Amazing experience! After being turned down at other dealerships, I was approved for the truck I was looking for. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness, professional service, and respect. They were honest and worked with me to get a great deal. My credit wasn’t the best, but their team worked their magic and, BOOM!!! Approved. The whole process was smooth and seamless. It’s true when they say, “When others say no, we say yes “. From the receptionist to the sales professional to the finance manager it was truly an amazing experience and I recommend anyone who is frustrated with other dealers to check them out.
Staff was super nice and friendly! I was in and out within 30 min, and was able to pass the time in the kids room with my two little ones while we waited. We will definitely come back for emissions next year.

I feel comfortable as low book. I was treated with respect and my car taken care of. I was informed of something else that needed to be checked which was very helpful for me. I highly recommend low book and feel the bill was reasonable.
I now only go to Low Book Sales to renew my car registration. No lines and very little waiting. No appointment necessary. Folks are nice and patient. What is even better is the price. I needed the emission test this time and it was $10. I wont go anywhere else.
Pleasantly surprised with the selection of trucks and the low prices especially during a time of highly inflated truck costs. Roman was exceptional during the sales process as was the business manager and finance director.I was impressed by the selection and the trade in value for my vehicle. I did not want to shop all over Utah and listen to the same pressured sales pitch from aggressive sales reps. I bought my car here a year ago and the car is great, sure. But the sales man that helped me was very clear about everything and I never felt pressured at all. The guy at the service desk is just straight up awesome. Hes really informative and works fast. This is an amazing team that I recommend to anyone.

Arrived to a very helpful employee in service... I was a few minutes late but the employee stated that Im good... No problem and took my keys and showed me the waiting area. Got a free drink and sat down to my phone and next thing I knew my car was done. It was fast, efficient, and friendly. I am impressed... Glad I bought my second car from Low Book.
Overall the experience was very good. The service was quick and done well, and the waiting room was comfortable. The only issue I really had was that I tried to reach out through the text line a few times. The only response I got back was that they would respond to me momentarily, but then I never heard back. But when I called they did pick right up and got me an appointment for that day.
They friendly and helpful at getting me into my new car. I had a wonderful experience for being a first time buyer with a dealership. I am sure I will buy my next car or truck from them. Thanks a million lowbook sales!!!
Scout our sales rep was AMAZING, super helpful, super real with us. There werent a ton of cars or a great selection, it was mostly trucks. But I found something I liked.

Roman was outstanding! He was so helpful, and patient. You really could tell he just wanted to help us out. We found a car and my husband and I both love it. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go toRoman for help! He’s genuinely just a good guy, and we could tell that from the start! 5 out of 5 for him!The reason I am only giving three stars is because of how the other salesmen had treated me. I mixed up the dates, and thought it was July when it was June. I asked them if they had my plates, and one guy went to look. They then took a picture of the paper plates and started laughing. Then the guy helping me told another guy to come tell me, with them all laughing. Completely rude. I heard the entire conversation, and am highly disappointed. In no way is that acceptable to treat anyone like that. Nothing frustrates me more than people being rude, and poking fun at others. All of you salesmen do better, and remember you have no idea what’s happening in other people’s lives. The least you can do is be kind.
I went to get my emissions test done, and they were so incredibly helpful, did it super quickly, and it was so cheap! Ill definitely come here every year for that test. Thanks for being so nice!
Where do I start? First off don’t plan on paying cash- they will jack up the advertised price $1000! You have to finance so they can get their “kick back” from the lender they use. Seriously?! Also, don’t believe them when they say they will give you top dollar on your trade in!! Took the time to come back and have them look at my trade in to get an offer. The lazy a manager didn’t even get out of his chair to look at the vehicle. Ended up with a low ball ($2000) less than I have been offered at 2 other dealerships. Would never recommend this place!!!
I’ve bought plenty of vehicles for myself and my business over the years, I have never had this experience before. Scott and his team at Low Book Sales are the best. Had me in and out in a few hours(including test drive time), with all my questions answered. When I buy my next work truck in a few months I will definitely return here. Highly recommend!

I got a truck from low book and was told as is. I have spent over $2000.00 to fix it to run. Their ad said a ALL vehicles have a 30 day warranty! Ive called, had a friend call and got two different stories! My friend was told yes they have warranties on all their vehicles, i got told no they dont. They need to get their website up to date or give the warranty!!! Do not shop at low book. You will get screwed over!!!!!!!

My car buying experience was awesome. The process of using their website to actually coming in and testing the vehicle was incredibly easy. I was helped by a salesman named Brock and a finance guy named Brody I believe. Both of these gentlemen provided excellent service and made me feel taken care of the whole time. I was so incredibly impressed with this place. I usually don’t buy from dealerships because of all the haggling and manipulation that seems to go on. Here, that 100% was not the case.Before even showing up to this place, I had been looking for a truck for months. I can say I’m pretty familiar with the market for F-150’s. This truck was priced very fairly. Based on KBB’s estimate, Lowbook had it priced on the low end of KBB’s range.On the Sales side, I worked with Roman. He was very laid-back, no pressure and upfront with me. So easy to work with and I didn’t feel like I had to be “sold” on the truck. He had an attitude of, “Hey, if this is what you want, let’s do it. If there’s something else out there that’s better for you, go for it!”Through financing, I worked with Brodi who was the exact same way. Of course they talk about warranties and things like that but Brodi was very helpful in answering my questions. When asking about removing the warranty or keeping it, he was perfectly neutral and didn’t push me either way. Which was so awesome. Literally the whole buying process was a breeze with him and he got me excited to be in my new vehicle.I’ve had the truck for a month or so now and I’ve been back to fix little things. These are things that I knew about at purchasing and Lowbook agreed to fix them at no cost to me. I have not gone back for any negative reason. On the service side, I’ve worked with Kyle and he is awesome. Really kind and friendly, very informative as to what is going on and helpful when it has come to making these very minor repairs.I am so glad that I bought my truck here and I will definitely be back! So fast for an oil change. I always make an appointment so that may make a difference. There is a kids room with iPads and toys which makes a difference for a mom who has a crew in tow. They never try to up-sell me. It’s the best price and service I’ve found so I drive 20 minutes and pass many other service places on my way.
We recently had my car in for a minor brake problem and asked them to also detail our car. It had years of kid grime on the seats that we’d tried to high suction vacuum and shampoo ourselves with minimal results. What low book sales did to our car is nothing short of a miracle. It looks BRAND NEW. Seven years of dirty shoes, choose, juice and crayons on the seats completely gone! I’m so happy every time I sit in my car now. Thank you so much for a job well done!!

Great selection of trucks with low miles. Good people work there. Return policy is a nice service and helped when buying to not have buyers remorse. I did feel that my salesperson wasn’t as knowledgeable about the vehicles. I came in to buy a F150 3.5L Turbo. I ended up buying a 5.0 V8. I didn’t know until I got home and did some internet searching. I called them about doing an exchange, but in the end I kept the truck I had. Listening to what the customer wants and educating the customer on the options is not what I found with my salesperson

*EDIT* The manager reached out to me and explained this issue was a misunderstanding and that they would honor the previous price that had been advertised.I went in for a test drive. Loved the car and was planning to discuss purchasing the vehicle with my husband this evening. When I returned from the test drive and expressed my interest in purchasing the car I was told that the price was now $2000 more if I didnt buy it today. For a Fixed price dealership a sudden $2000 increase isnt very fixed. I asked what I could do to keep the price that had been previously advertised. I was told I needed to put a $500 nonrefundable deposit down, with absolutely no time to speak with my spouse. It all felt very high pressure and predatory.

Went on the test drive on my own and could really get a feel for the vehicle. My salesman b.meadows, was professional and responded immediately to my concerns reassuring me that they would take care of me and they did. The financial guy Brodi Smith was excellent and made the process smooth even when I had problems with my bank out of state. He was patient and made the whole process hassle-free. There was no hidden fees or expenses, it was straightforward the whole time. Very poor quality control, the service manager is a good person very nice and understanding. But the mechanics are a joke.
The only issue I have is that they did not enforce the mask rule for all customers. This is a health safety concern. They should be more diligent. The service was great. They are always trustworthy in their customer interaction.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. The first car we checked had a check engine light on and they pulled the codes and went over them with us. The salesman was a great listener regarding our needs and helped bargain down the price of the vehicle we ultimately settled on so it was comfortably in our price range. We were not pressured to finance a more expensive vehicle when we came in expressly to get one we didnt need to finance. We would highly recommend them and encourage customers to ask all the questions the need to feel comfortable with a purchase.

They promised to take care of an issue with the van we bought from them. Its even in writing in our paperwork. 2 years later, and it still isnt fixed. They have no clue what the problem is. Its the exhaust manifold. The transmission fluid just needs flushed. They will do whatever they can to brush you off in order to not have to take care of your issue. Just go somewhere else. I will from now on.
I thought it would be next to impossible for a person like me to qualify for a vehicle, I had went to multiple dealerships and was given the runaround, this is the first dealership that got right to business told me what I was approved for and got me in a vehicle all before noon. Low Book touts the no haggle pricing so I was annoyed when a truck I test drove about a month ago was listed for $1000 more when I went back in to purchase it and I was told the manager wouldnt honor the original price. I know $1000 isnt that big of a difference. I get it--they want to maximize their return and I want to pay the least amount possible. My issue is this no haggle pricing that they promote is one sided--the customer cant haggle whatsoever but as a dealer they have no qualms upping the price.

I needed a new engine. They worked with me to fit my schedule so I could bring it in when they had a loaner car for me to drive. super transparent, kept me posted on the progress, reasonably fast, let me keep the loaner an extra day because I had to work, and they did everything, labor, parts, the engine, for less than someone else quoted just for the engine!!

Roman rocks worked so good with us was 100% honest went in for a certain Jeep loved it but ended up going with a different one. He stayed late with us on Friday trying to decide which one to take and on Saturday we had decided and went I got our new Jeep. Great experience will definitely be recommended by me!

Buying process was great they did everything to get me the car I wanted and the payments I needed. Unfortunately I had some issues with a transmission leak and the motor mounts are cracked and leaking. I took it into the service department who doesn’t call when they say they will. I call them and there is no answer. It’s been two days and have no idea when I can have a car to drive again. Communication would be nice.
I had a pretty good experience. But the reason I didnt give 5 stars was because they didnt register my car there I have to wait to drive until Monday after I go to the Dmv. I just dont understand why this service couldnt be done. They didnt even give me a temp tag.

Low book sales is the best they were very friendly and they help me get a car no time they showed me a couple of cars within my budget and they were all very nice but they help me pick the very best car for me and it’s perfect and I love the car the car salesman Brock Meadows was very helpful he made sure I knew everything about the car before I bought it and the Carfax and he even worked with me on giving me a very good price .
I’ve been shopping and had my eye on KSL for awhile looking at the vehicle type I wanted to buy. LBS in Lindon had a good price on a late model and I traded my vehicle in (same as I’m buying, just newer and very low miles). I knew what I wanted, they had it, and I feel I got a fair deal. The sales person was David and he worked with me until we reached an agreement. Buying a car is not one of my favorite things (I know I’m Not alone), but this experience for me was painless. These people seem to be running an honest car dealership and if they have the next car in inventory when I’m ready to buy, I will give them first opportunity.
Brock was zero-pressure, cool and knowledgeable. He worked up and awesome deal with my trade and the whole process was quick and painless. Not the typical used-car buying experience! I’ll definitely be back.

They are honest and clear. I have gone to other dealers and they always try to sell me more work that what is needed. But low book sales have always told me when things are not needed. I trust them for all my car repairs.
My husband and I came in to test drive and possibly buy a car for myself. The salesman acted like I wasnt even there, only talking to my husband though I was the one that was going to be buying the car. I was so frustrated with this behavior and had no further intentions of buying a car here. Please, in the future be more professional. This isnt the 1950s
