The food is good, the employees are lazy and slow. I watched 3 people who were on line, walk out because they knew it would be faster to drive somewhere else to get a simple sandwich. Waited 30 minutes for 3 bagels with cream cheese. And apparently they’re getting cheap because I got about 2 tablespoons of cream cheese on my bagel. And on top of that, I asked the same person twice to scoop out the inside on one of my bagels- low and behold, it was not done. Spent 30 bucks for 3 bagels and some drinks, waited 30 minutes to be sorely disappointed.

I love this place but its always a mystery if my sandwich is going to be how I asked it to be or not. Its amazing when they get it right though!

The sell Boars head cold its ..!!!!..the store is clean . They make a very good hero ..never disappointed ..a full sandwich never lacking in cold cut .they are polite and nice nd you can tell you are in a good place. Egg sandwiches are terrific too ..stop by before beach nd get your breakfast nd lunch treat yourself once in awhile ..

DO NOT GO HERE!!! It took 35 minutes to get a few bagels with cream cheese. Nothing from the grill!! The Manager or owner didn’t even try and apologize, he just told my husband oh we are busy, even though there was only one other customer there!!! I would give a zero if it was an option. Never coming here again!!! I usually go to Bagel Factory and never have this problem.

The good news, bagels are good and tasty.The bad news, youll pay different for same sandwich depending on who is filling your order. Wont remind you that you get a free side with your sandwich order. The new counter girls (especially the one with the bubble butt) in tight pants has a horrible attitude. When she gets the order wrong, she gives you the death stare, then gets huffy. So, does she say, Oops, my bad or Sorry? NOPE! The other one, never says Thanks when you pay.Customer service is important....but obviously not here.

I used to love this place. Since few months nothing but disappointment. The new customer service is terrible... Especially two girls in Tiktok leggings on. Very unpleasant and never get my order right. On top of everything I never heard sorry. Also shouldnt they have their hair put together in a ponytail instead being loose all over food?!?!?

They have some really GOOD bagels here! Soft, fresh and tasty every morning.

The food is good but the annoying part is when you order a sandwich you are suppose to get a free side of your choice of Macaroni, Potato Salad, Coleslaw etc. Unfortunately they never remind you of that. Ive purchased alot of sandwiches there and only once did I get the side of salad. I find that very irritating.

Officially done with this place. If you’re looking for a deli that consistently forgets something that is part of your order, then come to this place. Imagine waking up, wanting a breakfast sandwich or omelette, then coming home and it’s wrong only to call and get giggly Karen on the phone thinking it’s funny. They want you to bring the wrong order back to them DURING a pandemic. Are you serving it back to other patrons? Why would I lie that my order is wrong. Then they will advise you to let them know when you come in again. We went back and still get charged for the screw up. BYE

This is my favorite place to get bagels in the morning! I love the cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese the most, but between myself & my family weve tried them all! My boyfriend loves the egg sandwiches, and we all like to get sandwiches too. I like the aesthetic of this deli, and the vintage photos are really nice to look at while you have a short wait. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and if theres ever been a mistake theyve been able to go above and beyond to fix it. I love the bagels here & just writing this review makes me want to go get one!

Best Bagels EVER

The customer service is awesome very attentive, the homemade bagel is good but what is on the bagel is terrible. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and got all egg and two small microscopic pieces of bacon. The cheese was barely melted and the sandwich itself wasnt even hot and i opened it literally 5 minutes after they made it. Put some more effort into your sandwiches and maybe ill come back as a customer. Pissed that my breakfast crave was ruined! You should refund me my damn 13 dollars for 3 sandwiches, because it was a waste of money

Usually this place is good. But last week I purchased cream cheese nd lox spread bagel, it was definitely sour. Then today I purchased a roast beef sandwich nd the roast beef was all slimy. Really weird.

It kind of grossed me out they had roaches and one big one on the register and wall and glass I told them and the girl told her boss and he just said ok n did nothing about it. If one is out in the day like that most likely there is a lot.

This was my first time there and I’m very unhappy. The customer service wasn’t good, the girl looked miserable & got our order wrong. They also don’t wear hair nets and have their nails long, don’t even wear gloves. Now to the food part, the chicken cutlet sandwich I ordered was made up of more bread crumbs than chicken and the sandwiches in general were very dry. First and last time going there for me.

I went here on Father’s Day to order breakfast for my family. They had decent social distancing procedures in place which was nice. Unfortunately, one of the cooks who was preparing food for my family and everyone else in there, had his mask down around his chin. This is highly dangerous and bad practice. When I mentioned to the person ringing us up that the cook was not wearing their mask properly they replied to me that it is hard to breathe with the mask on. This is unacceptable.

The food is delicious and whenever I order to pick up my order is 100% of the time exactly how I ask. Egg sandwiches are great but I really love their yogurt parfaits with fresh fruit they are amazing well worth the 4$. Highly recommend to anyone looking to pick up breakfast from a new deli give them a try! I’ve tried many delis around and to my personal preference I’ve never gone else where since

Went here at 6 am to get a hungry man (7 bucks) and milk. The bread wasnt fresh, my eggs werent over easy (as requested) and the milk was Spoiled, super chunky spoiled. Wont be stepping in here again.

Don’t eat here! Bagels and Baileys is right down the road and their food is way better! I ordered via Uber eats Easter morning, the cream cheese had a rancid, sour and overly cheesy aftertaste whereas cream cheese is usually somewhat sweet. The owner would rather accuse me of lying than reimburse me for an $8 meal. He said if it were their fault then they would have taken care of me. Not sure how their food tasting wrong could possibly be my fault? I used to manage a restaurant and this is not the way to treat customers. My stomach started to feel funny when I decided to call them. What a mistake, if I knew they’d make me feel so stupid for calling I would’ve saved myself the time and aggravation. Clearly their business can’t afford to make things right with a customer who threw their food in the trash.If you don’t enjoy your meal here, you better suck it up because this establishment couldn’t care less. In fact, they’ll be condescending, rude and tell you there’s something wrong with your taste buds 👍🏻

We’re new to the area and we’re trying to find a great bagel place. This will definitely be our go to spot. The bagels were delicious and the staff was friendly and kind and we felt at home when we walked in.

I used to go here all the time on Sundays to get a delicious breakfast with my husband and daughter. All of the food was always delicious and the staff are all so friendly! They make you feel at home and welcome! I wish we lived closer again. I know we would stop by much more!

Great spot for a breakfast bagel! I cant speak to the other menu items but it all looked good. The coffee was so,so ( the only reason for not giving it 5 stars)but it wasnt bad either. Actually it was kind of nice to walk in and have one choice to make about my coffee, Regular or Decaf. If Im in the neighborhood again Ill certainly be stopping in. Great job everyone!

Inconsistent Service. Theres one guy who is perfect at his job - Friendly, helpful, greets everyone with a smile and thanks you for coming in. Very efficient at getting your order quickly. The two women are sometimes good, sometimes they ignore you. Several times I have stood at the counter for a long while before anyone comes out of the back. The last time I stood at the counter for more than five minutes while the two women ignored me and carried on a conversation. When one finally asked if I wanted anything besides my coffee and I said no (because I had to catch a train and didnt have time to order a bagel by then, though I didnt tell her that), she actually said, Well you should have said something because I thought you were waiting for food.Maybe Im old fashioned but I think its the employees job to greet customers and ask if they need help, especially in food service, no?The bagels are good but, honestly, most bagel shops make good bagels.

I just went there for lunch today. I got a Chicken sandwich and the chicken was disgusting. It was overcooked in some parts and chewy in others. I barely could eat half of the sandwich and ended up throwing out most of it. I also got a doughnut which I took one bite of an threw it out because it was gross. I used to get bagels there all the time a few years ago and they were great. Im not sure if they need to just stick to bagels or if management changed and that has something to do with it. I know for sure I wont be visiting there again.
