Love coming here. Reps are always helpful and people actually know what they’re doing here. I always have horrible experiences elsewhere but coming to this store is always a great experience. Gonna make this my go-to store for all of my future transactions. :-)

I went to the store to exchange the phone I was sent because it was the wrong phone. I called first and the guy I was going to have to pay a restocking fee. I call customer service and they put a note on my account so I didn’t have to pay. I walked in the guy stated yelling at me about the restocking fee. He wouldn’t even look up my account. I said you don’t have to yell at me then he proceeded to ask the other employees if he was yelling and said I am don’t with his I am not helping them. I have never been talked to like this in a place of business before in my life. If I could give it negative stars I would. Worst service I have experienced in my life that store should be closed for good. Not to mention I am a new customer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!
I should’ve just stuck to my local store. Everything was wrong, wanted to add a line and pay off my airpods, she created a whole new line and put the money for my airpods down as credit smh. She didn’t even give me an option to choose a cell number I wanted, didn’t bother even telling me the number for the new phone! Had to get my money back through customer service.

Would have given this store Zero stars. If anyone decides to work with that store when switching over for another provider like T-mobile. Please make sure that the promotions they offer are put into a ticket. We switched from Tmobile November 2019 and we were promised that the Online promotions would be applied to our account after 3 months. It has been a year and three months and each time we call (Melvin) they state that their manager is either not there or that they are working on it. Again if you decide to go to that store, please make sure that they create a ticket so that customer service can see what was offered. I learned my lesson.
I came to this location every employee is very helpful & knowledgeable they took their time explaining everything to me!!! I would absolutely come back and recommend anyone I know to come bring their business here!

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS AT&T LOCATION!I would suggest avoiding this location as a long time AT&T customer. Their service is woefully inadequate.Let me preface my review of this location with my history with AT&T. I have been a customer for nearly 2 decades. My first cellular service was with AT&T wireless, my account matriculated to Cingular when they rebranded their service, and migrated back when they returned to doing business as AT&T wireless. I have been with this service for a very long time, and while I am satisfied overall with the service they provide, I am planning on leaving AT&T all together as a result of this experience. I GIVE THIS LOCATION A 0 STAR REVIEW, THE LOWEST RATING ALLOWED IS 1 STAR.On January 29th, 2021 I added a line as a first responder to my existing account on the First Net platform. While dealing with a separate issue, I found out that my account was suspended because my information, that had been provided when signing up, confirming me as a First Responder eligible for this service; was never added to the account. An hour long phone call to First Net eventually rectified the issue... but clearly the store failed to follow their procedure appropriately.In the same visit we were introduced to AT&T TV service. We were sold on a plan that would save us money from our Fios plan, which was not remotely true. Overall it would have cost us an additional $20 per month. The service itself was complex and difficult to navigate, even though the channel line up was adequate. We were assured we had a 14 day free trial, which was true. AT&T did issue a refund when we canceled the service, and we were not charged. We received the equipment in the store, and returned it to the same. We started service on January 29th, and returned the AT&T TV equipment on February 6th. On March 16th we were notified by AT&T that our equipment had not been recieved and that we would be charged $120, later that day a $127 charge appeared on our credit card. After more that three and a half hours on the phone with AT&T customer service representatives and managers we were told that we had to return to the store for them to confirm that the equipment had been returned. In all our calls to the store we were told that they could not help us.I proceeded to the store as directed by the manager I had on the phone from AT&T. I was assured that the store manager could rectify the issue. When I arrived at the store, I was told the store has no manager, that there was no one that could help me, but that there might be a manager next week.NO MATTER HOW CONVIENENT OR LOCAL THIS STORE MAY BE FOR YOU. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO AVOID IT. Their incompetence cost us to be charged for equipment we returned to them, left us with no recourse to rectify it, and wasted many hours of our time both on the phone with national support and in the local store... all together over four and a half hours, and an additional visit back once they have a new manager... maybe next week... they dont know for sure.They duped us into a trial of a product under the guise of saving money, which was never true, and failed to hold up their responsibilities as an authorized AT&T location. They are inept and you should seek service elsewhere or from a different cellular service provider all together.THEY HAVE FOREVER LOST MY BUSINESS, AND I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.UPDATE: Shortly after posting my review, AT&T Manager Marcus reached out to me to correct this issue. He apologized for the issues that we had, & the lack of service from the store. He took our information & began to work on the problem. He offered to make calls so that I didnt have to. He provided me with his personal cell phone number & told me to call him if I didnt hear from him by 6pm. When I called him, he was awaiting a call from AT&T, he had put a request for a credit that hadnt yet been answered. I called AT&T back and they processed the refund, without any attempt to make us whole for the inconvenience of their mistake.

The salesman was a nice guy. The only issue was he was trying to talk me into something that was “saving me money”. I can do math, very well. When I asked how is Option A better than Option B, the response I got was “Well you can do what you want. I’m just trying to save you money”. I asked well how? The option that was saving me money was coming out $30 more per month than a simple upgrade. ATT sucks. I’m sure I’ll be on the phone next month them when I get my bill. I’ll waste hours trying the find a resolution. The fact of the matter is, all wireless carriers suck in one way or another.
DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE! These people are scammers! I went into this store to buy a SIM card because my old one wasn’t working and instead the rep Maria just added another line to my account. Then when I realized what they did I called and spoke to the store manager Juan who advised me to call customer service and cancel the line knowing that I would lose all promotions I got within the last 90 days! Just don’t bother going into this store! They are out to rob people!

The store representative upgraded my plan and told me it would be $267 a month including taxes and fees. Get the bill and it’s $315 a month and now customer service is giving me the run around when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Terrible service!
The store that I want is in Little Falls, NJ. The Internet on my phone it was not that good for some reason. I want to check my phone then I end up getting another phone upgrading. I did not have a good explanation about returning my phone so I end up living my phone that I had 10 promax for $250 that was in a mint condition. The next day I want to get my phone back and I could not. They have told me that I could not get my phone with no explanation. The manager was not that helpful at all. I am with this company for more than 10 years and I got four phones and Im thinking to leave this company

I went there about two weeks ago and I agree with the guy below a lot of there phones don’t work probably on display. Went today at 10 since my phone stopped working and I’m not sure if this location was or is open, because today they weren’t, ended up going to the one in Wayne.
Friendly staff. Be careful going in/out of their parking lot. It can be dangerous due to drivers just speeding through.

I went to this store today since it’s my local AT&T to get an iPhone 12 pro Max but this store wasn’t open. I looked at the reviews and it just seems that they don’t open on time. Google says they open at 12pm but the store door says 10am. I drove up twice at 10:15 and came back at 10:45 and nothing . Can someone update the hours if they’re inaccurate because it’s wasting our time and very poor management because us the customers don’t know what time they open and I wasn’t the only one there but I took my business to Else where.

Upon entrance, I was taken by staff member Roman(his name tag) in which, he provided no introduction of himself. Being a loyal AT&T customer since 2009, I requested if the store can honor me by waiving the activation fee for adding another line and purchasing a new phone today. Instead, he confirmed that they will not be able to; even though I have been a loyal customer since 2009. Recently I purchased 2 More new iPhones last month at rt17 in Mahwah’s AT&T store where I received the most genuine and helpful service. I WAS OFFERED at no charge an activation fee without EVEN requesting it. Roman refused to waive an activation fee; exclaiming me to, “Leave and go back to another AT&T store if you want a waive because, we do not do that here”. (At that point I do not care for $30 activation fee to be waived anymore but I was more upset due to his reaction that he didn’t care if I will walk away from his store or not. There is so many better and nicer way to say it.. how about. “We appreciate your business with ATT for over 10+Yrs but I’m very sorry that our store do not offering to waive the activation fee. “ Also, he did not fully explain nor mention all fees but Instead I had to ask him and add up all the fees and costs myself and realized that it will cost me more in the long run.. shouldn’t the salesperson be honest and explain all fees and costs to customer but not just trying to make a commission by saying “ yeah it’s only $5 more a month to add a line and get a brand new phone ..how about the $30 activation fee?, $50 sales tax?,$20 a month for adding a new line services? .. it’s not only $5 as you mention!!!!. I had to ask him for the breakdown costs myself. Not fare!! . Following that he advised me to, “Go ahead and calculate it yourself whatever the fees will be”. Being a customer service representative, Roman should have conducted a professional approach to myself as a loyal customer (who has 5 lines and spending over $400 a month Every months on the phone bills) and shown more knowledge in this field. He lacked sufficient communicating skills and as a result I was not able to obtain the new phone. Due to his immaturity, lack of knowledge, and most of all ...UNWELCOMING attitude, I will not return to AT&T’s store in Little Falls. For this reason, I will consider about switching the provider to Verizon or Sprints for which, they may provide better service and not telling me to go to get the service and do business with other stores instead !!! Sadly to ATT for having unprofessional salesman:(
The staff at the Little Falls location is outstanding. After having the 1-800 customer service for ATT basically mess up my order for a new phone, the Little Falls location spent two hours to fix the problem, to make sure I could purchase the phone I wanted. They were amazing. The manager Michael was outstanding, patient and conscientious. I couldn’t be happier with this service. I will only go to this location from now on.
The phones on display never work and the staff has attitude problems if im spending 1800 dollars on a device i would like to see it in working condition not completely uncharged they should really fix their charging situation and get all these phones to work so people can use the software before they buy

Had talked to 5 different at&t phone representatives, finally came back to the store where everything started. On February 23rd, we pre-ordered 2 phones (s10 plus and s10e) on the suggestion of one of your employees when we had come in for two due upgrades. We were assured more than once these two phones were part of the Samsung promotion where if you pre-order, you were promised the galaxy buds. Come to find once we got our phones in the mail, the galaxy s10e is not part of the promotion. We reached out to Samsung seeing as it is a Samsung promotion, they said they can not honor it. They said to go to at&t and see if they can do something about it since it is technically their fault.So we reached out to AT&T, did the chat live, did online phone conversations, promised numerous times we will be satisfied at the end of all this. Finally told that there were notes left in our account and that the at*t store will help us. Go into the store, we get an apology from the employee who gave us the wrong information, but no solution. Extremely disappointed in AT&T customer service. We will be on the lookout to be switching over to another carrier.
Visited briefly to pick up a pair of Galaxy Buds. I am under a plan with Verizon currently, the associate asked if I had any interest in switching but wasnt overly aggressive with trying to convert me.
Currently sitting in their parking lot when they should have opened 10 minutes ago. The website and front door say opens at 9am. I arrived at 9:07am and they still aren’t open. It’s 9:10am. Very frustrating and annoying. Not off to a great start for myself or them.
Well a few weeks ago I went to pick up 3 IPhone XR’s. I brought all my identifications required for pick up. When I walked in and provided my order number I was greeted by combative and tense energy from the employees. When they seen my drivers license for verification they told me that “this wasn’t good enough “ and asked if I had anything else other than a drivers license;I remembered I have my work ID. I showed and still wasn’t good enough. After I went to the car and over an hour and a half went by I was talking with the manager, Marie and Kevin and the others were still combative and unaccommodating. They put my phone order in the back. And told me no . This location is very racist. When I called ATT customer service they informed me that the store flagged my order for fraud. But I did nothing but come to pick up my order. Long story short I was able to go elsewhere with my same ID at another ATT store and receive my order. Do Yourself a favor and don’t come to this location for ANYTHING! Nothing but issues!

I was here yesterday (kinda close to closing) so let me say this: please do not walk in here 10-15 minutes before closing because (like every other worker in retail) everyone just wants to leave. The one salesman was nice enough to take me and service me for an Upgrade (or what they call it a trade-in) when he could of probably denied me. So right there thats where the 5 stars would of been. Lets continue: I used to have an iphone 7s and just got the iPhone X from this store, last night like i previously said. Love it, just need to get used to the technology and how android like it is. So i came to this stand alone store because lets face it, going to the Willowbrook Mall just isnt my cup of tea esp after a couple times in the past where i have been waiting for HOURS on end and watching two EMPLOYEES TALK about probably not work related business so that is why this stand alone AT&T Store is where i recommend. So i get the iPhone X and just love it. Got the OtterBox case and all. Only thing i have to say that was off (whether it was my understanding or some missing information) is that when i chatted with a rep on the website, they said the trade in will be X amount of money and will be applied on the next bill (X being an amount under $50.00). Without the OtterBox, it was $80.00 which could of been more specified on the website since i have the larger GB model. So i leave with my new phone and a smile. Get down the street, cannot make a phone call or text! Further digging into the phone settings, find out there is NO SIM CARD! okay. its only 9pm. Go back today. I guess the salesman was trying to leave in a rush and did not scan the SIM card in. This other man helped me and fixed my phone within 5 minutes of me being taken because he was with a customer. It works so well at this point in the review.
Went here to resolve a problem. Lady gave me a phone number and I was sitting here for a 30 min waiting for a representative. Can you image that. Sitting in a store and calling costumer service, because they cant resolve a problem.
I stepped in and 4 guys doing nothing, then one of them was like take a seat and someone will be right with you, after 15 min stupid waiting time, and everyone were scratching their balls, someone stepped in and they were like how may I help you sir. I don’t know what bad customer service means in the books, but today I witnessed some mentally ill employee of att handling one of their store freaking everybody else with their nonsense. I complained to one of them what happened, and he apologized and asked me if I need anything, so I told him I need to send Att a box sent by error, he answered I have to go online. Do you know what? we really don’t need them.
Unfortunately the service is going downhill.Have been a subscriber to AT&T for almost 20 years, and I left them once and joined Cingular, but then they merged with Cingular so they reeled me back in. Customer service here is a crapshoot. The wait is too long and not because theres a lot of customers, the staff seems to be indifferent. At least, most of them. If I have to, I go to this particular store because they are an actual corporate store and not one of those franchise stores. They havent failed me yet when it comes to technical services, its just getting there that can be an issue.
Do Not go to this or ANY AT@T Store, I came here to try and speak to someone about my bill being too high but after they talked me into buying Direct Tv to lower my mothly rates, now my bill is nearly double!! nothing but lies every time. How does At&t get away with this.

Att stores are becoming extremely useless. Went to two of them . They have no answers about your account and advise you to call the main numbers. When wanting to purchase something. They dont have it in stock so they advise you to do it online and send it home. Whats point of having a store then ?
Lazy and irresponsible staff. Its so obvious the workers are miserable, dont want to be there or help. Also, I signed for a 30 month plan and they changed it to 24 months. I had to go back and get it changed and they never said sorry. Who hires these people!
Got a new phone here today and they completely messed up the set up process and now I have my old phone and new phone that both do not work.
