I visited staples in different cities in New Jersey. Problem happened in Linden NJ. First time there I was watched as if I was going to steal from the store. I said ok i am being paranoid. Being that I am black one would give it thought. I went to the store again experienced same vibes. Can I help you, standing over me. Watched me to the counter where I paid for my items. Now I am offended, I am a senior. STORE PLEASE STOP

The store seems fairly well organized and neat, but the ladies room was beyond terrible. Gas stations have cleaner bathrooms! I wont disgust you with the details, but it was truly awful.This is a real disservice to both customers and employees that have to use the restroom. An employee walked in after me, so I know they use the same restroom. After standing on their feet for hours helping customers, they should have a clean place to take a break and relieve themselves.

Printing staff is very helpful and friendly. The most kindest, efficient and courteous young lady helped me today. Melanie was able to solve my printing problem, she saved my day! Only thing I wish was that they were not so short staffed as she was handling a ton of customers all at once, however that is not her fault. She held her own. Keep up the good work guys 👍🏼

Today Jess from printing was assisting me with a small print job, she tried to redirect me to everything, using automatic service, didnt want to check me out and gave me a hard time about the code when she wrote it down wrong.After she declined to check me out, I asked for her name and then said nice to meet you.I understand getting people to work right now is challenging but wow, what a seed.Ive come to this location several times before always had a pleasant experience, til today.If you dont want to work, stay home.

Staples is a convience when it comes to printing and getting large supplies for work. I didnt interact with anyone today, just went right to the printing machine to print some papers for work. Everything seemed put together despite all the craziness that has been happening lately. I guess people really dont have a need to go to Staples. I printed a few things and the price for color print isnt bad considering. I was in and out with no issues.

I was at your store in Linden NJ, I was there to purchase a printer, long story short, was taken to register to purchase a printer, replacement ink, the service plan and a ream of paper, the female rep began to ring me up and ask if I did I belong to your reward program and I gave her the phone number that I believed should be there, from when I purchased my last printer. She stated she couldnt find me by the number and I ask if she could check by my name, she said I would probably need to call the 800 number or she could sign me up, I said ok lets do it. Thinking that she was going to sign me up and then she asked for the payment so I paid the bill, then inquired would I receive my new rewards card via email or mail, so I could check to points, and she informed me that it would Start on my next purchase, and I said no I wanted this purchase to count as well, so after huffing and puffing she stated she could return and rering the order, at that point I stated yes return the products but there would be no need to ring it back because I changed my mind, because I didnt want to burden or over work her. She then called for a manager and he walked over and she explained the situation, at no time did he approach me to assist me or ask me what happened, I over heard him tell her to advise me that I could call the 800 number and have them correct my rewards account, and since I wasnt involved in the conversation I abruptly stated that I would be doing any of the above and please cancel this order, at that time he gave her the ok to return the products and walked away and began to have a conversation with another emotes which made me feel like I was the topic of their discussion. I then ask the rep for his name and she states his name was Rohan, I said because when I called corporate I would like to have the correct name, im not sure of her name but I will attach a copy of my receipt. I love the copy center here, they are always efficient and quick with their work. the print associate Melanie is very patient and helpful every time I come to print my projects. The self-serve machines are easy to use and extremely convenient

Nothing is ever on the correct shelf so the price is never correct. Then if you dont want to buy something, because it rang up for a more expensive price, they give you attitude fo having to remove it. Only go here if you need it immediately and walmart or target dont carry it.

Credit card machine wouldnt pick up Google Pay credit card, was sent to customer service to get help from the manager, who refused to even talk to customers. After waiting for 20 minutes while he was on his cellphone, he comes by and says he will not do a manual credit card transaction. Said he tried it in the morning and it didnt work and because of that he will not try again. Asked for his name and said Eric, when I asked for his last name he refused to give it. Very disappointed in the service at this Staples, doesnt live up to corporate mandates

Great selection, great prices (when they have sales). Sometimes its hard to find someone to assist, but once you do theyre very knowledgeable and helpful. The printing department offers great options of printing on just about any medium, from business cards to banners. Visit this store and truly get it done fast and easy.

Best customer service! I went to the store to purchase ink and I was in and out within 5 minutes. The associate approached me as soon as I entered into the store and asked me if I needed help. When I told him I was looking for ink, instead of sending me to the section, he actually walked me there and helped me find the ink that I was looking for. the customer service is impeccable, and the store is so clean and organized!

This store needs to get it together. It was hotter in the store than it was outside. Apparently the air conditioning wasnt on. But my main issue was that all three self serve computer workstations in the print center were down or not working properly. There was one that WAS working for a short time but the woman on it clearly had no idea what she was doing which added to my frustration. I was there to print two copies and a simple two minute task turned into thirty. Its a long story but after I finally lost it, it was then that the manager and ladies in the print center were helpful. I wasnt charged for my two copies but PLEASE, fix the computers or get working machines. I frequent this location and no exaggeration, every time I go there is something wrong whether its a computer workstation, the fax machine or a copier.PS. I apologize to the employees who had to deal with my wrath. I honestly feel terrible. One particular lady was very helpful and kind to my children and I. I didnt catch her name but she has excellent customer service skills and did a good job of trying to diffuse the situation after I lost it.

Theres no such thing as quick service Staples for a $0.12 print, 30 minutes makes no sense.UPS store by all means is the best place to get a Quick Print and be done. They need to cancel this entire department for self service.

One of the best Staples Printing & Marketing departments. The staff is great and actually knows what they are talking about. They always make sure you get the best quality materials and finished projects. This is also one of the only Staples around thats opened til 10pm.

Shout out to the Copy Center staff (I mostly go there and rarely the rest of the store). Always helpful and attentive. My prints need to be spotless and these people help to ensure that by attending to an issue as soon as something starts going not right. Great job helping customers, glad to see people who bring the right attitude to work. Please stay that way.

They printed three banners for my German tutoring company JacobiTeacher. The material was Indoor Poly. That was the only material they could print same day at the store. I picked it because i needed it done quick. The price was surprisingly low. The colors were definitely less strong than i had expected. They told me it was because of the material. Iam still very satisfied. They did a great job and the product is very useful. Iam very pleased with my this Staples location.

The service here sucks Ass!.. Too long of a wait for automated copy machines. Theres not enough of them. In my town you can hand the Print ID to the clerk and in less than two minutes you are out of the building. I hope I never have to deal with this surprise at another branch.

The store manager there is very helpful and nice. I had an issue with the copy machine and even though it was after they had closed he helped me and gave me a refund for the bad copies. Great store and staff.

I was in the store today, a half hour ago, sending a fax. The customer service displayed by the ENIGMAS behind the counter was very unprofessional and definitely fell short of everything they may have been taught. My nine year old grandson could and would have done a better job. I wanted to advise the staff that two of their machines were down was totally ignored as I was standing at the counter. I advised what I thought was the WANNA BE MANAGER and he gave me a look and response, ok, what are you telling me for or what do you want me to do. Please do a better job of who you hire or least tell them to leave their problems at the door.

The employees here are so nice and you can do so many printing things by yourself or they are ready to help. so i give them 5 stars for service

NO EMPLOYEES!!!Even though this is my closest and local Staple I dont come here often and here is WHY:::Was here today to pick some things needed for a project, spent more than 20 mins, walking the whole store, every aisle looking for an employee to ask them few questions about the items that I needed. Finally found the item but exactly what I was looking for. Go to the register asked the girl for the item she told me::: I have to ask someone from the floorI told her that nobody is in the floor her answer was:::she dont know anything about itCRAZY!!!
