My wife purchased a pair of Bragi Pro wireless earphones for me as a birthday gift, from Alps Mtn. Affordable Hearing Aids. I was given a free hearing test and they fitted me for the Bragi earphones. I received the earphones in a timely manner and they fit perfectly. I am very happy with my experience here.

They have a wonderful new office location that is awesome. The staff is friendly and Jeff is knowledgable about anything to do with hearing instruments. He is always making sure that he says up on what is out there to make my hearing the best it can be. All his staff is great to work with the girls in the office are the nicest and sweetest staff anyone could deal with.

Do not buy a hearing aid from this company, you will be sorry, they enlist deceptive and fraudulent practices .My dad has dementia, they sold him $3600 hearing aids, kept his credit card, we told them we wanted to return them, was promised a refund that we never received.The contract they tricked my father into signing was not legal because he has dementia, we communicated right away we wanted to return the hearing aids, they kept making excuses to keep us from returning them.They then told us to go ahead and mail them back, we did, then they claimed they never received them.(We had our signed delivery receipt )Now they tell us “ sorry no refund, it’s past your 30 days “ have to take them to court.
