After having no luck with other dealerships and been given the run around and false promises, I decided to try one more time. Before even wasting my time on driving there, I contacted them and told them my dilemma. Told them I wanted to make sure there was a vehicle I could actually qualify for and purchase. Kay was very responsive and helpful. He did all the work to find me the right SUV in my price range. The whole process from start to finish was less than 2 1/2 hours!!!The finance team was precise and quick as well as finding me extra discounts.All in all Kay is the man! Do not buy a vehicle from them. They are very misleading and will tell you what you want to hear just to make a sell. We went in there looking for a suv and where told we could only be financed for a 2020 toyota Camry a basic model. We where told if you make all your payments on time for a year we could upgrade to whatever we want. After having knee surgery we have went back three times to be turned away. Now we are told your credit isnt good enough or you need 4 to 6k down.they even tried to sell us another car with the Camry. They are not the dealership to buy from. Will lie to get you to buy a car. We will never go back to them ever again. They do not care about customers. Only money..

We are out of state and Omar went out of his way to do a video of the vehicle we were interested in. I was told my new car would arrive Friday or Saturday but on Saturday I heard from no one so I followed up and was told Tuesday (today) and guess what.... HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE!!! Im in a loaner car which Im thankful for transportation but I think its bad business when you tell someone something and not only not keep your word but also not effectively communicate despite the fact youve got my trade in and my down payment. Its exactly why salesman have such a bad name for themselves. I get so tired of people being inconsiderate with others time and money so doubt I recommend this place to my family or friends and encourage you to consider other options if the car you desire isnt physically available on the lot.

I emailed an inquiry late Tuesday evening about a 2019 used vehicle that they had. I got an automated message but then received a call from a sales rep named Lamin the next morning. He encouraged that I come in so I made an appointment for 11:30. He was very professional made me feel at ease and assured me that hed do everything possible to help get me in that vehicle once I test drove it and loved it. Very awful experience with AutoNation Toyota!!! Last Friday, it took us over 30 minutes to schedule an appointment over the phone for Monday. On Monday morning at 9:30, we dropped off my wifes car for an oil change and car key repair. We attempted to contact the service desk twice after the 1 hr 30 min estimate to complete the service, and we couldnt reach anyone on the phone. Fast forward 7 hrs and with only 30 minutes until closing, we ended up going back to the shop in hopes that the service was complete before they closed. Upon arriving it took an additional 15 minutes to check out and the associate handling our service told us they spent over 4 hours trying to fix the car key before they started on the oil change!!! They also left one of the car windows down and left plastic and a paper mat in the car. Also, the sales team contacted me about selling the car, but their service team NEVER contacted me to pick up the car AMAZING! After this horrible experience, we left manager Brian McClain a voicemail to contact us, but he hasnt called us back as of today. We will NEVER EVER get our car serviced here again!!! F--

This is by far the worse experience Ive had having my car serviced in the 16 years of being a Toyota owner across Florida, Georgia, Texas, and California. They are big on trying to up sell you on services you dont need like transmission flushes and even an oil change (I just got my oil changed at another Toyota less than 6 weeks ago and have driven less than 100 miles in that time). I went to the dealership for a diagnostic because I was having trouble with my battery and was told it would take 2 hours. After 4 hours, I had to proactively call and see what was happening with my vehicle. Things were chaotic in the dealership when I arrived to drop off and pick up my car. There were service technicians helping people who clearly came in after me before anyone acknowledge my presence. There was no shuttle although they said there would be so I had to spend $30 on a Lyft. The plastic that goes across my seat was still in my car when I got in. Suffice it to say, I will not be returning to this location again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy every minute of time at the dealership and I appreciate them all! Thank you all for being professional no matter what!!

I must say, for a person that HATES dealerships, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at AutoNatuon on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs.
