Never get good service here. Even when ordering on line it turns out bad. Took 11 days to get Sawzall blades from the McDonough warehouse that were supposed to be available today. The other part of my order was canceled due to item unavailable. So when my blades finally arrived I went pick them up at the store. The female working the pickup window helped the customer in front of me and he left. I maintained a social distancing spot and she looked at me and walked away. She walked over to a corner and just stood there ignoring me. Finally another lady walks into area and immediately helped me get my order. This type of service has been the normal and not the occasional service. I went the next day to Douglasville store and got my item this store said was unavailable. Going forward I will drive more distance and shop Douglasville instead coming back to this NO SERVICE HD. Thanks to the lady that did help me while the other female just stood there.

Activated my urbside pickup soon as I got in the reserved parking spot waited 30 min...still nothing. So I had to take matters into my own hands and go inside to find my order. 1 lady at customer service, waited another 10 min before I got the order and left.

Whoever manages this store needs to walk around the store a little more. What I need is never on the shelves and I always have to get someone to go to the back. And getting someone to help is a whole other story but if you can actually find someone, theyre usually pretty nice, so that is a plus.

Terrible customer service! Whoever “Raz” is deserves to be fired!!! Was very rude to me when it came to helping me with a product. I was told by another cashier that she is the lead cashier but she definitely doesn’t deserve this role. Seems as if management just hire anybody these days. Terrible experience. On top of this, she went to the service desk to snicker with coworkers and never came back to assist me. Terrible associate. I usually don’t write reviews but this was the worst experience ever for me and I will not be coming back.

The girl that works the self checkout acts like she would rather be doing literally anything other than being there talking your questions. And if you do ask a question, its literally the biggest inconvenience of her entire life. Finding help is nearly impossible. Everyone here hates you.

Unprofessional Staff, Inaccurate Product Inventory Info on Their Website, Bad Shopping Experience!I used to like going to Home Depot years ago. Unfortunately they have been in decline for some time. Customer service is not that great. Most of the time you cant find assistance when you need it. It seems they only ask you if you need assistance when you clearly dont need any.I had one of the weirdest experience today from the most immature Home Depot employee I have ever encountered. An employee that was 16 - 20 years old came up to me and excitedly told me to watch out for that on the floor! At first I thought he was joking because I didnt see anything in my peripheral vision but then I thought well this is an employee and it probably some kind of safety issue. So I looked down and move my foot to avoid stepping on whatever he was telling me about. The guy starts laughing and says Oh man I got you! I cant believe you moved so quick like that, (or words to that effect). I was thinking to myself what is this guy, 10 years old?? COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! COMPLETELY IMMATURE!! Again, I have never seen this kind of behavior in any store from an employee much less Home Depot.Pros:- They have lots of items (If you can find what youre looking for)- Online shopping options- 10% Military discount (in-store)Cons:- Very difficult to get employee assistance when you need it- Sometimes hard to find items in the store- Their website inventory for products is often incorrect causing you to waste a trip for something that may not be there- Cant use military discount for online purchases- Employees with bad attitudes. (Some, not all, but enough that its highly likely you will run into them.)- Most of the cash registers have been replaced with self service check-out (for some this may fit in the Pro category but for me, its a Con.)

The store on Thornton Rd. Is very clean and organized plus a better selection (in stock) than most!

I went in and was helped by a pleasant floor person whom I asked for a particular item and was correctly directed to my needs.

This only pertains to an online order. I placed an order on Monday afternoon and selected ship to home. The website indicated the product would be delivered on Tuesday. According to the UPS tracking number that was issued, a label was created Monday night and there have been no updates since (I am a UPS My Choice member). I ordered another product for this job for in store pick up at a different Home Depot store, and received a text within 2 hours stating my order was ready. I should have just bought the saw blade I am still waiting for at the other store and done in store pick up. Im not going to waste any more time using Home Depots ship to home service. Amazon and Wal Mart do a much better job. Why even offer ship to home service if you cant fulfil the order correctly?

With 5+ people in line consistently in the garden center I would have expected more than 1 cashier (2 POS available). It is spring time at 1730 on a Saturday. All registers should be manned. Selection was standard but I wish they would standardize their stores. This was the only location I have been to laid out this way, and it is in the corporate home town.

My experience was a challenge until I meet Mr Quint in plumbing he was a jewel I want to personally thank him...He is everything home Depot need very very Good customer service he knows his job and do it very very well with that being said,I would truly appreciate if you let him know the customer he helped fine the adapter for her washer said his kindness will never be forgotten.😊🖐️

My intentions were to buy a box of deck nails. The barcode on the box was to small for the hand held scanner to detect. The attendant at the self checkout came over and manually entered the code. When she completed her entry, the price was for a 5 lbs box of nail. I had a one pound box. I told her that was the incorrect price. She told me I would have to wait until someone came up, then they would check the price. Nevertheless, after 5 minutes no one came. Therefore, I left! Poor customer service!

This Home Depot location always has what I need at a reasonable price. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and the store is clean and well stocked. I am working on a project in my garage installing additional outlets and Home Depot has exactly what I needed. However, they can do a better job labeling and organizing the plywood. I have a hard time figuring out what is what and what the actual price. I should not have to ask an associate to tell me what type of plywood and cost; it should be label properly.Overall, it is a good and well stocked Home Depot location.

We go to Home Depot to get anything from toilets,Lumber and lights. My Dog even like going to Home Depot.

Not sure why on a beautiful spring day it was so difficult to find help on a Monday mid afternoon. Wasted extra 15-20 minutes just trying to get clarification on where a popular product was (yard bags) from the cashier because there was nobody to ask. The line was long each time I went back for help. Kiosks would be great to show where products are - I didn’t find the rest of my list because time was wasted so I’ll order the rest on Amazon. Seems like you lose a small part of the market not being able to assist or help.

Im a contractor by trade now and former 10-year employee and I left right after both founders Bernie and Arthur left . I know where things are at and what they have and what they dont but if youre a homeowner doing a DYI project I would say if you need help go off hours problem with that is theres not too many employees hence I started doing more shopping at Lowes I get in I get out and for a contractor thats very important home depots tend to be dirtier shelves are not kept up youll find five different things in the box where things are supposed to be whoevers doing their returns they need to counsel them. Things that would normally take 15 minutes could take up to 45 minutes because its not on the shelf its in the overhead and then you got to find an employee to get a ladder or a reach lift to get it down good luck

Am a Lowe’s shopper, but this HD is closer. Friendly staff when you ask for help, but no one asks you if need help. In any event, clean store, fast self-checkout. Lots of parking. And they allow non-service dogs as long as they are leashed.

Usually, a pleasant experience, but couldnt get help in the store today, so I just dug around on the shelves until I found what I needed.

Went to pick up air filters. I asked an associate where to find them. She told me without batting an eye exactly where to find them. I was in and out in 5 minutes so it was a very pleasant experience.

Looking at the home depot app, they have 93 units of the product Im looking for so I drive on over. Get there none on the shelf! Ask for help, he tells me there is none in stock. Order curbside, they call me and say none in stocks. Please update your app Home Depot! Wasting my time!

I honestly must say the employees at this Home Depot are the most helpful Ive ever experienced at ANY home improvement store. The employee at the door was greeting customers as they entered as well as directing customers to correct aisles. She also handed my daughter a kiddie diy kit, which I thought was so thoughtful. Two other employees literally STOPPED what they were doing to help me locate an item. With their help my daughter and I were in and out in under 5 minutes! I usually get lost, cant find what Im looking for, cant find employees and leave frustrated but this was such a nice and fresh experience! The store also has cleaning stations in the entrance and exit!

Worst Home Depot to exist. Nice cashiers but other than those workers everyone seems to hate being there and lash out at customers. Will never be purchasing materials from this Home Depot. The wood department needs a new training system so they can tell when employees are on the verge of exploding. All because of one disrespectful, unwelcoming, belittling employee.

Everyone was very cordial and respectful . They knew exactly where everything was and they were able to discuss the products with expertise . Very good experience .

Out of my 2 worst stores for building materials, this store and personnel TOPS THEM ALL! I can literally be( and have been) the 1st cuatomer in the store and it takes every bit of 1 1/2 hrs to get a fork lift to my truck! Sick of it! 1hr out of my way to a competitor is a major headache I chose avoid!

I only needed to rent a chainsaw today, no new toys. Judy was there to assist, and she was extremely friendly, engaging, and helpful. Her knowledge of the equipment was in depth, to the point, and spot on. This was important to me, as Id never used a chainsaw before. I hope thst if I rent tools again, my experience will be as pleasant as it was today. Thank you, Judy. Youre a true asset to the company.

Update to my review belowNeeded a few things from HDChecked online and the Lithia Springs location has what I need -at least onlineGet to the store and can’t find the first item. Check with customer service and they rep tells me the product is out of stock. Why then does inventory show 22 in stock online. Nobody doing inventory cleanup?? Next item on my list is similar situation. Three shows in inventory- nothing on the shelf. At this point I am just disgusted with the attitude of the employee and told him never mind and left. Ordered what I needed online. It will take a few days to get to me but I am not wasting my timeThere are some good folks here that try hard but also some that really are only putting in their time.Customer service desk for order pickup and returns is slow and disorganized. Return and pickup fused in one line instead of having a return line and pickup lineEmployee decided that everyone standing there had to form one line down aisle today so I am now waiting in a line while 10 people return stuff Curbside pickup being ignored completely which is why I walked in to begin with. It was the delivery service.I bought my refrigerator in October an it wasnt delivered until November.Then because the spigot for the ice maker was not behind the refrigerator they told me i would need to get a plumber to turn the spigot off.So i had the new and the old one in the kitchen.I was told call an male another appointment after the plumber came.My grandson found the spigot after he pulled the draw to the cabinet next to therefrigerator.Called an was given an appointment a week away so i was mopping my kitchen floor many times a day as the old one kept leaking on the floor.It so long that by the time came there was another problem.So it was left on the curb next to the mailbox and told me to make another appointment for the pick up which i did.I was given the appointment date of Saturday the 29th of November. Well no one called to give me the time. Called the delivery service Saturday she told me i was on the list but didnt see a time. Well no one came to take it away. I called back and was given the date of Dec 10th.I find this terrible since they didnt pick it up like they were suppose to.

Pick up my curbside order, was the wrong color. When I checked it said there were 40 + brown stacking sling chairs, I got gray. Ask the person that delivered them if they had brown, she said no. Ordered 5 brown. Took four gray, sent one back. Please take off my bill. Really wanted brown five brown. A very nice young man named Christopher helped me get them in my vehicle. Im 75 and was really glad for the help.
