My rims were cracked and I couldn’t drive anymore. I literally pulled in because I couldn’t go any farther with the state of my tires. I was immediately met by one of the guys who helped me and they didn’t turn me away because I didn’t have an appointment but instead told me they will get it taken care of. They had great communication with updates, costs, and even getting my car after they closed. Great experience. You have a new. customer in me. Definitely recommend

These guys are a great find! A bunch of folks who will do almost anything to accommodate a 90 year-old couple with a car who shouldn’t be driving but yet need transportation to doctors appointments with those willing to drive them. AKA-they have come to their house a few blocks away multiple times to pick up and drop off the car. What could be more helpful?!?!

Very pleased with the service Little Falls Auto did on my 2004 Super duty, Pat kept me updated step by step throughout the repair and it was done much quicker than I expected and at a fair price. Also, I have a very hectic work schedule and they were very accommodating and made it easy for me to drop off and pick up even after normal shop hours. Recently moved into the area and needed a local shop. I went with this shop based on the reviews. I was extremely impressed with the personalized care. The employees were extremely thorough with explaining all the work that was done. I had an alternator and battery terminals replaced on my 2006 Ford Explorer and it’s back to running like a champ!

Worked on my Mercedes CLA 250 4Matic AMG - Did a better job of diagnosing the issue (water pump) that Mercedes tried to do - They did the work in 2 days and even gave me a ride home and collected me. This is MUCH faster than Mercedes who couldnt even Look at the car for 7 days, and slightly cheaper. The workshop is spotless and very well equiped and the entire team was very good at communicating with me and keeping me in the loop. They are now my repair shop of choice and I wont be using Mercedes dealerships any longer

Owner/Mechanic was easy to talk to with regards to what was wrong with Dakota. Very straightforward in how he would diagnose the problems of my truck and be able to let me know what was needed for the repairs and the amount there of. The total amount of the parts n labor he had discussed after checking the truck was exactly what was the total amount that I need to pay, no hidden charges or fees that i might not be aware off.resulting to any unpleasant surprise. I brought in my honda for what I assumed would be front and back brake pads and rotors re-done. I spoke with Gary, his crew put it up on a lift and truthfully told me I only needed the back done. The front pads and rotors were safe. Most mechanics wouldve just done front and back because I mentioned it and wouldve charged me. Gary saw the opportunity to save me money and took it. Gary was extremely knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. He conducted a thorough diagnostic of my car and explained in laymen’s terms what the problem was. He was also able to fix the problem within 24 hours because he knew how important it was for me to have my vehicle back quickly. After going to Toyota for my scheduledcheck up, I was advised to get a couple things done to my vehicle. So instead of using Toyota or any other Toyota dealership I went to somebody I know Ican trust. Took my car to Little Falls Auto Service for a chirping/squealing noise coming from one of my wheels. It wasnt easy to reproduce as the noise came and went, but Gary and his team took the time to take it out for multiple drives to find the problem. Highly recommend.

A+ Wonderful across the board. The only thing that I’m upset about is not knowing about this place sooner!!! You will not go wrong. A full diagnostic was run on my husbands car. At 150k miles, a lot of maintainence needed to be done. New brakes, new wheel bearings, and a lot more. Fully checked the tires and made appropriate recommendations. A complete estimate was given before work began and the price was fair and reasonable. Quality work done and we could feel the improvement in the cars ride immediately upon picking it up. After the job was done and I was leaving Gary told me he replaced the batteries on my car FOB free of charge. Something as mundane and as simple as that speaks volumes about the type of person he is. Updating this review. Came to this auto shop based on google reviews. Facility was nice, lots of cars on the lot. Prices seemed fair and Gary would suggest getting other things replaced while there. Had problems with the car after being serviced and Gary did try to correct the mistake.

Gary explained to me what his Technicians found wrong with car and priced out what everything was going to cost. Their prices are fair/standard and they are very professional and thorough with their work. They finished on time, everything works great, and I highly recommend Little Falls Auto Service.

My engine safety mode came on while I wa heading home and I was only a quarter mile from Gary’s shop. My car wouldn’t do anything which I explained to Gary. He assured me that I was in the right place and told me he would find the problem. He did that and more. I thought I would be charged an arm and a leg but it turns out I paid a quarter of what I thought I would. He went above and beyond to fix my issue and I am grateful. I got stuck in NJ from NY and AAA brought my car here. Closed on the weekends but Gary (owner) called me to check in on Saturday and then Monday morning to go over what needed to be done. No problem with me needing to wait to get transportation back to NJ and a really caring guy.

Dropped off my 2008 Chevy Colorado as a first time customer. Tired of bringing my vehicles to big box auto centers and having to return due to problems not being fixed the first time. Found this establishment to be very professional and concerned in repairing my truck(engine light activated, clicking noise in engine compartment area and oil change). All issues were repaired the first time. It should be noted that prior big box center stated I needed brakes. Little Falls Auto Center inspected my brakes and stated they were fine no need for replacement. I plan on making this service center my new auto repair place.

The tire warning light was on and I needed this figured out and addressed. Gary measured the pressure in each tire and found the cause to be a screw stuck in such a position that one tire needed replacement. (Jersey roads!) He recommended a Uniroyal tire which is adequate and saved me a bit over the Michelins. It was same day service. Thanks, Gary!

Ive brought my car to Little Falls auto a few times now and each time I do Gary (owner) and his staff always provide the best service. Earlier this Spring my car engine broke down so I called Gary and he helped me through the entire process - not only did he put me in contact with a decent tow truck company nearby, he diagnosed and fixed the issue and had my car ready the next day. I was a little concerned when my car broke down and AAA towed me to Little Falls Auto. After all they didnt know me and I didnt know themThey treated my car like it was one of their own. The customer service was excellent. Now my car is running well and I met some new friends.

Service above and beyond expectations. Had my VW Passat brought to them on a flatbed as I did not have the adapter to remove the wheel lock on what was a flat tire. They didnt have one either for a VW but spent 20 minutes to get it off the car. They also contacted a VW dealership and managed to procure another adapter for me. All this for just patching a tire, Im very thankful to Gary for getting me out of this jam.

I needed one of my rear brakes fixed.Little falls auto sevice fixed both rear brakes, rotors, calipers etcThey are good quality and there was barely any delay in fixing my brakes.Gary was kind and very easy to talk to.Only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 is because i was confused about the price840$ (Tax included) for both brake sets however 600$ if i were to get one set fixed.Other than that I have its grade A service
