Very friendly environment, the employees are really nice and easy to work with especially destiny.

I went to get a device change and Destiny is such a great help! She helped me pass my information from one phone to another. I highly recommend this store and they all know what they are doing. Thank you Destiny again.

The employee and one of the co-owners were super nice and helpful, very patient and even handled a disgruntled customer with poise and was able to deescalate the situation to try and resolve their problem with other means.

I popped into this location looking to switch from my provider. Eduardo was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me find the best phone ever. I got the new Moto g stylus. Have to say. Its a really great phone and the coverage is better here than cricket.

Nobody ever answers the phone here. Had an issue with my phone so they ordered a replacement through warranty to be shipped to store. I tried calling plenty of times to see if its came in but nobody answers the phone. Someone picked up once and hung up. I would just run over to check but the store isnt close.

So I upgraded my wifes phone on Monday. Today is Saturday and she has found that the new phone isnt compatible with certain apps she wants to use. We try to exchange the phone only to be told that all sales are final. The lady behind the counter points out a small print paper in an out of the way corner of the counter that would be impossible to notice if its not pointed out to you as if thats supposed to say that we should have known about the non-return policy before we left the store.After being told that we cant return the phone,she has the fall to try selling us a new phone as if buying another non-retunable phone will make it alright that were not happy with the one we already have.All around bad experience with them. I recommend staying away.

We had been having some issues with our phones. We went into the Linden,IT store to pay our bill. He said he thought our bill looked a little high. I also had some cracks in my screen and I was paying insurance. I had asked several employees about the replacement on my phone. Not one of them mentioned there was a deductible that was more than my phone costs. So he took the insurance off and saved us some money because it was not worth having. He was very helpful and saved us some money and explained the insurance which nobody else even bothered. I will be dealing with him from now on exclusively. Our experience with MetroPCS has been less than good until we came here. The guy that helped us was fast and knowledgeable. I would return here again and again... but I dont have too because he did his job right the first time. Yeah

I switched here from Sprint and really like it. Jaime was the one that helped me the first time I went in and he knew exactly what he was doing and very smart. I went in the second time to get a new case for my phone and Javier knew the exact one that I would need for my work. I really recommend them.

I’ve gone here for years but the one time I need a new SIM card and drive an hour to the one that opens at 10am there’s a note. I waited an hour and they never showed up. Bad service. If you open at 10am be there at 10am.

Salesman here was great. I cant remember his name but he was extremely helpful. He pretty much told me the Provo store was lying to me to upsell products and got me exactly what I wanted.

Some people need to learn customer service. Some managers need more training from their regular CSRs. Managers need training with social skills.Some one from this store gave my password away to some one unauthorized and my account was modified. Very upset

If your hours online say that you are open Sundays till 6pm and the store hours listed on the door of your store say that you are open till 6pm on Sunday why is it that your store is locked up tight and closed at 5:15pm on Sunday?

Tried to go in, they open at 10 right? Obviously not. Not very convinent. If you say you open at 10, then maybe you should open at 10.

My husband and I came to this location to buy a Samsung on Saturday. The guy told us that his supervisor was able to get us one by Monday (yesterday), but we needed to pay some money upfront to reserve it. Personally, I thought it was kind of unprofessional the way that he asked for it and he just gave us a card writing on the back that we paid $200, but we did it anyways because we really needed the phone. Well, on Monday he calls us saying that the phone was sold. His supervisor didnt leave a note that the phone was reserved, or make any effort to reserve it for us AFTER WE PAID A DEPOSIT AND EVERYTHING. It was very frustrating when we paid part upfront to reserve the phone and after selling it, they didnt even tried to find another one. Even though they gave us the deposit back it was really unprofessional that they didnt even tried to find another Samsung for us.

They never answer the phone, good luck. I had to get a phone replaced and they will never pick up the phone to let me know when it came in.
