Don’t even bother going here if you’re a fan of bourbon. Their prices are so high that it’s unbelievable. They price gouge almost every bottle that’s even decent. Stay away. They don’t value loyalty or good customers.

Always has bottles in stock. Good prices and very extensive inventory. Ive gone to other shops closer to home and are always out of different bottles, I end up here and it is whare find what Im looking for.

This place Fkn succs out of the 10 liquor stores in the surrounding areas this got to be worst. New owners aren’t better rude no discounts, no price matching, Blantons is $130 here prime example of RIP OFF store! STAY AWAY! Support actual stores that respect your business unless you like paying double retail then this is your place! When they give you your receipt it’s not even itemized and try to bait and switch you online it’s $99 but when you go in store and ask it’s $129! Just all around shady it was my first and last time here. Deceitful.

It was very organized which made it easy to find what I was looking for. The people were very helpful as well. A bit pricy but we left with what we wanted.

Well organized, very helpful if you have questions and arent too familiar with liquor stores. I was looking for an item and wasnt sure of the name and they immediately offered to check the stockroom and found it for me.

I drive all the way from Snellville to Twenty Nine Package Store. I love the variety and many selections of products. I always find what Im looking for when ever I go there. The gentlemen always bring my purchased items to my car, since I am a lady. Thank you for the special service.

This is my go-to store! Yes, there are the huge stores in Suwanee, but I can find everything at 29 package, there are fewer people in the store, and I am in and out quickly (preferable in a pandemic). If I want a specialty item they usually have one or two bottles up front behind the counter. Its perfect for my needs -- my go-to, as I said, hands down.

I am not familiar with the layout of this store and the person working at the counter, I suspect may be the owner stopped what he was doing and helped me locate the products I was shopping for and gave me recommendations on the brands/flavors.

It was my first time in the store, and I was not impressed at all. Yes they were nice, but nobody asked if I needed help or anything. At the register they finally asked if I found everything. I said no and the girl at the cash register didnt say anything else just told me the price and that was all. No I will not be going back there.

When I say clutch. Always a quick slide through to get my libations right...

The staff here are either unfriendly or just straight up rude, the selection is miserable, bare shelves. They act as though they are doing you a favor by taking your money, not that they care about service, or even being remotely friendly. I wonder how they even stay in business!

If i could give a zero I would! The lady is super rude for no reason! And on top of that theyre trying to charge $50 for a small bottle of crown royal peach that is the same size as the $30 in vanilla or apple. And they have the peach behind the counter. I asked the guy why the peach was more he said its like that everywhere. Go down the stree to branded barrel and its $30 the same price as the other bottles!!! This place is a rip off and price gouging!!!!

Very friendly service

The store is nice and new and seem to have an ice staff but their prices are considerably more than most other liquor stores around them. I know theyve been in business for a very long time so they must be doing pretty well but again if price is something that has to do with your choice of where you go expect to pay 3 to $4 more per bottle here then most any other place.

Walked in. 2 men at the register having a heated convo. Zero customer service. Never said anything to me. I left. Ill spend my money where it is wanted and appreciated. The Branded Barrel.

Nice store, good location and good selection

The selection is pretty good for a store this size and it is very clean and bright. The only reason they arent 5 stars is because the staff doesnt always seem to wear masks.

I will drive right past this store to shop elsewhere. Absolutely the rudest people ever. The guy working at the counter wasnt even the one waiting on me pointed at the sign telling me to get off my phone because I told the person I was on the phone with to hold on so I could checkout. What an assist. Lost my business forever pretty sure the puss face wouldnt have said that to a man.

I asked for Hennessy and didn’t pay attention paid and walked out. Got home literally 5 minutes later and saw it was Paul Masson. Went back to the store asked to exchange for what I wanted the store clerk lied and said it’s against state law to exchange liquor... No customer service skills at all...I left the Paul Masson there I knew that I should have stopped at my regular liquor store... I’m sure it will be under new management in no time soon

We found what we were looking for. If youre looking for a liquor to-go place this would be it. Its nothing fancy and the concrete floor is extremely uneven. But it did its job with the liquor. Will recommend if your not going for the way the place looks

Awesome people, we needed a keg of a beer they dont normally carry, so they special ordered it for us.

Good selection and reasonable prices

This was our go-to place to get wine or spirits as it is convenient. After purchasing the same product for months from this location, we were told today that they have never carried it. Thats interesting since I have receipts from their location with the product listed. The clerk was rude and unhelpful, and we will be taking our business elsewhere. With this type of service, it is amazing that this store is still open.

I went inside to confirm that I am the card holder yet they still didn’t give my husband his purchase.we had to go back home just to get my id. Rude staff and bare shelves make this place a non-starterSince my original post this place has changed dramatically. The new team has filled the shelves and the stores vibe. Id say they rate a four stars.

The store was sold and is now under new ownership, the prior owner had health problems and was forced to sell the company. 29 Package was never going out of business, however, things did take a decline, but ones health should always be a priority. Hopefully you guys enjoy the new store and new owners.

Depending on which clerk is there will depend on your experience. . Some are pleasant and some are damn rude. There are other package stores with better prices and service. I try MY BEST not to go there.

Grabbed some items for a late night drink. Awesome selections and friendly service.

Well. i just moved here and was looking for a local package store, not QT. as we all know, liquor sales are different wherever you go, but this place was the worst experience yet in 8 mos. of my stay here. 1. the manager appears suicidal. just really NOT into his job. he told me he doesnt drink. really. i asked for a local beer and he could not find it. the beers for that brewery were all over the store in different places. he said wait a minute ill check in the back. nothing. he said hed order some right away. several trips in, over several more weeks, still no restock. 2. the first available beer i brought up to the cashier, could not be found on their system. it was either misidentified, or something in their system. i put it back and got another. same thing. i picked a third, noting the bar code row ID was the same as the beer i was holding. sometimes stuff just gets out of place. the cashier was able to ring it up, but it was identified incorrectly on the receipt i noticed later, and i also got charged .50 less than the marked price. how do they stay in business at all? i would also consider their wine selection poor. the store is physically big, why no wine? then i noticed there wasnt much stock of anything, spirits, beer, etc. also, hard to get to on a divided highway. ill keep trying but the store has been renamed to area 51 in our family.

They were having a repair done during business hours right at the front door. Someone I was with got hurt and they were no help at all. They werent concerned at all until the police were called. Offered no apologies or anything.

My husband and I decided to stop at this package store after a long day at our store. We walked in and I noticed we were the only black individuals in there (no problem) we looked around a lot of item were missing prices or mislabeled.I was approach by a white male very close and in a very rude demeanor.. He asked if we needed help because they have new owners and they havent labeled everything yet. I said yes, and pointed to the bottle tagged as crown Royal $53.99.... it was a cheaper alcohol.I asked how much was it...he said he didnt know and became very rude and told me to take it to the register and walked away. And Im thinking you just asked me if I needed help...so why not help?I looked up and noticed the owners whispering and looking at us as if we were about to rob them. I told my husband lets good to Branded Barrel on pleasant Hill. We proceeded to walk out. And about 6 or 7 standing at the register questioned us on why we didnt get anything. As if my husband can fit bottles of alcohol in jogging pants and I guess they thought I put a bottle in my afro because I didnt have a purse. I walked in with my d.l. and bank card.I took that moment to tell them I saw what they were doing and I wouldnt spend my money with them and i will advised others like me not to shop here.Then their attitude change.Anyway, we went to the Branded Barrel and bought what we needed....Side note: Branded Barrel watches you also, they watch everyone...as they should. You have to protect your investment. But you shouldnt target people b/c of skin color.Nobody should feel like a criminal when they are spending hard earned money to support your business

ID demanded for sale of Alcohol which is great. NO underage drinking.

I wanted to buy 3 bottles for my Grandmother and there was only one bottle on the shelf. When I inquired about the stack of cases holding up the display, they made a big to-do about coming around to check the inventory and then just repeated we only have one bottle. Empty boxes dont weigh 50 lbs, buddy. Why put inventory on the sales floor that you arent willing to sell? Waste of a 20 minute drive from Snellville.
