Great service! Had some issues of my fault btw, with keys that were copied and they corrected it without even a charge. Didnt have to do that, it was my mistake and I wouldve gladly payed for it. Thank you!

Believe it or not, this guy has everything you can think of!! And his prices are just as good as that big orange store that no matter what you buy, theres a part missing! Support your local businesses... And hes a really nice guy.

This particular location of ace hardware I bought a hot water hose because i was going to do a plumbing job at my house. I did not used the hose and i went to returned. They didn’t want to accept my return claiming that i used the hose which it was not even open. Please choose home depot over ace hardware . They poor in costumer service and warranties.

The store is brand new and spotless, but we could not communicate with the two employees there . The lady does not speak 1 word of English . The other gentlemen spoke broken English and was very helpful - he went outside to help a customer and left the lady attending the cash register - WHAT A MESS !! I Cannot believe that an ACE HARDWARE STORE in th middle of the business district cannot find 1 employee that can communicate with the public !!I guess I’m just a little upset, after driving 20 minutes, because the online page said that the ACE HARDWARE in linen Nj had the part I was looking for.It was just kinda comical — we looked like a 3 blind mice sketch!! Lol
