Our church participated in a gumbo cook-off in Mexico Beach, FL. Sausage Worlds Hickory Smoked Andouille Sausage is the perfect sausage any Cajun recipes. It is firm (not like a hot dog) and has a nice balance of spice, and a great smokiness. We had many compliments! Lee and Sergio were very professional and helpful. It is so nice to see entrepreneurs building their business. Please expand!!

Absolutely delicious, tender fresh sausage. We purchased the Dracula sausage and it is so far superior to the store brands we have tried.

I have not tried the sausage but I did have an encounter with the CEO, Sergio Pace. Was at a local Mexican restaurant and apparently his take-out order was not correct. He came into the bar and used the worst profanity on the young waitress I have ever heard. He disrupted the entire bar with his awful and unprofessional language. I would never buy anything from a business owner who treated other people in the service industry in this manner. It was appalling and completely out of line.

They had what I wanted and stuff Id like to try. Its nothing fancy, but I didnt come for the ambience. I look forward to more purchases.
