Just rude, can’t even take her face away from computer to answer a couple questions

Walked in with eye glasses that needed to be repaired.I had already researched the issue, and found that it required a replacement hinge available at pretty much any optical shop. I start to explain what the problem is, and without looking at or even touching my glasses the lady started shaking her head and saying no. We have to get new frames.

This has an excellent optometrist. He is the first, in forty years, that was able to properly fit me for glasses. He noticed I had only 50% field of vision and immediately referred me to the best opthamolgist, specializing in reconstruction surgery.My eye glasses were great, with no changes needed.

Very bad day transit first that they straightened it out when I had to spend another $10 for the gas going back up there do you have them to correct my glasses and repair them as well

Insurance fraud went to them and they did nothing because I had a cataract got cataract fixed went back to them and they had charged my insurance company which I can’t use but once yearly won’t be be going back to these criminals
