates that people either love them or hate them. Put me in the 5 star group! I called Monday AM to inquire about an 07 Corvette and talked with Owen Snape. Long story short, by that afternoon the paper work was received and sent back and a wire transfer executed. I had researched shipping costs to get the car to St. Louis but Owen negotiated a rate with another carrier that saved me over $200 and arranged to ship in an enclosed van. Its Wed AM and Owen called Tues afternoon telling me the car was loaded on the van and would be delivered to me Thursday. I have found buying cars online is much more pleasant than sitting around a dealership all day . This is my 3rd online purchase and this was an even better experience than the other two. So, regardless of the sour grapes from the 1 star crowd, I decided to go ahead anyway because MCI had the ONE I wanted. Very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend to others.

The other reviews on here seem far fetched as my experience with Erick and Master Car Intl. was excellent! Erick helped me throughout the entire process even though I was across the country in CA trying to buy one of their vehicles.They took the Land Rover I was interested in to the LR dealer to get the multi point inspection done, so I had peace of mind in purchasing sight unseen.Erick was always prompt and professional, just what you would hope for in making a large purchase like this. Went in to buy a “$7,800” car. Turns out they wanted to closer to $15,000. Asked for a 48 month lease at x rate, was given 39 months at x rate + $200. Just really bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend. Just use Kelley Blue Books. There’s a reason these places go out of business so often. They thrive off of people who are dumb enough to be tricked into these deals and then default on the loans because they didn’t realize what they were actually signing. Eventually those people run out though as they start looking at these reviews.

Received an email from Mr Ruiz at 1:31pm saying car was available for test drive. Arrived and spoke with him face to face before 1:45pm only minutes later and he claims the car must have been sold and he was mistaken but he has other cars I can look at.Be careful. If he can look out and see his entire small lot from his desk and not honestly know if a car is there then what other mistakes will he make. USAA and TrueCar have received my complaint already.

I bought a 2014 jeep cherokee On march 31, with 3,000 dollars down and perfect credit.three days later the car died in the middle of the road. I want to WARN YOU GUYS, these people have a NON RETURN POLICY!!!!! now i am stuck with no car, (the car is at the dealership jeep)they won’t give me my money back or exchange it for another car.... I know the used car business is a tough business so my expectations werent very high to start. With that being said, i had an awful experience . After making us wait around for an hour and a half waiting for the financing to come back, they came back with a 10% interest rate... Unreal (First time car buyer, but my credit score is 750+ and other banks quoted me 3.29%) . After not agreeing to a price, we went our separate ways. After the car was still available 30 days later, I asked for the car fax and submitted another offer.. No response... Awful awful experience

I called to get more info about a vehicle they had on stock they were very friendly and informative about the vehicle, Went the next day and it took me 2 hours to do my deal trade in a beautifull corvette 2005 and toke home a 2012 Dodge charge RT couldnt be more pleased. And most of all letting them run my credit! My husband and I were looking for a particular car, we had our own financing, we found the car online and its at this dealership. We called, I spoke to Eric(salesman) and made an appt to come look at the car. We got there and we explained that we had financing already, and we may want to trade our Mercedes, they said they have good financing options as well. I didnt want my credit ran a second time so I called my finance company and inquired about the purchase of this car with this dealership. They wouldnt finance through this dealership, according to them because its privately owned. So, the owner Gary, really nice guy, started to convince me to go with their financing. Well my husband didnt want to do that just yet, ERIC started to get a bit disconnected at that point, so we said we will return on Wed, a few days later. I did the finance application online, they ran my credit, they said I was good to go, and to come in the office to go over financing. We came back on Weds, and actually called 2 hrs before, we got there and ERIC says to me he doesnt know whats going on and then referred us to another sales agent and tossed paperwork at him, very strange and rudely. However, we started to talk with the salesman, asking questions, ERIC butts in yelling WERE NOT COMING DOWN ON THE PRICE OF THE CAR AND YOU WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL FEES ON TOP OF THE ACTUALLY PRICE, Im like, ok, what other fees are there so I can do the math on costs, he continued to speak to me in that same tone, to the point where my husband raised up out of his seat to straighten him out. Of course, at this point things are are REALLY BAD. Yea, we are still confused by what had happened. Management did nothing, not even a phone call afterwards. NO SALE! Wow! Horrible dealership!

Never buy a car here plain and simple the whole exhaust came off from the engine and ripped off the bumper lights dont work owner Adam is a liar and a theif and will rip you off my mistake I always go to CarMax if you have a problem they treat you the same as when you buy the car this guy Adam wont even return your phone call go to CarMax so what happened to me wont happen to you!!!!
