I have been looking for a particular brand of Marsala dry wine for 2 years. No one has had it or they just sold it all. Since you cant order alcohol online in Texas from outside Texas, I had to wait until it came in stock in stores on Texas. I have used several apps to locate it. Fortunately, one of them was goodygoody.com which showed that it was in stock in the area but only at the store in Little Elm which is like next door to me. I made the trip to Little Elm and found 3 liters of the wine I was looking for..First, it is a very nice store and second, it has a beautiful wine department with a. Very wide selection. The gentleman in the wine department knew exactly what I was looking for and what it is most used for. The checkout person was also very friendly and helpful. In fact every one I met there offered to help. I cant wait to have a reason to visit them again.

Truly amazing wine selection! In side is beautiful and Im not a wine person, maybe someone who drinks 2 bottles of 750 ML of Jose Cuervo Tequila a year! Its just the inside seeing all the wine displayed. The staff has is always friendly as I am visiting from one of, well its California so you can call it! But the staff is always friendly & right the to help you find what your looking for! We were on a local road trip and stopped here after very long absence. We usually shop a competitor in Plano as they are much closer. Lots and lots of booze. Staff asked several times if could help. Only 4 stars as we wanted to buy TX craft beer singles but they post on cooler notice not to break the six packs. SHE who cashes my retirement check liked the wine selections and the way they were organized.

I dont know alcohol things and needed a house warming wine for my sister. The experts here really helped me with finding what I needed!

Busy on the weekends. They have a club points card so you save money everytime you buy an item. Cheaper than most other places. Staff is incredibly friendly.

Super full of people and really really long line, BUT, it moved quickly! I was in line behind what had to have been about 40 people, but I was only in line for maybe 5 or 6 minutes, then I was out the door. All while the people working there smiled and still displayed great customer service skills. I was impressed!

Any slightly desirable bourbon they now consider allocated and force you to enter a raffle to buy. They even canceled my online pickup order because of it. I liked to shop here because its close by and a Texan company, Ill be making the drive to Specs or Total Wine moving forward and encourage other bourbon fans to do the same. Dont support this business model.

Been coming here for a long time. Overall good service and no complaint for years. Gentleman at one of the registers refused to serve me today. Standing, face-down down at his register with no customer.. As soon as someone else opened up to serve me, he immediately raised his hand to serve person behind me. Not representative of the whole store but I thought Id put it out here for others to be aware. Called manager and told him I did not want to come back to the store when he asked me to and did not want to make a big deal out of it but to make him aware so he can use it as a teaching moment to improve service. Told him I did not want anything as I already paid for my items and was out of the store.

The customer service there is always terrible. My daughter was yelled at because they said she could not push the cart if she wasnt 21. She is 24! My son was told he had to wait outside since he wasnt 21, yet there were young children there with parents. I feel like some if the workers just get a power trip off of scaring off the younger kids. I really wish I could get what I need somewhere else so I would not have to give them my business.

Watch what you buy. In store they’re charging $30.99 for 750 ml of TX whiskey but online it’s $18.99. I thought the price was high but needed for the holiday. I then realized I was being ripped off and returned it back. May be gouging prices fir the holiday for the Frisco people

They have a vast selection. Customer service is good. The staff has alot of product knowledge. I shop here frequently, especially since COVID-19 came. Lastly, patrons and staff all wear masks.

Goody Goody Liquor is a very interesting place it is way more than just a liquor store. When I walked in for the first time I was amazed to see all that they have available. It is maybe better described as an very complete and awesome party store. Not only do they have all types of liquors, wine and beer they also have pretty much anything else you could imagine for throwing a great party. Snacks, pop, specialty finger foods, too many to name.

I thought I was going to have to get my mail forwarded to this Goody Goody when I saw the line wrapped around the entire store and to the moon. I even introduced myself to the people in front of me and behind me in line since they were going to be my new neighbors. Luckily they were all staffed up and I flew threw that line like Flo Jo. Good price and you can find almost all the brand of liquors. If you are tequilla lover, this is the place, they have all the good stuffs. Less one star for the staffs. The staffs are mixed of people with good and bad quality service.

During the busiest season (AKA holidays), EVERYONE is SO HELPFUL. It probably helps they sample spirits near the long line so youre in a good mood and forget youve been in line longer than it took you to find your drink of choice! Great variety available. Not sure outside holidays if salespeople are as scarce, but youll find what youre looking for or a very decent alternative.

The location and the selection are great, however this particular store has the slowest check out process. I have no idea how they manage to find the slowest moving, most disinterested cashiers around, but they do an amazing job at it.

This is hands down my fav Goody Goody! The selection is AMAZING and most importantly, the people here so friendly and helpful. I went in on Saturday and they were slammed, and all of them still had a smile and offers of help with anything from options or ideas for drinks. They have everything from A-Z! Love this location for my adult beverage needs! However when I was recently in the store, I noticed it was a uncomfortably hot. I noticed employees and other customers sweating. The customer service is phenomanal here and I hate that Im going to have to go to The Colony location until this AC situation is repaired! Cmon Goody Goody!!! Keep your loyal customers at their favorite and conveient stores!!!!

This store is pretty big. Prices are better than Specs. Selection of beer pales to Total Wine and more but prices are good.
