It took us 2 visits for us to decide and refine our design, but we are so pleased with the time and consideration Carmine gave us throughout the process. He listened to our needs, gave us practical suggestions, and changed our order a number of times to make sure we would be satisfied with our investment. And - you cannot beat the prices and the lead times from Cabinets to Go! We are waiting for our contractor to make our space ready for the delivery and install of the cabinets, so I will update this review after the install.

I went into their Lilburn store back in April 2021 to order new cabinets, countertops and everything else to upgrade my kitchen. They sent out a contractor to take the measurements a couple of weeks later. After not hearing from them for two months, I went into the store and questioned Carmine (the salesman) as to what was the status of the installation. He tells me that they were waiting on the cabinets (backorder). Here it is 7 months later and I still havent heard a word from them. In the meantime, they are still sending me ads through the mail. I would highly avoid this company. Very unprofessional to leave people in limbo. They do not have an open line of communication with their clients. If I could give a zero (0), I would. I guess they didnt want my money. Time to move on to another company. The salesmans name is Carmine Cappozzola. RATING: 0

First off my home was flooded and all the cabinets and flooring had to be pulled out. We went from a very comfortable home to a stressful state every time you walked in the home with no floors not kitchen nothing and still trying to live there it was a mess. The bright light in this situation was Steven and Cabinets to Go in Stone Mountain Ga. He listened to me rant about the house and how I had gone everywhere and everyone was saying 2 to 3 months wait because if the COVID issues I was in a panic. After he assured me I wouldn’t have to wait that long we picked out the cabinets and all the accessories I wanted and he laid it out in the computer which was far more than any other company had done including Lowe’s and Home Depot. Even though I had the other companies measurements he explained to me why is was best to let the installer measure it so we did.So let me give you the time line. I went there on a Saturday for the first time. The installed came the following Wednesday Steve called me on Thursday we ordered the cabinets on Saturday they came in on Wednesday and was completely installed on Thursday. So let’s count the days yes less than 2 weeks done. I would recommend everyone go see Steve he is incredible just love him and Cabinets to Go. Also Jake installed the cabinets and if you want get him to install for you do it you won’t be disappointed he did an amazing job setting them up and is more than willing to explain the process as he goes. Thank y’all so much we are so very happy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!!!! Our salesman was Stephen. At first, he seemed like an awesome salesman but once you sign papers, he’s the rudest person I’ve ever met. He’s nice to get a sale and then is awful from that point on. From the beginning: he said if we paid a deposit that day, the cabinet people could come out to measure so we could get the cabinets ordered. I didn’t hear from him in almost 2 weeks so I called back and he said that he never said that and we had to come finish the payment and finalize paperwork before that could happen, so I said fine and I left work early and went there right away. I was there for 2 and a half hours arguing with this man. He gave us the total and it was almost $2,000 more than the original quote. I even pulled out the paperwork and showed him and all he could say was “well that’s a quote, it’s not final”. I said it is final because we put a down payment down and you said this was the price. So he then pulled up the order he had and the quote I had, and I had to be the one to point out his mistake. He put the wrong cabinets in the order. He argued with me forever saying that was our mistake. Mind you, I cannot change the order at all. Only they can. He refused to believe he made a mistake. Then, since we paid a deposit, he couldn’t easily fix it and didn’t know how so his brother had to come assist to finally fix it. While there, I showed him a picture of the farmhouse sink we were ordering and he said that it would work and we’re all set so we proceeded with ordering the sink. Now it’s time for the sink to be installed and we are told the wrong sink base was ordered and he says I never showed him the picture and once again called me a liar. So now, we have to change our dream kitchen sink to a regular sink and our kitchen will not be what we planned. I’ve never done a renovation before so I’m not sure why he assumed I should know the difference in sink bases? He also never brought up knobs. I told him I wanted exactly what was on display so I assumed it was all automatic and of course it wasn’t. He’s a terrible salesman and speeds through everything without making sure he’s doing what makes sense for the customer. He just wants the sale. Never again will I used this company and I recommend you don’t either, or at least steer clear from this particular location. I’m so disappointed. We’re on week 6 with no kitchen now.

I give this company ZERO stars. I walked into the store w/o an appointment there were two male representatives who were both working with a clients at the time. I was only greeted after forcing the employee nearest the door to say hello. I waited in the store :20 minutes without either employee saying so much as Ill be with you as soon as I can. or Im going to be a while do you want to make an appointment to come back. or Feel free to take a look around and one of us will be with you soon. I dont know who manages this place but Id be extremely upset that these two let money walk out the door due to poor customer services. I wont be going back.

Im a handy guy, and I shopped around for quality and price.This store has a good program for my Kitchen center island.I went back for flooring. The XRP is very hard to beat for Qualityand price. I did my research. Yes I recommend their product.

We had a great experience with Cabinets To Go. I visited the Lilburn location, my kitchen was designed. When they came to measure we discovered my measurements were off but they worked with me to help keep the price down. I placed my order that Saturday and my cabinets arrived the following Wednesday. The quality of the cabinets are great.Stephen was our representative. He did a great job. I’m pleased and will definitely use this company again!

Folks, if time, money and stress matters to you, stay away from the Cabinets To Go at any cost! There are no words I can express my frustration after I went back to them as a repeated customer. And the only reason I went back is that I had to match the cabinets with the ones previously installed. And that was the worst decision I could made. First the cost increased significantly to what I paid some 5 years ago. Second the quality went down at the same significantly at the same time. After opening the boxes, I had found several broken parts. I had to deal with customer service on the phone on multiple occasions to file claims and have those parts replaced. I had to make multiple trips to their warehouse in Marietta for pick up. And when I had expressed my concerns about the quality of the cabinets to the representative over the phone, the answer I received was the usual standard scripted explanation. So again this is just my personal opinion and experience, but my advice is look somewhere else for your cabinet needs.

When my husband and I met with Stephen and identified what we wanted it seemed great. We decided on what we wanted and we paid in good faith believing Cabinets To Go was being forth right on what they told us. To make a very long story short, they sold us a countertop that wasnt in inventory. We were told by Stephen it would be in a week later, than another week passed and we received the same story - it seems this was developing into a pattern. When I met with Stephen at their Lilburn location he told me they did not have it in inventory and could not provide any specifics (if and when it would be available). I called corporate while in the store and the customer service representative said it was in QC - how can an item be in QC when you do not have any in inventory. I requested to speak to a supervisor, it was to no avail. Unfortunately, they appear to operate on unethical guiding principles. Consumers please use caution when purchasing from this chain. Hopefully, you will not encounter untruthful statements and yelling at consumers, but it can and possibly will be demonstrated. Question extensively as to whether or not they have the inventory and potentially research on your own (the Lilburn location and corporate do not have the same information). Very unprofessional and cannot and will not be forthright with consumers

This review is specifically about the Lilburn Georgia location and the manager is Carmine.He is nice when you’re buying, but beware after you pay. The middle man company named Haus Pro they use to coordinate your counter top installations is a fraud. They tried to over charge us $700 for a lesser grade of granite until we actually spoke with the granite supplier. We paid for the granite of our choice, but the size wasn’t available, so we chose another color and Haus Pros sent us a email stating the new choice was the highest grade and we owed $700 additional. We called the granite manufacturer and was told our new choice was in fact a lesser grade than we originally paid. Haus Pros promised to refund us some of our money, but now they’re ignoring our calls and emails. Cabinets to Go in Lilburn will not help us at all, they too are ignoring our phone calls and emails.The cabinet installation process with them was absolutely unprofessional on every level. Week after week cabinet sizes were mixed up and install appointments were canceled by either the installer or cabinets to go. They would blame each other for the mistakes.We purchased our cabinets 2nd week of July and kitchen our wasn’t completed until 1st week of October, because of all the mistakes and still no refund for over payment, No apologies from Cabinets to Go either.Again, they start out being nice, but just Beware after they get your money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you like Stress and getting lied to.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a one because I got a flyer in the mail today from Cabinets to go having a buy one get one free..half off sale and I live in Macon so I googled their location because the advertisement looks shady! I never saw a company with this many bad reviews and with the same complaints. They should not be in business and they definitely will not be getting mine because we need new cabinets. Im sticking with Home Depot.Thank you everyone for the warnings! I pray that you guys will get double for your trouble!

THE WORST!Cant imagine if you would have to wait for a major job, go anywhere else.Made the mistake of walking in this place for counter tops, two months ago.Sent five emails called store twice, even communicated to corporate, opened a case, still nothing.Carmine Store Manager will call me, not.Lisa from corporate said they will handle, not.Even tried to order on line two weeks later the order is pending, nothing.You have been warned.

Helpful customer service reps. Everyone was very patient with me as I did most of the demo/reconstruction myself, and it took me over six months to get all the cabinets installed so I could proceed to countertops. Answered all my many questions, the cabinets were easy and straightforward to put together, and everything looks much better and sturdier than my old set up!

A year ago I bought cabinets for our kitchen.Catastrophic water damage caused us to replace the whole kitchen. After the Caninets were expertly installed by Mr. Robert Stokes (Who is a 5 star contractor) we ordered molding to match the kitchen cabinets. “Cabinets to go” emailed us and said the mounding would take a couple of “MONTHS”We painted our moulding and forgot that we never received our “cabinets to go moulding”. I went into cabinets to go today and they told me “you waited to long our return policy...” (wait what?)I never received anything to return. “Nope” they said “can’t help you our computer records dropped in August last year call customer service.” Carmine the manager was dismissive and walked away. PLEASE READ SOME OF MY OTHER REVIEWS I HAVE NEVER GIVEN A RATING THIS BAD. (Sorry for yelling) the customer service is great until they have your money then they turn into something else. Be advised decent product, horrible service, if you ever get the product.Hey I found my receipt we will see what they have to say now!Well the store says call the home office the home office says call the store even with a paid receipt they are not even offer to deliver other products. They will seal your money if you are not careful. Love the cabinet but I feel like I’m dealing with a guy selling out of the back of a van in the middle of a Wallmart parking lot.

I have a serious concern for the way the Store manager Carmine has handle business here at the Lilburn GA Store. He becomes very unprofessional after you pay for your items, that were initally payed for and ordered a month ago. After he screwed up the initial order, he never apologized, he immediately blame me for him ordering incorrectly. After I had left came back with measurements and photos of the entire cabinet design that was desired...He studied design and picked the cabinets design and layout. We paid for 6 cabinets because our uppers are 6 totaled but when 6 cabinets arrived when I picked them up in Marrietta. When the contractor attempt to install the cabinets it was determined that although there were 6 boxes there was a change in the count because Carmine broke the cabinet design from a one cabinet design to a two design. I notified him by telephone he never apologize but for my inconvenience he stated that he can try to get another cabinet but it will not arrive for a couple of Days Wednesday April 22, 2020 however, I should recieve an email Monday about the delivery. So I never heard back until I called April 22nd and was told that he got there late but it would be here in Lilburn by 1p but I will call you to let you know (remember he also said that I would get an email Monday that never happened). So I called several times after 3p no answer so I drive there after picking up my medication and some other items. So I walk in and ask about the cabinet and why hasnt anyone contact me. He takes no responsibility as a Manager I thought that after understanding everything that happen he would offer some type if consolation. When inquired about returning everything due to his piss poor attitude, he arrogantly stated that you can but because you open the box it will be a 25% restocking fee. I have been sitting my car literally because kicked me out of the Store... I vow to be treated with respect especially where I spend my money.... The sad part is he is aware of these poor reviews. Which seems as a company that he is allowed to carry on anyway he chooses because he is obviously a earner for the company....I digress it isnt over. I will be calling any news outlet that will listen to my complaint especially after directing them to the 2.7 star ratings. The scariest part is HE FEELS ENTITLED TO BE THIS WAY!

The flooring they sold us started coming up less than a year after it was installed. We were promised it was very durable and guaranteed for life. After months of wrangling, they agreed to replace the materials but not the labor. We are hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Do not trust their promises.

So let me tell; you about Cabinets to Go. First, when you read the fine print they dont guaranty delivery for 120 days after you have paid. In my case, they sold me discontinued cabinets that now Im looking at 5 months to get drawer faces for. You call corporate, their answer is well we didnt sell you these cabinets and we have no idea when the parts will be in, you go to the local store they say its a corporate issue, Rather than saying well lets see what can be done of even try to come up with a solution they just want you gone they already have your money. No what do they do, threaten to call the cops because your there to complain about them selling you cabinets that they dont have. So before you spend your hard earned money just know this is the type of company your fixing to hand your money to.

We had a great experience.We went to a number of places before deciding on CTG. We worked with Kyle in the Sneville/Lilburn store, and Jake as installer. Kyle used to install with Jake, so the pair know what will work. Jake did everything on time and all extra modifications done at agreed upon price ahead of time. You need to ask for them! Granite installers were also great!

I wish I could gove it ZERO starts guys please read and listen to these reviews! I wish I would have spent a little more money and went somewhere else, I made an order in December 2018, w have as of today (6/21/19) yes te receive one of the spice drawers if it was discontinues no one has bother to call us or return calls and voicemails. My kitchen is STILL unfinished almost 7 months later I PAID IN FULL FOR ALL THESE CABINETS!!!

We had a HORRIBLE experience with CTG. Demo for our kitchen started on October 9 and just today November 22 we signed off for completion. Their third party installers blatantly lied to us several times about when they would be here and how their guys were so experienced and professional. Professional is not showing up without proper tools to do the job. They were asking us for proper tools. The whole thing was an experience I do not wish upon anyone. Go pay more for cabinets somewhere else because after they sell them to you good luck with the install! Also be prepared to receive damaged goods and then wait another week or two for a replacement. The sales person, Dana, was great, however after her, good luck!

I thought if I paid in advance for my touch up paint I would receive the product in a timely manner!!! Well, thats a lie...Ive been waiting for more than 6 months I paid for shipping and the paint in advance. The store is not near my home...LOL! So, the joke is on me!My fear is they will discontinue the color before all my paid products are sent to me.I have called on multiple occasions, and was told they would contact me back. And that never happened!!!Iam thoroughly disgusted and rate the cabinets, salespersons, touch up products and service as low as possible. Dont think your getting a deal...spend the additional money and assure yourself honesty, professionalism, quality and craftmanship!Can someone help me touch up the paint on my less than one year old cabinets!?Lets Be Clear This Is The Lilburn Georgia Store!

STAY AWAY, RUN, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!Cabinets are cheaply made, except the doors which makes the kitchen looks nice but that is the extend of it. Once you open the cabinets is for a great disappointment. All made in China.I received a broken part and 2 months have passed and I have not received the replacement or heard from the company.I told the representative that I needed the cabinets AS SHOWN in the room. The hardware was not quoted and therefore not included and I was not notified. I would have paid the extra fees.So, I have to shop for hardware as well.I also made a big mistake of ordering the counter tops too.After paying $3000 for the counters. Called CTG and the lady at front had no idea who the installers were.The gave me multiple numbers and finally I hit the right company.They came and measure the countertops and I was told it would be about 7-10 business days.Two months passed and did not hear from anybody until I called.The countertop company said that CTG did not pay them the cutting fee.CTG stated they called but I did not get any messages or missed calls from them. They also have my email address.Happened that CTG did not include the sink cutting fee in the estimate. Really? It is pretty obvious that the sink would be installed therefore the granite needed to be cut.I called CTG and had to pay extra.NEVER EVER AGAIN.Poor customer service, disrespectful staff, careless with your order, once they get your money they could not care any less about what happens with your order..they do not follow up to see if your order has been completed or if you are satisfied.I provided pictures and right measurements and the designer failed to see perks in the kitchen and fail to predict that the cabinets would not fit in certain areas unless the kitchen would not have a fridge.They WILL charge you 25% re-stocking fee which is outrageous.Please stay away from CTG. Make an effort and pay a bit more but for the better.I should have done research. I am sure I would have found a better company with competitive prices and service.

We checked out ikea and cabinets to go. I have experience with ikea and know they take a lot of fiddly construction so we decided to go with these guys. The original design and pricing process was fairly easy but thats where my positive review ends. When we received our order we were missing a whole cabinet and the glass doors to another. Kurt got us the glass doors and cabinet within a week or so but after several weeks we are still waiting on our drawer that was missing from a box. Communication is very poor. We have enquired about our missing drawer at least 3 times but still have no idea when it will arrive. I guess a major negative with cabinets to go is they send things from California.

No showroom just a cabinet each of the different styles small squares of granite /quartz for you to choose from they said you had to go to Austell to see the slab wasnt too helpful I dont recommend this place .A waste of my time in stone Mountain
