Ryan my technician was awesome!! He was thorough and explained everything in detail and asked me to inspect was he was complete. I must say it’s as if my windshield was never even broke. Even the office personnel and Debra the office manager were fantastic to talk to and deal with. These guys are my new go to for auto glass for sure!

The service I received from this company was excellent! Everything from scheduling, to the technician calling and arriving on time to his speedy but accurate repair is worthy of 5 stars, plus! This company was one of the choices offered through my insurance company and I chose them because of the name perfection You have to be pretty confident in your work to say that and in conversation with the technician, he certainly was! Oh and did I mention that their price beat out the two other competitors that I considered? I would certainly use this company again if needed.

I had a very cracked windshield and needed a replacement. They came out to my house to do the job and had it replaced within 40 minutes total. He showed up very early into my estimated window which saved the rest of my day! He was so professional and polite. My windshield looks better than ever and I can safely get back on the road! And for 1/5 less money than anyone else. I can honestly say Ill never use another glass company again. Thanks Auto Glass Fitters for making this process so painless for me!

Auto Glass Fitters was wonderful. They do it all- install the window and do all the calibrating and they do it quickly. We have had two windows replaced by them. We ask for them when we need a window.

I do not recommend this place. I originally had an appointment on Tuesday for my Toyota Camry Hybrid to have a windshield service replacement from my home location, but was prompted by the lady over the phone that due to my vehicle being a Hybrid in order for the windshield to be calibrated it would need an in-store service repair, and that it would be an extra 160$ fee to do the service with the dealer. I was quoted 495$ for the repair to be completed, and brought the vehicle on the reschedule appointment date for them to apply the new windshield; to which the lady said it would only be an hour half repair. I called back to check on the status of my vehicle, where the lady was attempting to use my insurance after the fact that I told her I would be paying for the repair out of pocket before the appointment was scheduled and repair was even attempted. She than changed the price to over 1000$. That is insurance fraud. To have me pay the original quoted price and file a claim with my insurance without my consent. I was mislead, wasted over 2 hours, and my vehicle was not accessed before the repair was attempted nor was a work authorization presented for me to sign before the initial repair. So now my original windshield is back on my vehicle with further damage to it due to the lack of irresponsibility to further troubleshoot and not create resolution for me as a customer. Highly disappointed.

Extremely quick turnaround (called in the afternoon and they were there the next morning), came to my door, fixed it in like 30 minutest, and were incredibly responsive and nice through out the whole process. Very satisfied.

Horrible company. My windshield was installed and the trim was left with a 1/4 gap. After talking with the installer, he stated it would take a day to settle back in place, which never happened. I have had several appointments to correct this issue; however, the installer has repeatedly showed up several hours late. Currently, there is still no appointment to correct this issue.

This is by far the worst experience I have had. First windshield, no problem, fixed and it was great. Second repair needed, they replaced it. 3 months later, it leaks. They came out and caulked it. October, a new leak, same remedy. I asked for a new windshield and at first they agreed. I did pick up a new small, 1/2 a dime size crack that did not bother me. They claimed that I could not get a new windshield due to that issue. They recaulked instead. 5 days later, I have more water pouring in then I can clean up. Very unhappy!!!

Terrible! They BS you to think they will actually help you with the issue they created!!Their installers can not install glass correctly without causing it to leak and then youre stuck with a leaking window and wet mildew smelling carpet in your car because god forbid they actually really send someone out to FIX the problem!!!!!Dont use them ever!!! it will leak! they do not help!GA!
