I was blown away by the experience that I had at Sallys. I had no idea what I was doing and then I found Tara!!! Tara is now one of my favorite people!! She answered all of my questions, helped me to get the product that I need for cheap. It was as if I was the only person in the store. I have never had better customer service and Tara deserves to be coined the best store manager of all time. When I had an order that I was just going to pick up my order, Tara took a minute and wrote a note fore me.LOVE THIS STORE AND TARA IS THE BEST!!

This location is great. The employees are always extremely helpful. They always spend a lot of time with me and help me make the best decision on products. I love that Sallys lets you return items if you dont end up loving them. Its so nice so you dont end up wasting a ton of money before finding products that work. My go to for beauty products. :)

Great store, employees are very nice and helpful so I drive here from Saratoga springs (about 30 minutes extra drove time) would have been nice to have updated store hours on google to let people know they’re closed on Sunday. I also called to verify and their recording says they’re open Sunday. Drove here and they’re closed Sunday. Super irritating.

This location is great, I always come to this one even though its further from me because the employees are so helpful and they have a better selection of product. Please update your Google hours though so people dont drive half an hour only to find out youre closed on Sunday!

Went to get an item and I found it but when I pay I was ask if I needed a bag to put the item in but I was gonna be charged extra for the bag, I ask why ? She said because is plastic and we are trying to help the environment funny thing is that they sell lots of plastic items 🤣 not the best customer service they were more into their conversation than anything else

This is my favorite Sallys store by far!!! All the employees are always so helpful and nice especially the manager! I can tell she knows what she’s talking about and she’s gives the best advice! She has saved my hair a couple times! 5 stars for sure!

This store was unorganized and out of stock. My hair color took five minutes to find because it was marked wrong. the store only had one size glove and I had to buy 100. They only had the gallon size developer 20. First time at this location, not impressed! I’ll drive the extra couple miles to go to the AF store from now on.

The Lindon Sallys is the place to go! The girls there are always super helpful and really take the time to help me and answer all of my questions! I live in Orem but I go out of my way to go to the Lindon location! The manager that is there now is always on it also! Whenever they don’t have my product I need she makes sure to order it and then calls me as soon as it comes in!

Idk if they are just never super busy or I just always go at the right time but they always seem to be on top of things and always willing to help. Everything is easy to find, my only complaint would be how expensive some things are 😁

I do not give the company five stars even though it shows 5 stars above. My actual rating is 1 *. I recently lost my job and was looking for a color touch-up. and one of your employees. I believe had swap some of the colors in the boxes. where I ended up getting a blond instead of a red. When I was buying a red hair color. With your company. although I did not realize that she had done this until I got home to my house and began thinking. Of everything that was going on in the store that could have messed up the hair coloring. I believe one of your employees open up the box and had swapped collars did this on purpose I really dont have a lot of time in my day where I could sit here going back up there this really makes me angry having somebody mess with my coloring like this.

First the positive the store great always well stocked and has high quality products. Now for the reason for the one star. The staff specifically the manager is terrible. Super rude and not helpful. She may need to go through a corse of customer service. The lady in front of me had a return and she told her she didn’t know how to return it so she would have to come back when a different girl was there. What kind of manger doesn’t know how to do a return. Hopefully she was just having a off day. But i don’t believe she is excelling in her position.

I have shopped at Sallys for many years. The Lindon Store is The Best, I have ever been to. The staff knows my name. They are helpful. They offer suggestions....and they are so nice. I want everyone to know what a pleasure it is to shop there.

I stopped by this location briefly to see if I could turn in some hair color and trade it for a different color and they were amazing about allowing me to do that and helping me make some decisions on other products. I was impressed with the amount of knowledge and customer service at the store offered

Was supposed to be open until 6. Got here after going to the AF location (was closed) and the doors are locked. If you say you are open until 6, be open until 6. I just needed to run in and grab something. Now I wont be back.

The workers there are nice and knowledgeable, and dont mind when mostly I just buy a nail file or a cheap comb 😂 but really, they answer my questions and male time for me as a customer even though it does get busy.

ONLINE prices are significantly lower than the store, no they wont price match either. Idk why. So I went in with cash for what I needed and it ended up being more than I had planned for. They have also recently gotten rid of the Sally Beauty Club, so the price is the same for everyone now. Like any Sallys I thought the girl was nice and introduced me to Ions versions of Olaplex so thatll be cool to try. But I would not depend on the information given to you by a Sallys Worker ever... theyre about as helpful as a box of rocks. Great store to get what I need, because I already know what Im doing.

The employees at this location suck. i have been in multiple times and i question myself every time after, why do i keep going to this specific store?... probably bc its the closest to me. when i ask for help, all i get is snappy responses, while smacking their gum, eye rolls, when asking simple question, or trying to get some help.. there have also been times the girls working behind the register are on a call LOUD ON SPEAKER OR ON face time, having inappropriate/vulgar conversations with their friends while ringing me up?? absolutely no manners whatsoever!i will definitely avoid this store. i know that my opinion is my opinion. but it has been the worst service ever. i dont even want to give the store one star, but i have to in order to post this review.

Ive been a hairstylist for 26 years and I have to say, many times when I go in to a beauty supply store theyre not genuinely nice. I have also had experiences where what was advertised wasnt really the deal or the checker at another Sallys actually lied and said they were out of something but I had seen a full package of it behind the counter. The dishonesty bothers me a lot, especially when I buy things all the time. The other day when I went into the Lindon Sallys, Hailey and Stephanie were not only Helpful and Nice, but also caught an error on my receipt before I left the store. That made me feel like I can trust them and I also didnt get home, find the error and have to go back. I will keep going to the Lindon Sallys. Theyre Awesome!!! Btw Bill is my husband.😃

I mainly come to this location because its not to far from my area but they do not have as many curly girl/ethnic hair products as some other stores do :( Other than that, if you know your stuff, they have what you need!
