I’ve had a German-made vehicle for 4 years. It’s always had a slight shimmy that I could feel in the steering wheel. I’ve taken it in to many shops and I almost always ask if they can also figure out what’s causing the shimmy but to no avail. Garrett was able to finally figure out what exactly it was and fixed it for cheap. Now my car drives like it is brand new. Wish I would’ve come in earlier. Very pleased with the expertise these guys have and the excellent work

I went in for an alignment was told I had a tie rod end ball joint loose and the problem would only get worse. I asked to see it. He quickly said the lift was dirty I said that’s ok. We looked at it nothing looked or felt loose. So I went ahead with just an alignment only now trusting them because alignments come with printouts showing before and after. Later the manager called me to talk about my experience that’s good. My car is not there so it me vs the employee that’s fine stand for your employee, but I have now had time to look at the parts they quoted me as needing. I was only shown and told the tie rod was loose, but the parts included an entire new upper A arm at $248. When I look at diagrams I feel like a new A arm is not related, the tie rod is for steering and connects to steering knuckle and other steering components. The manager insists all of it has to be replaced if the tie rod is loose. I am not convinced. If a neutral 3rd can confirm this is true I will change my rating. Based on what I know this shop is unnecessarily up selling for parts not needed managers and employees. I could be wrong, but that is what I think is happening.

A place you can TRUST. I dont normally write reviews but I am impressed with this location. I had a nail in my tire (which I did not buy there.) I called Les Schwab and dropped my car off. An hour later they called and said they found 2 nails. They fixed it at no charge. They could have easily told me I needed new tires. Not the case. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will ALWAYS be going back here for my tire needs.

We had a trailer your blow out and went to this location. Super fast (in and out in less than 20 minutes) and very friendly. It made a bad situation not so terrible and gave us a chance to still go camping.

You know how it is, busy between projects on a Saturday and then... got a flat tire. I stop by and within 15 minutes i was out the door ready to keep working. I do business at this location and the repair was free but I’m pretty sure they don’t charge for it any ways. Overall, great service. Amazing crew. Bella was more than happy to take care of my issue. They are always friendly and the facility is clean. I can stay and work while there and not worry. Plus, they are always fast. I never have to wait long.

I had my family loaded up to head out of town for a trip and my check tire pressure light came on. We stopped at a different tire store and they said they couldn’t help for a couple hours, so I went to Les Schwab and they got the nail out and patched in about 30 minutes- I am so grateful! I chose Les Schwab bc I needed tires mounted on wheels, installed, and an alignment. I explained this over the phone and was quoted a price for both, and after calling around to several shops, decided LS would be best.When I dropped off my truck and when I returned, I stood awkwardly while no one helped for several minutes, because no one was there. When an agent came, they quoted me again, and it seemed like the previous price plus taxes etc. Sounded fair. This was at 8:30. Then by 4 I hadn’t heard a word, so I called and they seemed annoyed, but were “about to do the alignment.” they finally called at 5 to say it was done.When I came at 5:15 to pick it up, they told me it “didn’t need an alignment afterall” but couldn’t explain why only my front drivers tire balds on the outside. So no alignment. Disappointing but okay. Then they said the total price for just the tire service, and it was nearly double what was quoted. When I asked why it was nearly the same as if I had done the alignment, the worker excoriated me in front of all the other customers for not telling them the tires were fully mounted. Im not a car person so I didnt know and assumed they would understand when I first asked for a quote. Or at least they could have called me to say our quote is off because this will take extra work. Ive never had a more uncomfortable experience.Needless to say, I wouldnt have chosen Les Schwab if I had known theyd charge me more than three other shops quoted me for the same service and would make it clear I didnt matter to them.

So much for going the extra mile like their commercials say. Stopped by on my way into work to have them torque my lug nuts. It would have taken him a total of 2 minutes. Instead he asked me why I wanted them torqued. When I told him I wanted them checked, he said he would do them this one time, but not again. I told him, I would just take it somewhere else and he was more that happy to let me drive away.

I switched from Big-O to Les Schwab several years ago. They are friendly, reasonably priced, very fair, and fast. I had limited time and they switched out 4 truck tires in less than 30 minutes. Stopped here in the middle of a coast to coast roadtrip to have my wheels realigned after I noticed my car was pulling to the right. The mechanic that worked on my car was a real pro. He test drove and fine tuned the alignment to make sure the job was done right. Would highly recommend this Lesson Schwab!

They have excellent Covid measures in place. You pull your own car in and out of the bay so the technician never gets inside your car. Everyone is masked. They got me in without an appointment on a busy Saturday and did the exceptional professional work as always. The girl who worked on my vehicle was remarkable! I was surprised to have a technician come right out to the car before I could finish parking. He made sure I was getting a flat fixed and had me pull right into the garage bay. He started working while I went inside and did some paperwork. It was quick and efficient. Best of all, it ended up being a free service they provide.

I probably would have had a good experience had the ticket writer not tried to rip me off. Id post his name but he refused to give it to me. Told me it would be 350 dollars just to do a seasonal tire change over and I just laughed and he gave me an attitude. Went across the street to discount tire and paid 84 dollars for the same service. Les schwab will never get a penny from me!

Shout out to Les Schwab in Lindon, Ut as giving the best customer service I have ever had at a tire center. I needed to have my snow tires changed over to my all road tires and I was worried about going in because of the virus. I am an older woman and at high risk. They said, no worries, we will come and pick it up and change out the tires and return your car to you. I was so grateful. What a wonderful service they extended to me. I have never had any one offer to do this in all the years I have had tires changed over. The store manager,Brian and is team, deserve 5 stars. I will never go anyplace else. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was very satisfied. They were much quicker than I expected. They fixed a tire that had a nail in it and it was free of charge!

I went to the store with a friend who blew out his tire, the staff greeted us at the door, were very nice and worked quickly to get us back on the road as quick as possible. Brian was super friendly and made sure my friend knew all his options. They even offered to do an alignment after they replaced the tire even if that would put them past closing time. Count me as impressed with their customer service.

We had a flat tire and originally took it to jiffy lube to get it patched. Jiffy lube said that the patch was too big and not repairable AND that a 2nd tire was also leaking and unrepairable. They tried to tell us that we needed to REPLACE 2 tires and spend $200+ doing it! I then came to les Schwab and he them look at it. They fixed the one tire, and after doing many tests, said that the 2nd tire never had a leak! They patched it for FREE! My mind is set. Jiffy lube is dishonest and tries to take your money; and Les Schwab is very honest and never tries to up sell you. After having many great experiences with Les Schwab, COME HERE! We called ahead and asked if we needed an appointment to have our tires rotated and balanced, we were told it was not necessary and to bring it by. When we got there 15 min later we were told there was a two hour wait and that by the time they could get to us it would be 10 minutes before they closed, so maybe we should make an appointment. Why didn’t you tell us this over the phone???? And yes the same woman who I spoke to on the phone was the same woman who helped us at this location. We drove across the street to discount tire who got us right in and did the rotation and balance for free! If you want a better experience just go to Discount Tire instead!

I bought a car that did not have a spare tire. Les Schwab helped me find a rim and tire that was affordable and it fit in the tiny trunk. Ive always had a good experience here, but they went above and beyond this time. This morning I woke up to a flat tire, and just as I was about to put on the spare the jack collapsed under the weight (the jack was far too small for the vehicle it came with). I gave them a call and within 30 minutes they were at my house throwing the spare on so I could get down to the shop no charge! Super personable staff and got me back on the road. Id recommend them to anyone.

I ran into the Lindon Les Schwab location at 6:07 pm. I had found a screw in my tire that was leaking profusely. They had already closed but were willing to stay later to take care of my vehicle. I have never purchased tires from them, yet they were willing to help.I have purchased all my tires from Discount Tire for over 20 years as well as referred anyone & everyone to use them. I walked in at 6:03 pm to the Discount Tire Store - Lindon, UT location and the manager turned me away.☔️Flat tire in raining weather but I was 3 minutes late. Ive recently replaced/rebuilt the entire suspensions on two vehicles - one 4WD 3/4 ton truck and a passenger vehicle. Gary is the only person I would trust to do alignments on these rebuilds. He offers suggestions and advice, and his alignments are always on the money. Gary is a professional who has been doing this for years and his work speaks for itself.

I had honest dealings & was given great service. I didnt want to spend a lot of money, was very nervous about what a new tire would cost, but for $109 I got a new tire + peace of mind. I love Les Schwab. Ive never had a bad experience at any of them.

I went here for an alignment check after Costco rotated my tires and recommended I get it checked out due to some unusual wear. They did a free check and were very courteous and the shop was clean and very comfortable. I appreciated them bringing me back under the car to explain everything to me. However, after their recommendations and a second (and 3rd) opinion, I almost felt like they were trying to snooker me or at the very least, didn’t ask enough questions before arriving at the recommendation of over $1000 in work.They brought me back and showed me some unusual wear on the inside edge of a rear tire. They said that it was due to my camber being way off (and showed me the computer printout proving it) and the only way to fix it was to replace the control arms with adjustable ones and then redo the whole alignment and then replace the tires bc they couldn’t let me drive away with that liability. What he was saying made sense at the time but I’ll alway get a second opinion before spending that much money. And besides, the side of the tire that was wearing clearly wasn’t even close to touching the road.The second place took a look at it and said that The camber was was within the manufacturers specs (looking closer at Schwabs print out it was barely outside the normal range). They asked me more questions like when I last had my tires rotated and my recent driving habits. It turns out the strange wear that was triggering the $1000 in work at Les Schwab had nothing to do w the camber. That tire was put on that wheel with the “bad camber” just 1 day before Schwab took a look at it so there’s no way that’s what was causing it. It was on the front right and we just spent 1500 miles on a roadtrip and much of it was on NM roads with a very steep horizontal slope with ruts and on less than ideal roads in Yellowstone and Teton NP with similar slope and rut issues. The misalignment of the front was pressing the tire more into that slope leading to the wear on the inside. This tire was the one moved to the back the day before. I also called my Honda dealer and they confirmed the camber specs and why the control arm is set up that way (a third opinion).So I guess part of this is on me for not explaining all that to Schwab (tho I did mention I was there bc Costco rotated my tires and told me to go in), but I’m not the expert, they are. I would expect they would ask me a few more questions like the other place did to try to properly diagnose the problem before proposing a total rebuild of the rear wheels.

Ive been going here for a few years now, and Ive never had an issue with the service Ive gotten here. Theyre always helpful, and willing to answer any questions you have. They also patch leaks free, which is always super nice. Going there, I never feel pressured into buying anything, they give me several options, and let me choose what I think works best within my budget. All in all, I highly recommend this location.

They have always been reliable with a small wait time. Their waiting area has free popcorn and some free drinks as well as vending machines for a more comfortable waiting time. Ive gone multiple times and it has always been a pleasant experience and they do the job right.

I had an 18’’ tire that went flat. I had a replacement tire, I just needed it mounted on the rim and balanced. Stopped here first, they quoted me $50! Went 100 yards down the road and across the street to their competitor and got it done for $25. It was half the price and I got great service. This place will try to take advantage of you if you aren’t purchasing a high dollar set of tires from them. After that experience, I would recommend avoiding this place.

These guys were amazing! I blew a tire on the freeway in the middle of the night and a tow truck brought my car and parked it. They called me the next morning to ask what Id like to do and they had it done right away! Wonderful service.

Service has always been quick and high quality. A big plus for me is that these guys have never tried to use high pressure sales tactics. When explaining prices or features, theyve always stayed factual and let me make the decision that is best for me and my budget. Ive also never had a problem with getting them to honor their warranty.

These guys do a great job. They are always super patient with my many questions. They are extremely fair with their pricing and do a great job explaining the options. They are very knowledgeable and focus on real troubleshooting and solutions. Glad to have a shop I can trust.

I called during my lunch break at work to see if they had tires for my car in stock and how long the wait would be. They said they did and the wait would be about 45 minutes. I decided to go right then. After waiting the 45 minutes they started working on my car and then told me they only had three tires but they were sending someone to go pick up the fourth. Entire visit took a little over 2 hours. The price was about as competitive as I could find though.

I always appreciate the service here. I did have a pretty long wait, especially for only needing a tire rotation, but they kept me in the loop to let me know where I was in the queue. I think it would be great if they would consider using one of their stalls for express or quick jobs like a simple tire rotation and use the rest of them for the bigger jobs.

I’ve bought tires from this location and had a couple of other repairs completed at this location. They have done their best to deliver same day.The customer service has been really great. They are always kind and friendly. I do go back if I have issues with my tires and they are always willing to check and reset.

I love Les Schwab. They take care of me. Id say about 2 out of every 3 visits whatever I need is taken care of at no charge. Rotate tires, balance tires, fix a flat, air in tires, etc. Its also one of the rare places where they are HONEST with you. Straight up. They have told me several times that I dont need tires yet when I thought I would need them. They will even tell you, dont buy tires now, but youll want to make sure you get new ones before snow falls in three months. So come back then but for now youre fine. I trust them and they take care of me. They even have me a ride home so I didnt have to wait in the store. Waiting in the store is actually not bad, they have free WiFi, coffee, popcorn, magazines, tv, and even a free phone charging station!

I went in for an emergency hole in my tire right after work. Everyone was so helpful. They fixed my tired, which had a nail in it. And on top of it, my e-brake cable has been broken for months and I haven’t been able to fix it on my own and they just fixed it without me even saying anything. This was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had! Thank you everyone! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I like buying our tires at Les Schwab. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that almost everytime I buy tires there is always a hicup. It never goes without some kind of issue. Their tires are always high quality and I will go there for tires again, but I always seem to not have a faultless experience.

Les Scwabs in Lindon is hands down the best in Utah county. Both personally and for business on our semis. They take care of all our light and heavy duty needs.

I usually am very pleased with Les Schwab tire centers, however, this one has not been a good experience. I came in to get tires mounted and balanced on wheels that I had. 2 hours later and seeing many people come and go, I still waited. They talked me into two new tires, OK thats fine. They woukdnt use the 15 in wheels I had because the front tires were 14 in. I didnt see an issues with putting 15s on the rear, but oh well they only had one 14 in wheel and said they would use one of my old ones until I got another wheel. OK thats fine I said. They said they couldnt do an alignment until I got the last wheel replaced, OK. Anyway, its taken 2 hours to do two wheels. Not sure Ill be coming back to this location.
