They have a lot of chairs and couches. I found one out on the floor that he did not have in stock. He let me buy that one. Other furniture stores wont let you buy the floor model and you cant order any furniture in any of the stores. If you do happen to find a place that will order, it will be a year to a year and a half before you get it. Nice and clean and very nice sales man.
Go see Sawyer when you visit the Lisbon Furniture Superstore. Hes knowledgeable about all the furniture and has excellent customer service skills. I bought a couch the first visit and a table the second visit. Both times were a great experience!!

I thought I’d tell you of my experience with the furniture super store I Lisbon, ME todayJust today I experienced the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and was even mocked by management. I called to purchase an England sectional this past week. We saw it the weekend before and had to talk about it. $3,000 is a lot of money for us. I was told I couldn’t purchase it over the phone and I had to go to the store to buy it. They couldn’t accommodate my schedule and just let me buy it over the phone and have it delivered from their CT store-I had to go to the store for”security reasons”. Is he afraid his employees will steal my Cc #??I drove 45 mins to get to the store this morning. They had me waiting around for 1/2 hour before telling me they had sold it.I asked the manager how he was running the business when in 2021 you can’t trust a Cc # in front of his staff. He laughed at me and shouted bye bye as I left the store-this in front of other customers and staff.I am so angry and completely disgusted.
We purchased 4 significant pieces of furniture. We were unsure what we needed because of our room size and we preferred the same brand of couch we had purchased before at that store. I will not go back. We have bought 5 pieces of furniture over the years. I went yesterday and found a couch I was going to buy. I ask how much for delivery and was told $149.00 never paid that before. Asked if they had a veterans discount and they said no we dont give that. I got up off the couch and walked out. I will never go back and will let my friends and family know. I want to add to this review. The owner of furniture super store called me last night and wanted to know how he could help me with the service. We talked for awhile and I have to say I really appreciate him calling me.
PREVIOUS CUSTOMER - NEVER AGAIN :(I have made significant purchases at the Portland store in the past - good quality furniture - good service. Recent shopping experience uncovers a business plan that appears to trick Customers into making deposits, then not allowing any changes to that order. During my visit, one of the owners (Doug) told me Well work something out when I expressed concerns about paying a deposit on an order that was dependent on a house sale. Once I was out the door, it was all sales are final. Request acall back - NADA.Notice to the owners: You all have lost MUCH more business from me than the deposit you refuse to credit or return. I am purchasing thousands of dollars of furniture currently.... go ahead and hold on to the few hundreds you stole.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They have multiple complaints with the BBB.For comparison: Jordans Furniture will refund/return all deposits and have the same quality of furniture.
Went to get a mattress. High pressure salesman talked me into something. Moved quickly. I was in a bad space having just lost close family members. As soon as I drove off I regretted it and called to cancel it (delivery wasnt for another 2 weeks) But they refused to listen.
Id like to start this review on a positive note: the staff and salespeople are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they put time into assisting customers and making them feel welcome.However.We purchased a bed last year during the pandemic, it was delivered in reasonable time and assembled well and weve been pleased with it. So when our son needed a bed, we went back, thinking it would be a similar experience. It was not. A twin XL bed and simple frame was ordered, and we were given a two-three week timeframe. That was fine. What is not fine is that we never heard anything again. I have called twice to check on the status; both times the person responsible was not available. Once he called my husband back and said they had no ETA but would find out and call us. No one called. I contacted them again, again got the same answer. Its now been well over two months and we were just told there is no ETA because the supplier cannot supply the bed. So after paying $1,000 for a twin bed (!), we have had to cancel our order. We still have not heard back about refunding our deposit - weve done all the chasing down, which is spectacularly bad customer service.Do not purport to sell items you cannot deliver. Seems simple. I dont want to hear about the suppliers problems - my problem is that we ordered an item in good faith, put down the deposit and were left twisting in the wind. I will not be going there again, nor recommending the business.
We purchased a “soft” mattress from here and what we received was a firm mattress. When I called and told them they said I got the mattress I picked out and needed it give it time to break in which it never did. I ended up going elsewhere to purchase a new mattress. The customer service is horrible! Would NOT recommend!!

Not surprised at the poor reviews. I emailed them from the website my questions and product I was interested in, got an automated response that someone would get right back to me. I waited 3 days and called, asking about the call back time, FYI, you cant even leave a message. The person said he was the manager and didnt know anything about the emails, as if he was unaware of the service, I literally read the email back. I told him what I wanted and gave my number, he said he would look into the email and get back to me. He was very short with me. Didnt even want to know what I wanted. Very poor customer service. I wasnt completely surprised due to a similar experience with this company in the past, just thought Id give them another chance. He never called me back, 3 more days went by and I followed up, like remember me, what happened ?? Telling me how busy he is and that there was no email, yet I could recite the whole thing back. A joke. Then to top it off the listed items he said were out of stock and could take 3 months to get. I first offered to pay over the phone, was told that they dont take cards over the phone. Anyone who takes credit cards can certainly do phone orders. I mean there way behind the times, no answering machine, no credit card over the phone to secure the order, saying that you have to come to the store. I will never wast my time with that place again !! Hope the Portland store has better management.

We purchased a dining set from the Furniture Super Store in January. We picked it up at the back store room. The table was wrapped in bubble wrap. They had us sign a document saying we picked the table up. We stored the set at the camp until April. When we unwrapped the table it had a 6 inch cut on the top. I called the store and spoke with the service department and the sales department, they both said I signed a paper saying the furniture I picked up was in good condition. I could not see the table because it was wrapped in bubble wrap. They told me I should not have signed it. Basically they were saying I was lying and they could not help me and hung up on me. I will not do business with this company again.With all the bad reviews I am surprised they are still in business.

I made two trips to the Lisbon location to shop for a new mattress and bed frame. On the first visit I found a mattress I liked and was told it was coming in on a truck that day. This was perfect as I planned to go back with my husband the next day for him to try it. We returned and was told that truck never arrived and they didnt know if it was going to. So we picked out another mattress and was told it would *probably* be in next week. Were past due to replace our bed so I wasnt willing to wait an indefinite amount of time for a new one. They talked a lot about supply problems so I asked if it took too long to get our bed in if I could get a refund and order a different one that they may have in stock. They wouldnt allow that saying something about having that bed tied up would be a problem. If stock is such a problem, whats the big deal if they wound up with the one I didnt buy??? So basically they were willing to take my money but really could not tell me when I would get my bed. They dont offer a comfort guarantee either.We left and went straight to Mattress Firm. They are having very little supply problems and we bought a bed from them in 20 minutes. Their comfort guarantee is 4 months. My new bed is scheduled to be delivered 5 days from now.In closing, there was nothing super about the superstore. Their prices are pretty high, nothing I wanted was available for pickup anytime soon, and they couldnt tell me when it would be. Would not recommend unless you are in no hurry for your order.
Walked in to look for a mattress with my husband. Sadly we were not acknowledged by anyone! Not even a hello. Had no idea who were staff and who were customers. No attempt was made to see what we were shopping for or help trying to navigate the large space. Prices were not great either. Definitely wont be going back.
Friendly staff..didnt bother me much ..I like to look on my own. Wish there was delivery ..that not so expensive. Need be able to order it instead of getting the floor model.
Visited late afternoon to pick up a new chair purchased at the Portland store. Hard to find an employee in this vast space but when I did he was very friendly and quickly gave me directions to the pick up door. The young man who helped was polite and prompt in asking me if I wanted a nice bubble wrap cover over my chair for the open pickup truck. He and another fellow loaded the chair and I was off. Perfect!
We are very pleased with our purchase from Furniture Superstore, the sales staff and especially the two men who delivered our sofa, Glenn and Toby. They were knowledgeable about set up and were very courteous.
The Portland store has great customer service however I will never set foot in the Lewiston store again. The customer service was so upsetting. Friendliness goes along way
Our visit started off ok, but when they realized we were not going to purchase immediately, everything changed. We ARE purchasing a chair somewhere, this week. We wanted to shop around a little. Felt like we were being tag teamed. Salesman (Robert, who was very helpful) went to get the owner and it all went downhill quickly from there. They just lost a thousand dollar sale. We will take our business to our regular furniture store. No tag team, car salesman tactics there. Or, maybe Mardens, like the owner at the Lisbon store suggested. He actually told us to go to Mardenss and buy a chair, among other things he said to us. LOL!!! wow...when did furniture shopping become cut throat!
15 years ago my husband and I bought a couch, chair and ottoman from Furniture Super Store and have always been happy with it. We decided we wanted to replace it so we went back to FSS. Our sales person was Jamie. We cant say enough good things about him. Well informed and educated about his product. Very personable but not overwhelming. Made offerings for maintenance and after purchase care. He was funny. He was pleasant. He was eager to help. Jamie made our buying experience the best we could have hoped for. How fortunate I felt to find exactly what I was looking for at Furniture Superstore. Doug pointed me in the right direction, left me to ponder, but was right there to answer any questions. I am not impressed with this company. I ordered a couch three months ago. I have yet to hear from this companyI was told 8 to 10 weeks max. I would Not recommend this store.. They have terrible customer service. When I called to check on my couch, they had no information.

Just saw a commercial about the Furniture Superstore and had to make sure I share my recent purchase experience by word of mouth, ConsumerComplaints, and the Better Business Bureau. So wished I would of checked out the website before making my purchase as obviously they have a consistent pattern of horrific Customer Service and not resolving issues. We recently purchased a sectional from them and our floor in our brand new house was ruined by the delivery people and they blamed us. I requested at least a refund for delivery charge or the area rug I had to buy to hide the rip and pucks they caused. I was pretty much told that they took the word of their Delivery Drivers, and Have a Nice Day because we are not going to do anything about ruining your $2000.00 floor. As the commercial says, DONT MISS IT. Do yourself a favor, miss the turn to go into their sales lot and keep going to the next furniture store. Garage Sales have better Customer Service, so does Chapter 11. Hope this will reach all that are considering buying furniture. Valuable lesson to learn, Ask around . Wow, just look at the reviews it tells it all in a nutshell. 1 star posted. Please take this as a - 10 STAR. Wouldnt purchase an emptybox from them even if it was for free. We are grateful that we didnt furnish our home with anything else from this company.
Came to Furniture Superstore looking for a new bed set. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and service. A sales rep came and greeted me almost instantly as I walked in the door and was very helpful through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.
Purchased a sofa and chair Presidents Day, 2019. One of the sofa cushion covers has separated. I contacted the LIsbon Store where I purchased it several times for information on contacting someone before the guarantee runs out. I have had no response. They talk a good talk but dont follow through. I should have listened to friends.
The salesmen was good but when my wife and I mentioned that we were interested in buying s king size mattress, he said he thinks they have one out back. If not it would take about two weeks to get one. What kind of furniture superstore is this. ??? If they were so big how come they didnt have a king size mattress in stock. Not very impressed with that.

Their Mattress Sale has been going on every day for years. Every person Ive talked to has been disappointed with the customer service, prices, and quality of the furniture.
Helpful salesman, and all the employees seemed very positive. I was given options without feeling sold too. Prices were clearly marked, and there are some unique and/or significantly discounted things. Most people I know shop here for value and selection....the salesman had sold things to family and recognized my name. Very cool.

He was very patient, gave us lots of options to chose from in our price range & was very knowledgeable. The delivery of the furniture was smooth as well. Very rude and impatient employees not to mention everything is way overpriced, but I got a job there and while I was in the process of getting hired I told the store manger I had appointments I had to be at to see if my significant other had cancer, and they schedule me for that day so I asked what time I would be out since he had scheduled me for that day and they told me to just clock out for the day and that I was done working there all because “ I didn’t tell them I had appointments for that day”.

Very shady. Take advantage of most vulnerable of our population. As long as they get persons money. Instead of doing right thing & doing a return on furniture that never even left the store. Before delivery canceled order for a client & as it was an error & that person never should have been held to have to buy the furniture. But they refused the return & said the only way they would allow the return of furniture still in their store was for us to choose another piece of furniture at least half the cost to buy so they at least got to keep half the money. So unethical. They guy stated he is owner of store & he is the guy in those ridiculous commercials. It is awful how greedy, unethical & horrible they are. I will NEVER do any business with them & discourage others from doing the same. Lost slot of business due to this.
This place is the worst. Horrible customer service.. Never shop here. Theyre more expensive than everyone else, they dont care about their customers at all and their radio ad is tthe most annoying thing I have ever heard. Bobs Discount is twenty times better. Better selection, better prices and better service

I have made 3 purchases at Furniture Superstore in Lisbon. The first was a long time ago when I was first stationed at Brunswick Naval Air station in 2008 and the last two times in Dec 2018 and the final time in February of 2019. The first two times I was very satisfied. Now about the final time:I went in February during the President’s Day Sale. I purchased a loveseat and an armoire. The salesman told me that the loveseat had to be ordered and told me it could take to six weeks but most likely would be 2 or 3 weeks. We checked out and the older brother/owner applied all discounts and finished the sale (this becomes important later).Three weeks went by and I called to inquire on the order...I left a message and two days later after not receiving a call back, I decided to stop by.I went to the back counter and the same owner was at the counter. He asked for my paperwork and then proceeded to point out the “six weeks” expectation on my receipt. I told him that the salesman told me to check back in 2-3 weeks and he walked over to a calendar and proceeded to point out when six weeks were up. I will never forget his cocky demeanor. I am well educated individual and he talked down to me like I was a moron.To add insult to injury he proceeded to tell me that the salesman actually did me a favor for applying a discount that shouldn’t have been applied. I guess he didn’t recall that he applied the discounts and finished the sale.I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or not but I remembered this incident today when I ordered my new sitting room furniture from Bob’s discount furniture which has some of the same brands and even if this furniture isn’t of great durability, I can easily afford to purchase new from Bob’s in two years and still come out saving.

The sales lady was extremely helpful and accommodating. She gave us her name, didnt pressure us into buying anything and said if we return to get in touch with her. Then either the manager or owner came out an ruined all of it by pitching his sales tactics. Saying someone else was looking at what we were and it might be gone when we come back, blah, blah, blah. We are a lot less likely to return due to him.
Buyer Beware! Go anywhere else but here for your furniture. I purchased what was promised to be an all-latex mattress from the Furniture Superstore in Sept, 2015. The sales person insisted that it was all latex. Even the sales slip confirmed it used only latex in the mattress. When it was delivered to me, the mattress tag confirmed that the mattress was only 42-percent latex! The rest was all urethane, polyester and rayon foams that I was trying to avoid! I went to the store manager and he said they have a strict NO REFUND policy. The store owner maintained the same. The Furniture Superstore can misrepresent their merchandise to their customers then hide behind their No Refund policy when they get caught. Im stuck with a very expensive mattress and cant afford another one that wont have the off-gassing that this one does. Dont let that happen to you!
Rep. sold us dresser outright lied about the 0 Percent financing said Id have to pay it back in 6 months left the shop and the humongous sign said 0 percent 12 months. These people do anything to put money in their own pocket!
Went to the Lisbon location with the intention of buying two full-size bed sets for our kids on Black Friday. Was in the show room for 15-20 minutes without a sales rep greeting us. Left and went to Bedderrest and was immediately greeted. Purchased two sets in less than 20 minutes. Your loss Furniture Superstore.
I helped my father pick out furniture for his new home. He had scoped it out a day before without me, and talked to a very nice sales lady who gave him a lot of options. We went back the next day, and she remembered him and the furniture items he had picked out prior. After several hours we decided on the items he wanted. It was expensive, but the furniture is well built and will definitely last him the rest of his life. They delivered it to him, and helped him set everything up where he wanted. Personally i could never afford their furniture, but its well worth the money if you can.
I have been in two time in the past 3 months just to browse. Both times the sales rep followed me around the store and was always giving me info about the furniture. I just wanted to browse and not be bothered. I dont like that feeling.

Found a couch we loved. Returned and asked if we could get it in a specific color. I was told that it couldn’t be done because it was a special deal and it only came with power recliner and in that color.Go to the SoPo store just out of curiosity, they tell me they can do it and think Lewiston was just trying to get us to buy what they had. Going to order through the SoPo store instead.

We visited this store in hopes of finding a living room set that would match our decor.Although we found them to be a bit pricey AND we did not recognize any of the brands of furniture we chose, we did find a set to our liking.After we figured the price for the 3 pieces we decided to buy which came to 4,000$ we asked if they could do a little better in price?There was an absolute NO!This, in my opinion leaves the customer feeling like they are immediately being railroaded therefore, no sale for you!!!

I have been purchasing furniture here for 20+ years. This is the last time. I purchased a couch and chair just over a year ago. The couch has started to come apart in several places. I contacted the salesman whom I purchased from. He then forwarded the pics to the service manager who stated she created a repair contract and that the repair man would contact me. It has been over 6 weeks with no response. Poor customer service. You have lost my business.
I had been to a few different stores looking for a new bed for myself and thought to check this store before as a last option. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the man in a cowboy hat and a man who I later found out was the owner. I told them I needed a queen bed around $500 and they showed me at least 5 beds in my price range; more then any other store had to offer.The two men were very helpful and honest about the products they were showing me. I had originally wanted a pillow-top bed but decided against it because I wanted a bed that lasted a long time and wouldnt indent within the first year.I was informed about the 6 month financing available on the bed I chose and was quickly accepted for it. A huge plus as a young adult trying to gain some credit.They even had delivery times within the same week and I received my bed two days later. They were very kind and helpful and made sure I got my bed in a decent time frame.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the owner/ manager of the location, I think his name was Doug, not positive though. I dont know if it was because his jeans were too tight and bedazzled, but his attitude was horrific! He acted like he was better than every person that walked into that store. He yelled at me and my child when we were testing chairs! We walked out with no purchase...I highly advise to not go to this location!
After having worked in the Furniture industry for 20 years, then going to this store to buy a mattress set, the worst experience I have ever had trying to make a purchase. Wanted to take advantage of the interest free period for a year, approved for the purchase then when we went to make the purchase they told us we did not have enough available on our card, it looked like someone had made a purchase for 2500.00 on our account and they told us we had to figure it out. Really?????? I should have left at that point, no customer service, then they found out someone had made a mistake, not sure if it was Wells Fargo or the Superstores fault. I will never do business with Wells Fargo again or the Furniture Superstore!

Let me first start off by saying that I almost didnt go to the Furniture Superstore in South Portland after reading the reviews on Google. We needed to go furniture shopping and I decided that my wife and I would go and look at styles etc. and just see what they had. Boy, am I glad we did!On our arrival at the store, it was very inviting from the outside. We were met in the lobby by our salesperson Mark, who asked how he might help us. I was on guard and was ready for a sales pitch. He surprised us by just helping us to the area we might find what we were looking for. I exlained that we wanted a couch that was firm but built well, no OSB, no crap. He directed us to our new furniture!No high pressure, just great service and honesty. He was joined by Bill (one of the guys in the commercial) and between the both of them they went out of their way to make sure we had the answers we needed. They did a great job helping us select fabric and colors and even spent a lot of time selecting just the right pillows for the couches. My wife was thrilled with their help...and that was priceless for me :)The sale finished with easy financing and Bill even printed pictures of the couches we would order with the new accent pillows! We ended up buying 2 couches and a great chair that was actually a recliner. We couldnt be happier, great price, excellent service, overall a very painless, great experience.
I ordered a simple chair was told 30 days it would come in still waiting 2 MONTHS LATER with no phone calls from them they keep telling me that they dont know when its up to the Manufacture?? REALLY WHAT BS.. waiting 3 more days then getting my money back!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

FOR, WILL NOT BE IN UNTIL AFTER THE MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY NOW! ANOTHER 1.5 MONTHS MINIMUM!THE SALES LADY WAS VERY UNINFORMATIVE WHEN WE WENT IN THERE TO PURCHASE THE SECTIONAL AND THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A RED FLAG AS SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT FABRICS WE COULD CHOOSE AND WAS NOT GOOD WITH THE PAPERWORK....BUT WE LOVED THE SECTIONAL. WE HAD TO DEMAND THAT THE CORRECT INFO BE ON THE PAPERWORK BEFORE WE LEFT THE STORE AS THE COLOR WAS WRITTEN WRONG AND SHE WANTED US TO SIGN IT AND I SAID NO NOT UNTIL ITS CHANGED AND THE MANAGER MOANED AND GROANED ABOUT IT THEN FIXED IT, SUPPOSEDLY.SO AFTER DEMANDING TO SPEAK WITH THE SHADY MANAGER ON jAN 9TH, IN THE LISBON STORE i WAS ASKING WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE ABOUT BEING TOLD 4-6 WEEKS **MAXX** THAN TOLD IT CAN BE 12 WEEKS AT TIMES WHEN WE GOT THEM ON THE PHONE AND THAT CAUSE I SIGNED THE PAPER THAT SAYS THAT SHIPMENTS CAN TAKE LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATE & THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. IF THERE WAS A ZERO RATING FOR THIS PLACE, YOUD HAVE IT! NOT HAPPY AND WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE. I WILL CONTACT THE MEDIA ABOUT THIS! AS I SEE OTHERS HAVE ALSO HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS LOCATION. I ASKED FOR SOMETHING AS LITTLE AS DISCOUNT OR REFUND (AT LEAST $200 OFF OUR TOTAL IS VERY REASONABLE) FOR THE MISINFORMATION AND HAVING TO WAIT SO LONG AND WAS REFUSED. THIS WONT BE THE LAST HEAD FROM ME. WE DO NOT WANT A REFUND AS WE DO WANT THE SECTIONAL BUT WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY AND FEEL RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Salesman was rude, degrading and made fun of my mother and I. I left the store and was so upset that I called the manger to complain. He and another man in the background laughed at me over the phone. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN! The sales person that greeted me was very friendly. However.... as soon as I found the PERFECT couch, the owner took over and ruined everything by telling me how cheap that couch was and I would be much better off purchasing another couch which of course was twice the price. He was very rude and belittling to say the least! The owner is the only reason I did not purchase that couch that I was very much in love with, which was really too bad for the initial salesperson that greeted me. The owners sales approach makes my skin crawl. I think he feels like hes a movie star for some reason with his low budget annoying a** commercial! All set!
We went in and found a table and chair set we liked. We told the sales woman we wanted it and she stated that she would have to go out back to see if they had one in stock and if they didnt it would take 1 to 2 weeks to get one. We asked if we could purchase the display and she said no, the displays are not for sale. She proceeded to go out back and when she returned, she said that they didnt have any in stock and she would sell us the display. BUT at the same price as a new one. No discounts on displays??? Why would we pay the same for a display as a new one?? Every time we go there the staff is rude and condescending. I keep hoping it will be different because there are not a lot of furniture stores to go to, but we will not go there again.
We have bought many items in the past there, but I find the past couple of years things have changed and They dont seem interested in helping you very much.I guess they must sell so much that they dont have to bother.I find Marcottes to be very helpful and reasonably priced
Shady policies. All sales final, no possibility of a refund even if you dont leave the store with the furniture. Cant pay over the phone because they dont want to give you an opportunity to go home and think about the purchase. Shady high pressure tactics.
We special ordered a very expensive item. after waiting four weeks for delivery, we went to pick it up only to find that the salesman had not ordered what we wanted but had put the wrong color code on the order instead. when we informed the salesman and the manager of the mistake we were told that it was too bad but we had signed the order form. we had indeed signed the form believing that it had been correctly ordered. apparently the staff does not know their product line very well. once more having made such an enormous blunder anyone would expect them to try to correct it. they refused to try to satisfy us. we were basically told to F off. I would not recommend shopping here unless you enjoy bad service.

Buyer beware of this store before purchasing furniture here!!!!!We bought some furniture and at NO TIME during the sale did the salesman or office man mention that ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO REFUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The big guy in the office handed us the invoice with the purchases on it and told us to sign it, again, NEVER MENTIONING THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO REFUNDS or that we might want to read the invoice BEFORE signing so that we might have seen their policy!!!!! What despicable customer service!! We will NEVER buy furniture from this store again. And we will not recommend our friends to shop at this store either.

We went in and I see why they only get a 3.2 the salesman was horrible the was hole experience was terrible we went to country farm furniture in bath Maine locally-owned and operated got the same exact furniture for the same price plus free delivery which you absolutely refused to do
Just drove 30 minutes to show my husband the couch I would like to buy. Store hours say open until 6pm- get there before 6pm and store is closed.I tried calling prior to driving there but phone systems directing me to random departments.Major waste of time!

Bought a livingroom set and from day 1 had an issue with the recliner. Impossible to get someone to call back or have it fixed. Called the store and the Manager isnt working today or anyday I call.
Absolutely horrible pushy and the salesman was not alike he kept interrupting my wife and that was a mistake
Bought a sectional 4 years ago. It was defective - wire stiffeners poking out, wearing through the fabric. FSS immediately fixed those that had gone through the fabric, but ignored the wires that were still mis-positioned. When they came through the fabric, I called, and was treated very rudely. Many letters, citing state consumer law, later, they came out and did a very poor stitch-up job on the tears. Now my brown couch has large rips where they tried to stitch it, with long light-colored threads showing. looks like a 5th-grader fixed it. Gross. They are liable to fix it, but I have had enough of dealing with them. never again.
They wont return calls for service, Pay Discount prices . Get discount service. No better than dealing with a factory second store.Poor quality,poor service, poor choice for home furnishing.
