This place is beautiful. Great bat, amazing selection of cigars. Smoke them there 9r take them home. Either way you wont be disappointed.

I have been coming here to the Lisle location for 3 years, and Fred and his staff are the best! They are very helpful, and willing to share their cigar expertise when you are looking for something specific. I am continuing to learn about cigars. I enjoyed the time at the Humidor of Lisle because Sam gave me good information while being patient with my very elementary questions.I purchased a traveling case and a couple of cigars based on his recommendations. I look forward to returning and learning more.

Very nice looking place. First time stopping by, but only just to buy some cigars. Big humidor with a really nice selection of cigars including some more rare cigars. With this being my first time here, it was a little odd walking in and just having the other guests stare at you as you go inside though.

I have been enjoying cigars for nearly two decades and the Humidor of Lisle is the best cigar store I have ever shopped at. The staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. The have great specials too.

First class establishment...not a member yet but consider it a wonderful potential!!!!!

Great new spot! Sam always takes care of me when I stop by with some of the Arborists from Green Extraction Technologies,LLC. I love bringing clients here when discussing ways to preserve their trees and advise them on how to have the trees in their piece of the Urban Forest thrive! Enough about me lets talk about the Humidor. Extremely spacious, clean, attentive staff. One of the largest well stocked Humidors around. I am excited for Sam and his plans for expanding the space and bringing his vision to life!! I plan on supporting his efforts with loyal patronage!!

Love this huge cigar lounge. Many rooms and many leaded chairs to relax in. Outside seating area is great during the evenings. Really extensive cigar selection. Ive made great friends with the regulars here. It feels like home. My wife enjoys the lounge as well . She is impressed by number of females patrons discovering cigar life. She has made some life long friends here too. Stop on by if you are close .

The humidor of Westmont is where I experienced the most friendly and knowledgeable personal ( Tim, Joe). I being a novice to the cigar game they made me feel comfortable with the choices of cigars picked.

The only full selection range of cigars is at The Humidor in the Chicago and DuPage county area. There is no other full Davidoff cigar shop period unless you are NY City. Great staff. The only tiny problem is poor lightning very dark.

I love the Humidor it’s nothing like a big open space with nice furnishings and pool tables, conference room, media room for members I should note. But the public side is just as nice. The walk in Humidor is also huge with everything a cigar enthusiast or novice could ask for. The staff just compliments the setting. E is the best! Tammy is responsible for my love of the Plasencia Alma Fuerte. Humidor is the tops!!

The owners and staff at the Humidor are professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable of their cigar selection. It is always a pleasant experience visiting the Humidor. I have been a member from the start and the members in the lounge are extremely welcoming. I was a customer of the Downers Grove location until I moved out of state a few years back due to job.Just moved back into the area and am very happy to say that I enjoy their Lisle location, the staff and of course the selection. One of the greatest Cigar Lounges in the Chicago area; a very friendly and courteous staff who will go out of their way to accommodate whatever your needs are. If you come into this place and have a seat, I promise you someone will come over and introduce themselves to you. It is one of those places like the TV show Cheers where everyone knows you by name. Regardless of the bad press you may have heard, it is still a wonderful place. The members here, we laugh together, we pray together and we cry together if need. In other words, we have each other’s back.

A huge selection of fine cigars. There is so much ample space and seating, and room to expand.They have lockers for members and a private room too. The front porch is great in the summer. I imagine it will be nice in late spring and early fall out there too.

Great cigar shop in the Western Suburbans. In fact, they have multiple locations. House blend is fantastic. The sticks are custom rolled by Graycliff in the Bahamas. There are no others like them!

I was here this past weekend for a Coffee and Cigar tasting.The Staff and crew here are incredible. The layout of the lounges, the size and selection of the humidor and overall vibe of the place is stellar.Everyone is friendly, willing to help/answer questions and you do not get that pushy/annoyed vibe from staff that you do at other lounges.I will be back and will certainly be bringing friends. First time coming to this lounge. My initial thoughts are VERY positive. Walking in the reception was warm and Sincere.The selection is quite large.. double the options than most lounges that I have been to in the past.The staff member that I interacted with was very knowledgable and helpful in answering some of my questions as well as making some well advised suggestions.Location was huge.. absolutely huge space with an entire area with couches and large TVs and pool tables(very professional and homey). Also have a out door porch and many other areas to sit and enjoy a cigar with a friend or bared area to kick up a conversation with others.Once I become familiar with other aspects I will edit as needed!

In wake of the tragedy that took place last Friday at the Humidor of Lisle, I will Remain Loyal to my Cigar Family. Tammy, Esom, Fred, and Sammie are more then just workers and owners, they are like family and they treat everyone that walks thru the door like a quality individual. We must stick together and show the world that this was a isolated event that will not destroy or put a black eye on our Congregation place. No one can change the tragedy, but we can create a new atmosphere of Love and continue to support this family. This is by far the best smoking environment in the area and I cant wait to get over to the lounge and enjoy a cigar with my fellow BOTL and SOTL.

Decent selection of pricey cigars. It ends there. VERY smoky inside. I could hardly breath. Literally, could not breath. Yes, I know they smoke cigars there - but, I wish the filters would kick in. Im not in love with the atmosphere. If Im going to pay 10 bucks a stick I would like something nicer than ultra puffy cheap leather chairs in square drywall rooms with flat screens on wall. This is noooooo country club experience. No panneling. I didnt notice music. Oddly shaped rooms. Just not a lot of class in my opinion. And, if you dont spend 10 bucks or more a smoke, i feel like the guy helping ya out frowns on it like im not a real afficianado. Its low budget pretending to be high brow. I will say, i do like the cigar store indians. Cute. And, the do sell a decent amount of product. So, I had to tive them a 3 in all fairness. But, it stops there. Even the parking lot is ugly. I just dont get it. If you want a quick decent pricey cigar - this is a good place to grab one. Smoke it in your garage. Trust me.
