Came in to this location a week ago and met a great employee who sold me over $300 worth of product.... came in a couple days later because one of the vapes I purchased would not charge. I did as instructed and used a computer (my switch) charger to charge the vape from the USB provided. Before I brought the vape that did not work back in, I left it on the charger over night, it registered it was charging but in the morning there was no charge. A manger was not on duty when I came in that evening but the same great employee was working. Since I needed a vape, I went ahead and spent another $200. Was told it would not be a problem to come in the next day when a manger was on duty to receive a refund (since I already spent well over the store credit). The manager on duty the following day is named Savannah. When I came in to do the exchange and explain the situation, the employee told her everything the night before. She first began to tell me I used the incorrect charging method, when another employee told her the one I used was a lower voltage suitable for the vape I purchased. Instead of starting the conversation with “I can only do store credit”, which I would have been cool with, she only decided to mention it once I was walking out the door after she refused my refund. Savannah mentioned I would need to speak to a Store manager the following day. I asked what the hours would be, she stated 10-8. I just now walked back in to find only Savannah on duty, and that the store manager only worked in the morning. She was not willing to do anything, but find any reason not to help with the situation. Once again as I’m walking out the door, she smarted off that she told me that yesterday. Funny, because I don’t recall that whatsoever. I’m not one to point fingers or even write reviews, I just wanted my 70$ back. I would have even been willing to take the store credit on the second trip here if she wasn’t so rude. However, after my experience with Savannah, they can keep the $70 and I just won’t spend my money here anymore. All I can say is I hope the great employee is in line to take her job. From a manager of two years at a much larger corporation, to a growing business. Might want to find managers who are going to be professional and help their customers so they come back.

These guys really know their stuff! Clean store, Knowledgeable staff, and prices are good. The employees go out of their way to make sure I understand the product Im purchasing and even put it together and show you how to use it. What a friendly and welcoming staff. I go there a lot because of the staff. Even if you ask a million questions (like I do when trying to get the right product) theyre friendly and patient.

These people didn’t know anything about vapes. When u ask a question it’s like they can’t be bothered. When we walked up we ask the guy behind the counter to see the flavors and what level nicotine they were as we are on six and wanting to go down to three. I guess his lunch meant more to him then a sale because we just walked out. Of course there wasn’t a have a nice day or anything. They acted as if they could have cared less if we shopped there or not.

I have been buying my could and juice from this location more frequently than my normal Denver location. The store has gotten better although I have not searched or asked for advice on my set up so I do not know the knowledge if the newer employees. Back when they opened it was terrible but from what I can see it has gotten better.

Since it switched over to mellow vapes the staff has completely nose dived in service. I walked in and the two ladies were on their phones and literally asked me “what do you want”. No “hey how are you today” or anything. When I asked questions the lady helping me didn’t seem to care or want to answer my questions. I’m not sure if she didn’t have the information or both the ladies in the store were motivated to wake up this morning. Regardless I will never come back to this location due to the fact of the people there being rude and unprofessional. Disappointing this used to be my favorite location

Prices seemed high and the selection was good but they didnt have any batteries for their products.

The staff here are friendly and very helpful. The manager seems to keep a good, new variety of devices and juices in stock. This is a good place to be in and out or, to sit down and stay for a while

They are real nice there and that had what i was looking for my coil and vape juice for my Nord pod bye Smoke.

Had an issue with a mod and they exchanged it for me when they probably shouldnt have. These people go above and beyond to keep customers happy! Highly recommend this store!

They have excellent juice selections with multiple premium and house juices. I would recommend Madvapes of Lincolnton to anyone who is looking for vape related products.

The staff here knows what they are talking about. I can’t tell you how many shops I go to trying to get educated on what to get and come out knowing less than I walked in. Or they try to push the big pricey stuff on you, not here though. They helped me figure out exactly what to get for where I’m at. They will have my business for some time.

Used to be an amazing place before they switched the name from mad vapes to mellow vapes . Not much of a vape mods selection and it seems that they only want to make a sale . Juicee Coils is better go check them out

So smoky could hardly breathe...to be expected to an extent, but added ventilation sure would help. Prices considerably higher than other Lincoln Co Mad Vapes. Low availability coils and limited battery choice. On a good note, very polite personnel.

Out of stock of what I was looking for past 5 out of 6 visits. BTW stop telling people Novo 1 pods work with Novo 2 devices... They do but only for about a day and burn out. Just get what you need online. Its cheaper and in stock there.

Love MadVapes. This location always has great staff, very helpful. They carry a decent variety of CBDs too for vaping or supplementing. Lots of juices to check out and a food selection of vapes.
