Kath Auto Parts is worth going out of your way for. The parking can get a little interesting but the staff has always been helpful when Ive stopped in. They carry a decent selection of parts and theyre always willing to order what you need. Add that to fair pricing on both parts and tools and you have a good auto parts store to work with.

Horrible customer service,I was helped by John on 7-23 when I bought some parts. He ran one of my cards twice because the first time he claimed it didnt go through than second time it was declined so I gave him another which went through. Today 7-26 I was looking at my transactions for both cards and noticed both got charged for $55.57 from Auto Plus Auto Parts in roseRosev,so I went back to talk to John about a refund with both of my cards transaction history and showed John. He first told me he couldnt do anything i would whave to contact the bank (with a attitude) I than told him yes you can and you are going to refund me my money this was your mistake. After a few minutes of disputing he finally refunded my Money...

They were great

Stopped by for a new battery. It was waaaaay less than what Auto Zone tried to sell me and the staff there even dropped the new battery in after I removed the old one. All I had to do was tighten up the leads and I was offWill be back.
