These people will SCAM YOU!! I went in to see if I was eligible for an upgrade. I was, and the guy was charging me RETAIL price ($159.99) when it should have been $69.99 before taxes and $99 after taxes. Dont fall for these people go to a different location!!!

I was having an issue porting my phone number over but the associate Michael went above and beyond by calling the customer care two separate times and then also getting in contact with my previous cell company to resolve the issue.

Everything I needed and more! I recently made the decision to switch to Metro and Im so glad I did. The staff in this store was helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I had several questions and they were so very patient and knowledgeable. The store was clean and bright unlike a couple of the other stores that I had been to while contemplating my change to Metro. It was an overall great experience and I feel confident knowing that they will be helpful in the future if any issues arise. In so many retail stores, sincere customer service seems to be quite rare but I definitely received it at this store. Thank you so much!

I went in today (7/3) because I accidentally dropped my phone in water. The man working was able to help me out tremendously. Answered all the questions I had and completely understood that my phone was extremely important to me and my work. He was very polite and I will continue to return. Thank you very much.

Today I went there for switching from one carrier to another. The new management was wonderful they helped me more than expectation. will go their again and recommend it.

Amazingly rude and uncooperative employee. Went on to look at switching carriers. Told him I wasnt sure what we wanted, that the phones we had could be brought over (checked on the website), but then we saw about the 2 free Galaxy A20s on the front sign and wanted to know more about that also.The employee didnt ask any questions, and just told us that it would be $170 to walk out with the service today. Asked him to explain, give a breakdown of the numbers... He pointed to a sign and said that was the breakdown (which showed $50/mo for something - even though another sign says $80/unlimited for 2-lines/month).Rude, does not communicate well, and we ended up just walking out shocked with the experience.

Employee was rude. Cant give information in writing or explain pricing. Hopefully this isnt indicative of how the company does business. Recommend avoiding this location at least.

Mike the manager had to troubleshoot 2 days to get my phone work on the network and he was incredibly polite and patient. If you don’t like metropcs then you need to see mike. He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is horrible and the (obvious lousy) manager should be held accountable for hiring such incompetent employees. The idiot talked on the phone to his friend for over an hour WHILE helping me and DELETED all of my contacts. Ive been with metro pcs for 10 years-since they were really good. This guy just said, oops-sorry. Ten years of names, numbers, addresses and email address from all over the country-gone with, oops-sorry. Ive upgraded before and the information has always been transferred from one phone to another so, whats the problem? He hit delete all contacts because he wasnt paying attention. Avoid this location!!!!!

5/5! I was looking for a new phone carrier and went in a few times I wasnt very happy until they got new owners. The customer service and new design really up scaled the place. I also got a steal of a deal on my phone! They work with you and you can definalty see that they appreciate your business! I feel like a valued customer here and will continue giving my business to them! Thanks guys for your services Im very satified with my phone and my plan!
