Don’t shop here!! Not only have I, on MULTIPLE occasions gotten rotten food BEFORE the best by date, today we experienced worse. I got my twin daughters roller skates last week that change into roller blades, like a 2 in 1. They were on sale for 29.99. On their birthday, one of the twins opened theirs and it was defective and missing the buckle piece. Today we went to exchange them. Not even return, exchange. The lady at the desk said they don’t do that and we had to return it and then buy new ones again. The problem was, the new ones ran up as the regular price and not the 29.99 like I had purchased before. The lady then said she wasn’t going to honor the price. It was frustrating, but we ended up paying the regular price. So then we get home and the second pair, the ones we just bought “brand new” were missing the blades attachment in them! So frustrating!!! So then we go back AGAIN, same day in 2 hours and we go to the customer service desk and ask for the ones we JUST returned 2 hours ago, to just take out the blades from the first ones we returned. And you know what the lady said?! They are gone. I said how? It’s literally been 2 hours. She said they’ve already taken them to the distribution center. I was livid! This company is a joke and needs better quality control. Not only one package, but TWO brand new roller skates packages have broken or missing pieces! What a joke! Now we have no skates and no solution!

Got a few items for my Halloween visit to my sons home. He and my daughter-in-law are parents to four of my granddaughters. I wanted to get them each a Halloween treat from their Goofy Grandpa. Walmart, for something like this, is most always a safe bet. This visit was no exception, and I easily found treats that filled the bill.Now, since this is what I have come to expect from Walmart, it earns a solid three stars. That is my beginning rating. To earn an added star or two, a Walmart store would have to step it up and surprise me with better value or service than expected.A store that disappoints me will end up losing a star or two.

This Walmart is a decent place to shop. For some reason it seems to always be unbelievably busy, but that might be an attestation to the growing population that it’s serving in Lindon and Pleasant Grove. However, they do have a wide selection and variety of items. I can’t think of a time that I’ve gone to shop for something here and it has not been there. They keep the shelves well stocked and I don’t think I’ve ever been mistreated by an employee. Definitely a good place to shop!

This Walmart typically has long lines due to minimal registers being open. Self-checkout is busy as well. It seems to be chronically understaffed. The store itself is fairly clean.

Love hate relationship with Walmart. If your looking for anything to do with Fish/Hunting License’s go somewhere else. Or to another Walmart. They are probably just understaffed significantly, but it still doesn’t help when you need something.

Frederick, who was an employee working at the self checkout tonight, July 12, 2021 was a super helpful, nice kid. He ran and got me an extra card and helped me find a coke in the front display areas. He was very attentive to what people in that area needed. That kid needs a raise! Its rare you find such helpful employees. Thanks Frederick!

The quality and cleanliness are better than youd expect from a Walmart.

They do not label things correctly! Bought a thing of frozen chicken here, when I went to checkout, price was more than what was posted in the aisle. Next week, bought fresh chicken. The chicken went bad within two days, despite having an expiration date of two weeks from when I bought it. More attention should be put to labeling products correctly!

I am to the point now where I will not shop at Walmart, their debit/credit card readers never work with my Chase card or any Chase card…this is ridiculous and I encourage everyone to avoid Walmart. No one helps you and just says “Sorry”

I came here for the first time looking for playing cards, I couldn’t find any and I asked if 3 different employees where they were, I got told 3 different things and after I walked all over 1 half of the store with no luck I decided to leave, I complained on twitter and the manager called and apologized, I appreciated that so I decided to continue shopping here, they have a water refill service I use as well, I’ve had to walk 2 different employees through how to scan the water refill service to charge me. Not sure if they just hire new people every single week or none of them care enough to remember how to do parts of their job.If you want a messy Walmart this is your place!

Usually find everything i need, and then some. Except my favorite coffee creamer, the Snickers flavor. A lot of the time i go there, they are out. That part is disappointing. But other then that, the store is usually neat and orderly.

One of the better Walmarts I’ve been too. Very clean and not too busy depending on the day and time. Was able to find what I needed and low lines for self serve check out was good

Had a hard time finding an essential oil that was supposed to be available according to the website. Looked and looked. Never found it unfortunately.Not a bad store, but sometimes disorganized.

This Walmart location is cheap and convenient as would be expected from Walmart. Unlike many nearby locations, it is not as picked over. The location does not tend to be very clean and employees seem a little unprofessional.

Wonderful Store. You need it? They got it. You didnt know you needed it? They got it.

This is usually a good store to shop at. However, they regularly close extra early. Sometimes even 30 minutes before their stated closing time. Also, the self-checkouts are not always accepting cash. And they dont put a sign up letting you know that the self-checkouts arent accepting cash at that time. So, you can wait in line for 10 minutes to check out, and then be sent to a whole another register without any warning. Most of the employees are great, but the management here obviously has issues.

Its a great place to shop at have everything you might need and then someOnly reason I will not give them 5stars in the fact if you are using a debit card it can take up 5 minutes of try to get it to go throughTHAT needs to be fixed

It’s not even 9 pm and they closed their customer service down. The cashiers in lindon Utah Walmart don’t know how to put money on a card, really? I’ve been going to this Walmart and other Walmart’s for awhile now to put money on my card.Maybe Walmart should like either make all of them know how to do it or just strictly customer service!! I hear differently at different Walmart’s. It’s pretty sad that I don’t work at Walmart yet I know the function code to put money on a card.The oriental looking lady was very condescending too. “Oh what card? Yeah you have to do that at customer service but it’s closed. Our cashiers are just fine, you can’t even do that at the cash register.” Tell your employees not to lie. I know for a fact they can at Walmart.I can’t stand this Walmart anymore. I keep having more and more issues with them. Treating a customer that comes pretty much daily that way, not a good move.

I went there yesterday. After shopping for over 2 hours, I went to the checkstand. As the cashier was ringing up my items, I noticed that there were no working screens that showed me how much my items were ringing up for. The cashier told me they had a power outage and none of the screens were working right. I was purchasing many sale and clearance items. She scanned a dog brush that should have been on clearance for. 25 cents. I asked her how much it rang up for. She said 3.99. I know this isnt a big deal but this Walmart always seems to charge regular price for sale items. The cashier sent someone to check the price and they said it wasnt on sale. She then sent a team lead to look. My daughter went with her. They went to where the display was and the team lead said somebody must have moved them all to the wrong place. She moved them to a hook that said 3.99 and walked away. My daughter came back and said the team lead left her there and wasnt coming to the register. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So I used to love this Walmart used to be the best in Utah county and now since they remodeled it its just as bad as the Is orem Walmart I recommend lindon Walmart for now

The store is like any other. The employees are **** I just wanted one thing could not find it. Went to the cashier and asked them to send someone. They said they did. I waited for 20 min. Went to customer service asked for help they said OK and that someone would be there soon. Waited 30 min ( Im Now mad)called the store told them Ive been waiting and just need to know if they have what I want. They said they would have someone co.e help me right away. I waited 10 min (so angry might bite the head of who ever does come). So I leave go to the dollar tree and buy what I wanted. What I wanted an eye lash comb

This Walmart is much better then its closer counterpart in orem. We came looking for a TV stand and a TV we walked out with both. The service was serviceable unlike another Walmart. I think honestly I may travel to this one even though its 15-20 mins out of my way.

BTW you dont have to get dressed when you come here. Just wear your pjs, or dont Walmart is weird anyway. If you walk around with a wreath headband, everyone treats you like you are being normal.🤪 Other then the fact that the people are crazy and super nice, this place has that jackpot of stuff that you didnt know you wanted. Besides the Walmart brand is great value so thats how you know their stuff is worth it. Goodluck 😉

I always get so little and pay so much. And the discount aisle became a bait and switch. Its like the police, a necessary evil.

Tried to return an unopened item in perfect condition with their 90 day policy. They wouldnt let me and said I only had 30 days to return the specific item. It was the 33rd day after the purchase and because I was 3 days over they wouldnt let me return the item, for cash back or even store credit and pretty much just said tough luck. I know they can make exceptions to this 30 day policy and for them not to in a case like this was ridiculous and wasted everyones time. I later returned the items online with 0 grief. Awful customer service on their parts.

Everything was fine until I was checking out I asked a question to one of the workers and she seemed mad about it and did not help me.

Store is clean, all items are easy to locate, customer service is nice enough.

They have expired meat on the shelf..... I bought some ground turkey today September 30th 2021 and the package on the shelves sell buy date was August 21 2021.... yikes!!! Make sure you check Dates!!!

Not as big as the Super Walmart’s in Texas but it’s a good Walmart. Well stocked, pretty much clean in the parking lot and isle ways, Good customer service. We use this one a lot.

Do not use the walmart app to order grocery. I got the wrong order and no one can find my real order and then tell me I canceled then Doordarshan canceled a s lastly it was canceled on their end. Took the food back to the store and told them over the past 2 hours I have been bounced from walmart.com to Doordash. They found my order and it was also canceled. I placed a new order asking if they could bump me to the front of the line cause of the screw up. Bluntly said no and I would have to wait 4 more hours to maybe get the right food this time. I have been a loyal customer for life and even worked for them for 10 years. Breaks my heart how much they dont care about the customer anymore.

I live in Eagle mountain and am currently working in Orem so would be ideal to pick it up on the way home.I pull into the pick up bay a few hours after my wife has placed the order and it has a phone number to call. I haven’t received a confirmation email yet but I figure I’ll try anyways since I live so far and don’t want to have to come back. One of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever been to. No customer service, no helpful employees. The pickup is a joke. They really need to join the rest of us living in this century.

Bought Chicken thighs, and was excited to cook them. When I opened the package it smelled rancid. The date says August 6th, and I opened it today on the Fourth.

Parking was not a problem, store was decently stocked, and prices were as youd expect.

This has been a great Walmart I’ve been coming here for several years and don’t have any complaints

Had everything I needed. Not too crowded. Plenty of cashiers at check out. Electric carts for people who have mobility problems were available, sanitized and fully charged. Employees were friendly.

The incompetent people that work here blow your mind. Came here cause they had what I needed in stock.Was going to make a large purchase. Yet no one, not even management had access to the keys to get car audio or anything in a locked cabinet.To top that off you gotta play tap games with the registers card readers.I will absolutely not shop here again. No money spent this night.

I have went to case registers before to load money on my Walmart card but lately they keep telling me I have to go to customer service! Just tell me you dont know how and get someone who does! They need to train their employees better!

Serious problem with pickup order some how they mixed up my current order with an older smaller order but charged me for the larger order I hope they will make this good but not hopeful!

Avoid the Orem location at all costs, the extra time it take to get to the Lindon Walmart is definitely worth it. Its not even better than most Walmarts. The Orem location is just so atrociously bad that it makes the Lindon Walmart look like a Mercedes compared to the Pinto that is Orems Walmart. I guess what Im really saying is go anywhere but Orem if you need to go to Walmart. People actually work at the Lindon store and its not disgusting.

Called about getting 2 tires for my car being a employee I know that they would help with a emergency flat, get to the store and I got a whole run around by a old man that barely knew what he was talking about, he said he couldnt touch any other tire except the front, I said thats just fine with me, than said its best to change both tires on the same axle but pointed at the front and rear of my car being (the same axle). I still said thats fine just get them changed I work at this location overnight and I work during the day so I dont have a lot of time, he sat there and contemplated what to do, as if lost for words, all I wanted was my 2 front tires changed because one was flat and the other had half the sidewall missing, Im guessing that wasnt an emergency that he couldnt replace them, it just suck because not only could he not fix them I got the opportunity to drive home on a flat tire and probably ruin a good rim and fender on my car, something so simple of front tires I even took the old one out of my trunck to show him how bad, but oh well, Walmart cant be mad if I call in tonight because I have no other way to make it in

Pro:Deffinatly one of the better Walmart I have been to. The people that work here during the times I have gone are fantastic. The pick up area employees are very polite and considerate. The store generally has what I need and I can pick it up today. Really wide good selection, with adjacent products close by.Con:This place is always really busy, parking isnt great. I only wish the flow to get people in and out was better, its always a bit frustrating to get into the store, and most of my time seems to be taken up by the checkout. The shelving is so tall you cant easily find what your looking for across the store. It would be nice to have a map or directory posted in plain sight. I know companies assume if you have to wander around looking for 1 item, you will buy more stuff. But really it just stops me from wanting to come back into the store.

Kept clean and organized very well. The staff are helpful when needed but stay out of the way when theyre not, which is nice. Ive never gone in to get something and not been able to find it because of the straightforward way that everything is organized. Better than a typical Walmart.

When I went here the store was not tidy at all I had my app up and it tells you what isle your product is on,but I couldnt find it so I ended up getting something different. Store needs to be organized a little but better.

Walmart Pickup - I got a text saying that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arriving, It took well over 30 mins for them to bring me my order. In the time I waited I saw 4 cars arrive and leave before I did. Pretty disappointing.

I recently went to the Electronics dept. in Lindon, Jacob was very accomodating and quit helpful and patient in putting on my glass protection on my new android. It was a pleasure having a Walmart employee actually helping me. Thank you Jacob.

This walmart has gotten some nice new upgrades lately, new freezer doors in many of the areas (but not all yet). Nice new scanners in the self check out area. My favorite new addition is the giant mechanized monolith they installed in the pickup area of the store. Just looking at it strikes fear in to the hearts of men. It exudes a feeling of immanent computer domination over man kind. It stand supreme, marking this territory as Walmart territory. It stands as a testament to the power Walmart has over its competitors...... It runs windows too.

This is my favorite location. They have things set up well throughout the store. Their customer service representatives are mostly nice. I do most of my shopping here since they carry almost everything I need. If they started carrying more supplement options and raw food options I doubt I would shop most anywhere else.

I ordered my items online and sign up for same day in store pick up. I received an email within a couple of hours telling me that my items were ready. I walked in to the new big orange “pick up” lockers by the cash registers. A nice lady scanned the code on my phone and I had my items within a minute! And This was on a very busy Saturday. 5 minute process tops! Woot woot!!!

I dont appreciate being stopped to hand someone my receipts and being asked What are we doing here? if the person watching the door actually read what was on the receipt shed see that what was on the receipt was in my cart and THATS IT.I shouldnt have to explain why Im shopping and spending money in your store if I have proof of purchase.

Night time person Ruth was very rude. as a mother I do my shopping at night time when my kids are sleeping to enjoy me time, but with her & her cashiers laughing at customers makes me just want to stay home & starve honestly haha.

Walmart is always a good/fun place to go. I often find myself spending a good hour in the candle/wax aisle but obviously there are plenty of things to buy there.

Completely different experience than last night. Again, no one was manning the electronics HOWEVER after 1 time being paved the appropriate employee came (Adrienne? I think) but super cool dude, apologized and took care of business by unlocking the video game from behind the glass. That’s an amazing employee that cares about their job and the customer experience.
