We were traveling from Northern Utah to Manti for an appointment when suddenly a metal rod jammed under our car, ripping up parts of our bumper leaving scraping noises on the freeway. My husband pulled off quickly and by some miracle his shop was the first building off the next exit. He promptly checked us out, helped us fix the problem, dislodge and cut away unnecessary plastic that had been shredded and we were fixed in 15 minutes and able to make our session appointment. We didn’t catch his name and he was so nice he said it was a simple fix for free but we were happy to pay him for the amazing service he had provided us! Literally an answer to prayers so thank you!

Very honest and theyll tell you the problems with your car and how much its going to cost. They wont fix it unless you give them the go ahead. If you dont want it fixed, they will respect your decision

CHOOSE THIS SHOP!!!DONT ALLOW YOURSELF TO GET SCAMMED BY OTHER DISHONEST REPAIR SHOPS!!The employees are super friendly and helpful and honest, they don’t try to sell you things that you don’t really need!! I brought in my Infiniti G35 with slight knowledge about what could cause the problems that I was having, within 24hours they reached out to me and had told me what the issue and the pricing for the repair, out of all the shops in Utah county they were by far the cheapest, I decided I would have my family member do the part, but having their help and their diagnosis I would have never truly figured it out! After talking with them they even kept my car there and allowed me to keep my car there (a week and a half) until I could afford to get it towed even when I wasn’tI am not getting discounts or anything like that for posting this just figured that everyone needs this repair shop as much as I did.

Only place i go to fix my cars. Mike and Ben are the best. They treat you good and there honest! You wont be dissapointed!!

This place was awesome! my car started having problems on the freeway so i exited, and coincidentally enough, torque was right there! i left my car overnight and they were nice enough to let me do so, and they worked on it early the next day and fixed my car super quick and did such a good job! i will definitely be coming back for other maintenance and repairs. their customer service was as good as it gets, and they were so honest and SOOO affordable! love this place 👍🏻

I highly recommend these guys! My dad has been coming to this shop for years now, and he recommended me giving them a call. My alternator went out in my Honda Accord and I called probably 5 different auto shops comparing prices. I was told that I could get it fixed anywhere from $550-345 before Tax. I called The Torque Shop and they said that they could do it for $250 and that they could have it done today if I dropped it off. Over all I paid a little less than $280 for the repair and my car is working great. Trustworthy repair shop!

Go here. But only if you want high quality, caring, & catering service. They legitimately will not try & charge you ridiculously. They genuinely try to locate the problem(s) first, are great at communicating, & will work with you more than any other place Ive been to. I live in Salt Lake City & have driven down there just because they were so good.

Mike Powell is the most honest mechanic I know. He run an efficient shop. He wont do more than necessary.

I would not recommend this place for anything other than a VERY simple fix. Communication was extremely poor, I cant stress this enough. Delivery of my vehicle took way longer than promised, others who came after were helped before my work was done and the cost was approaching TRIPLE what I was quoted and work was (only partially) completed without communicating the extra time and cost. I was shocked, very disappointed and wont be back.

These guys are fair and honest and do good thorough work. Finding a reliable mechanic is really tough, Ive tried allot of them and I really really like these guys. They were upfront about repairs I thought I needed because another mechanic shop said I did, they had a better, less expensive, and long term solution. This is a very trustworthy place to get your car tuned up and repaired.

I had a blow out on the freeway close the exit. I went to Torque because I needed a place to change my tire. I found that my rod for adjusting the jack was missing along with the lug wrench. I asked for help from one of the guys and he just straight up got a jack and a power drill for lug nuts and changed my tire in less than five minutes. It was freaking awesome.

Im not one to write online reviews, but this place deserves an exception. We had major car problems on the freeway and pulled off the next exit into the first driveway we found--that just so happened to be the Torque Shop (a miracle unto itself). Even though the shop was closed, Ben was there and kindly came out to look at our car. He was so nice and graciously offered to fix our car right then because we would have been stranded. Within a few hours, our car was good as new and we were back on the road home. About 20 minutes into our drive, Ben called us on the phone to make sure everything was running well--which of course it was. What a stud. Seriously, some of the nicest service Ive ever had. Im so glad there are still good people in the world like him. Thank you, Torque Shop. Best auto repair place ever!

Excellent service every time Ive had to have my cars worked on. Had an alignment done and the mechanic clearly explained what the alignment was before and what it changed to after.

We purchased a used truck that had a few problems. The mechanics there took a lot of time and made a huge effort to fix the problems in the best way possible. It was a difficult situation that they made a pleasant experience for us. They worked efficiently and knew what they were doing and they were affordable on top of it. The Torque Shop listens to their customers. They have one of the lowest hourly rates of any shop and they will try to save you money by shopping for lower cost parts or used parts if you ask them to. They are also honest and I never feel pressured to pay for other services. I have been taking vehicles to the Torque shop for over 10 years now and am always satisfied. Sometimes they are a little slow and dont communicate well on how long a job may take or contact you when your car is done.

I dont normally leave reviews but I thought I should for some of the best mechanics I know! Every time I take my cars in to get work done they are fast, knowledgeable, and courteous. I always recommend thet to any of my friends that need their car fixed!

Best and most honest service Ive ever had at a repair shop. Car broke down on my way to work and they took me the rest of the way to my job. Great guys and good to their word.

They told me I could leave my car there for a little while and be fine (after Id mentioned that I didnt want to fix it there because my car is basically dead) but they wanted to move it and because my husband is the only one with a working car currently, I told them theyd have to wait. My husband went as quickly as he could but they were going to put a boot on my car! Talk about liars!

He spent his time to diagnose my problem and call me and explain but didnt charge me anything because the actual problem was not something he does (tires). It also probably didnt take him long to figure it out, but it did involve a bit of customer service.

This is absolutly the WORST Mechanic shop in all of Utah County!! I highly recommed DO NOT take any of your vehicles here!! I was having fuel problems with my car. I took it to this shop because it was near my home. They had my car for one week. Not only do they not know how to diagnos the problem, they also blew one of my new tires and tried to trick me by replacing it with a used one from the junk yard. If it werent for my husband driving by and seeing my car with a spare on it we would have never known. They also just threw in part after part and ended up charging me $400 and my car still isnt fixed! I am now taking it to my orginal mechanic. Should have done that in the first place. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
