I can honestly say I LOVE this brands comfy kid clothing. My 4 year old daughter refuses to wear anything else. Shes worn their rompers since she was 1 year, and now shes obsessed with their dresses. I have a baby boy who wears RAGS all day, every day. We always get compliments on how well dressed my kids are wherever we go. My parents and in-laws love them too because its so much easier to get them dressed with no snaps - you literally stretch the neckline, put their legs in, and shimmy it up their torso.

We have been Rags customers for years!! We love our Rags. As babies and toddlers the rompers are great - SO easy to put on/off, they look adorable and its easy to be able to grab one and throw it in the diaper bag in case we need a change of clothes. They’re so soft and very well made! My girls are older now and absolutely love the twirl dresses, and even my husband and I have some of the adult tees and sweatshirts. Any time I’ve had to reach out to customer service, I’ve always received great communication too. Overall, one of my favorite brands to keep coming back to. Products are consistently sized, soft, and fashionable! I have Rags that my 6 year old wore as a baby and have been passed down through my kids and friends kids, now to be worn this year when my new baby is born!

I love my Rags and so do my girls! Its seriously such a unique piece of clothing. My oldest wears her Minnie Mouse Rags all the time. Its my favorite for when we are traveling with my daughters because its easy and comfortable for them and I seriously always get compliments on them. The price point is a little high but my two year old has worn hers multiple times a week for the past year or so and its still going strong -- which definitely speaks to quality since its been all over with us.

I’d give them zero stars if I could honestly. This company has terrible customer service, the worst I’ve experienced from a clothing company to be quite frank. I used to love their kids clothes because they used good fabrics and their graphics were edgy and hip, but outsourcing has driven the quality down tremendously and the price up! They falsely advertise and deceive people to try to bait them to buy from their drops. Their graphics and fabric are on par with Walmart but with Nordstrom price tag. The don’t tolerate any negativity whatsoever on any of their social media platforms or website, so all of the positive reviews you see are because they only display the positive reviews. Quality control doesn’t exist with this company and if you complain about a poorly made defective product received they will tell you that it’s supposed to be that way or they’ll just gaslight you and tell you that it’s not considered defective and they haven’t received complaints from other customers. Very rarely do they actually have the backup inventory for when customers do receive a defective item that they can’t ignore and want to return for an exchange. I recently bought a shirt during their Black Friday deals week because it featured a beloved graphic that they decided to retire a year or so ago and when I got it it looked nothing like the enhanced and filtered photo they used to advertise it. The graphic was so muted that you can barely tell what it is against the dark charcoal fabric. They had the audacity to tell me that they designed it this way on purpose and that it wasn’t defective and that all sales were final and they couldn’t help me. What a joke. Don’t waste your time or money on this awful awful kids clothing company/brand. Rags to Ratchet is more appropriate in my opinion.

Once you shop Rags, you can’t go back. Love love love these amazing rompers.

I became a customer of Rags almost a year ago and I have loved everything I have bought from them. But even more important, their customer service is exceptional. Any time I have needed to reach out (exchange, apply a coupon after I placed the order, and once had a product defect) they are quick to reply and remedy the issue. Great company with cute clothes.

We’d been Rags customers for nearly four years and are clothing three children in this brand. I love that I can stylishly and effortlessly dress my younger kids in Rags Rompers. They’re a complete outfit that conveniently helps us get everyone out the door and on our way. As my kids grow, I’m appreciating Rags’ expanding their offerings for bigger kids (and adults). I love coordinating my kids! We get compliments on their outfits all the time. I also love that while this brand is accessible, releases are limited, which means my kids are uniquely dressed.

Don’t buy this for your baby. Their outfits look great, and are extremely comfortable, but it’s very difficult to put on. My wife and I spent WAY too much money on one of these outfits only to find out that they don’t have any snaps, so we barely use them. Maybe they’ll be better for our son when he’s a toddler, but for now it’s not worth listening to him cry while we try to put it on.

I used to LOVE rags. It was all my baby would wear. However the quality and customer service has steadily declined while the prices continue to increase. I suspect the decline in quantity has a lot to do with out sourcing-there is no reason or excuse for the complete lack of customer service. Rags are sent with misprints and holes, orders are often cancelled-as of late without notifying the customer of the cancellation. Forget about reaching out to customer service for a resolution....Rather than apologizing and accepting responsibility the Rags team tries to pass the blame off on others (manufacturers, mail services, printers etc). There is no “I’m so sorry that happened, how can we make it right”. Rather one can expect an “oh well, the best we can do is offer a refund upon receiving the defective items”. Don’t even think about trying to leave a comment or review on social media-rather than addressing the many issues customers are experiencing the rags team would rather delete comments and turn off the option to leave a review. No, I’m not kidding-in fact I’m leaving this review here because just today (after a string of negative reviews)they disabled the option to leave a review effectively removing all reviews that have been left. Any comment left on their social media pages that is not positive is instantly deleted. Rags would rather try to silence their customers and pull the wool over the eyes of new customers than address and remedy their many problems. This is such a shame. Rachel used to have a great thing going, an awesome company with devoted followers. She’s effectively run it into the ground. Rags has lost my business-there are other actual small shops that care about quality and customer service that more deserving of my dollar than this sham of an operation.

Ive been a long time customer of Rags! The styles and how easy the clothing is to put on wiggly kids keeps me coming back. Ive been buying for my twins who are now 5 and Im excited to use them on my littlest one who is 3 months. I love that they are making bigger kid options too so we can be in Rags even longer.My last experience with customer service was also amazing, they were so helpful and quick to respond!

Weve been buying Rags since the beginning and love the uniqueness of the Rags! Theyre super comfy and stylish too. And we love that the brand is growing with us. My daughter who is now too big for Rags loves the dresses and joggers!
