DXP Enterprises branch in Lincoln is a full service project supply house, with very helpful outside & inside sales people, and technical experts on call for every project need - mechanical power transmission, pumps, hydraulics, safety equipment and supplies, electrical, etc... I have used them as a key project supplier for three years, and have no complaints.

Not a happy customer! I had to special order a gear for a 1955 boom that I use for my business. I needed a gear for the mechanism. It was a complete headache trying to order a gear for this machine, unfortunately because it was a specially made gear for the mechanism. Long story short, I found somebody else outside of town who cut me a new gear with a water jet machine. DXP will only refund me 50% of the original cost of the gear, since demand for this type of gear is so low, and that it was never even used. They will never see me through their doors again!

Terrible terrible terrible company. Took my drill there to get fixed, and they didnt even fix it. And charged me $25 dollars for cleaning it without my agreement. Mind you that the drill was under warranty, and shouldnt cost me anything. Then when I took my drill back to get fixed AGAIN, I asked for a refund, and they refused. Employees were extremely rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate! Dont ever take anything you own there! They will mess it up somehow, or charge you money without you knowing.
