My fiancé purchased the sleep number I10 flex Top king 360 smart bed w/ mattress pad total protection plan $11,198.59 later with a 25 year warranty and 30 day money back guarantee, which they didn’t honor then. Big surprise to find out that they want to charge $100+ to come and take a look at “the great divide” if you are a couple I would not recommend purchasing this mattress the divide between the two sides that allow the bed to incline independently has separated over the last 2 years now having a 6 inch gap between the mattresses making it impossible to sleep comfortably with your partner. Without waking up trapped inside the gap. And at the chiropractor as soon as your able to start walking again. We called them to purchase a solution or something to fix it. And there is no solution we were told we must be getting out of the bed wrong and for $117 they could send somebody over to adjust the foam. I am hoping that I save you from making the same mistake and trusting the wrong company with your sleep comfortability. And I would love to update this review and inform you all that they did the right thing and resolved this obvious issue.

I now own a sleep number bed from this location. When we went to see the beds we we were there for about two hours just laying in beds to try them out. That happened two times actually and the attendee was patient and helpful throughout the whole try out process. It was interesting to try all the sizes, firmness and types of beds to figure out the one we wanted. The purchase process went pretty smooth also. So far, in the last few months, the bed has worked out with our goal of improving our sleep. I did have a air chamber issue but that was replaced and quickly addressed so customer service has been great so far.
Salesman was very helpful and took the time to suggest what bed he felt would work best for me. I would highly recommend Sleep Number in Lincoln Ne.

If you ever wanted to experience pushy high pressure sales while being horizontal this is the place to be! The beds are nice but not sure the price is justified compared to some other options at this price point.
Sanela did a wonderful job explaining the beds, and how to go about choosing a base, matress and sheets. I was so set to buy, but couldnt decide between the flex top or split king, she patiently explained the differences and let me make the decision, without a high pressure sales pitch. I did not see any of the sales people engaged in high pressure sales, I was a bit leary of that. Great job!

We recently purchased a new bed from Select Comfort. My husband and I have slept on this bed for many years, and purchased this brand of beds for both of our adult sons. We decided to replace our King sized bed with a Queen iLE with Sleep IQ.The sales people at the store were very helpful. My husband had done research online before we went shopping. So we made our decision fairly quickly, it was super helpful to be able to try out the beds features in the store.I was very pleased with the staff that came to install the bed. They arrived on time. Thane and Cody were very considerate and careful to keep the house clean, not bump walls, etc. They efficiently set up the new bed, and moved the old bed into our garage for easy transport.We have slept on our new bed two nights now, and I love it!Thanks Select Comfort!
My wife and I bought a queen size sleep number bed in 2010, while living in NC, and disposed of it in 2016, because the air bladders deflated. When it was delivered at our house, it was dropped off at the car port. We had no assistance in set up. It was an expensive purchase for such a short time span.

We spent $6000 on a bed that we thought would be the best investment for our comfort. Absolutely the worst investment ever. Havent had a good nights sleep since we bought it.
When we bought our bed in 2009, a LIMITED warranty was explained to us. They said it was a 20 year warranty, didn’t say about “limited” . I’m disappointed in this company, I they were better than this. Our bed is only 11 years old! It didn’t last anywhere close to 20 years.
Worst company EVER!!! Charged us $3000 for a bed we never received!! When they said they would refund our money back to our credit card it was months later and they NEVER refunded all of it, so we had to pay late fees and the amount they kept!! Will NEVER do business with them nor will any of my friends or family!!!! The only reason I give them 1 star is because thats only way it would post, not worth even 1. They were so rude to us even at the corporate level!!

This review was rejected from Sleep Number website: In November 2017, we worked with Chris and Jean in Omaha to purchase our i7 360 King mattress, a body pillow, 3 pillows, 3 pillow covers with cooling technology, an In Balance Mattress Cover/Layer, and King Sheets & pillowcases. Both Chris and Jean were super friendly and patient with us as we tested out all of the mattresses and made our picks. I received a large discount because Im a nurse, which was nice. With their 30-day price match guarantee, I was able to call Sleep Number corporate a few weeks after our purchase and get the latest discounts (free shipping & a BOGO on 2 of our pillows), that were not available to us upon purchase. Based on just this info, Id give the store 5 stars. Unfortunately, the 3 star rating was earned AFTER our purchase and the deal was done. After delivery, we experience several issues with the 360 technology not functioning properly and had to have our pump replaced once and had to spend a lot of time on the phone with Customer Support trying to reset the pump (even after it had been replaced). In addition, the pricey Sleep Number sheet set we bought felt rough and way less luxurious after washing/drying than my FAVORITE sheet set we purchased from Costco, (which is a Jennifer Adams Home Eternal Sheet Set btw....the softest sheets ever & make bed-making easy because they wrap so deeply around my mattress). Two of the pillows and my body pillow are now uncomfortably lumpy (today is our 100th day with these items), and the cooling pillowcase covers are a sham (pardon the pun). Do not waste your money on these items. Thankfully, I was able to call Sleep Number corporate and get approval to return the sheets and pillowcases because we only washed one pillowcase just to see how it would feel (which as explained above, was rough & super wrinkly!). The store would not have allowed us to return the sheets, even though they were totally brand new and not even unwrapped; theyd only allow an in-store credit, so beware when buying these items! Last week, when our bed failed to record our sleep again, I called this store and spoke to Jean. Since we were within our 100 day trial, she said we were able to return our mattress but would have to pay $200 for shipping. This was NOT explained to us when we purchased; our understanding was that buying the mattress came with a 100 day no risk trial. Clearly, this is not true because paying $200 for return shipping qualifies as a risk to me. Jean said she would call her District Manager and have him follow-up with me about this charge. Neither Jean or her District Manager followed-up with me. Today is our 100th day so our trial is over. Thankfully, in the meantime, my husband and I talked and decided we would keep our i7 because my lower back hurts less since buying this bed....even though the 360 technology has proven to be unreliable. Nevertheless, it is frustrating to me that nobody ever bothered to follow-up with me, as Jean said they would. One last bit of bizarre feedback I feel compelled to share - when we were buying our mattress, Jean said that the 360 technology that tracks your heart rate and respirations while you sleep was developed from technology used in NICUs. Im currently a NICU Nurse and have worked in 2 NICUs in Omaha and I have never heard of any such mattress being used in a NICU, (we use EKG leads and sat probes!). I polled a few RNs and a Neonatologist that I work with to see if any of them had ever heard of such a thing and they all looked at me like I was crazy, ha! Another claim that was made while we were buying was about the cooling technology in the mattress and how NASA engineered it and uses in in astronaut suits....if only I knew an astronaut who could verify this fact lol! Anyhew, my point is - watch out for the sales claims.... Long story short, the 360 i7 has helped my back pain, it does not help me sleep better, the sheets, pillows, and cool coverings are no good, the 100 day trial is NOT RISK FREE, and once the sale is final, you are on your own!
