Store was well stocked, and had the item we wanted in stock as advertised. Thats awesome in my eye, as Ive looked up items at other stores, seen it listed as in stock, drove to the store, only to find they do NOT have the item in stock! That is so annoying, and shows a lack of attention to detail.B, B, & B hasnt disappointed us yet.

I have been to the store twice with coupon in hand for the Kurig 1 cup coffee maker; 1st time I was 2 days early told that I would have to come back2nd trip 2 days later told that my coupon was no good because Ok would have to spend $ 80. 00 the coupon would be good.

My husband and I went in to look at espresso machines and Jessica, the manager, helped us in choosing one, picking new sheets out and signing up for a membership. Indica was very helpful at the checkout as well. Thank you for great customer service!

I miss the linen selection that they used to have. Unless you are a fan of Uggs Linens as your main option these guys are better with kitchen and bath items and accessories.

Lots of things, but be ready. The prices are on the high side. We stood in line at check out with 6 others for 10 minutes until they brought up another clerk. By that time there were 10 in line.

Sometimes it’s just nice to call and literally have a PERSON pick up the phone and actually help you! My dad bought a new coffee maker but when we got home we realised it didn’t have a carafe ... when we called, Jessica was able to look up another store who had the model we needed AND then called us back to let us know! All within 15 minutes from start to finish. Seriously... it’s been so long since I’ve experienced customer service like that. I’m sure Jessica’s on the Nice List this Christmas! Give that girl a promotion! ♥️♥️♥️

Im honestly just really disappointed over all with the service I received at bed bath and beyond. I went in to return a gift I received, being to large. Upon walking in a manager was by the entrance and I asked where I would go for a return she told me I had to wait in the regular checkout line, with over 15 people waiting in like to purchase their things. After waiting in line for 10 minutes the employee at the register told me they do not do returns without either the receipt or the card that was used when purchased. They called the manager over(the one who told me I had to wait in the checkout line for a return) and she told me the same thing; no return with out the receipt or the card used to purchase. I was not asking for cash in return all I wanted was a store credit to find something else! So as I stood at the register I called the person who had bought me the gift(they knew it was too big and were the one who told me to return it and find something else) I told her what the had told me and she lucally found the reciept for it; from about two months ago! We were both relieve she had found it and had not tossed it in the trash. She sent me a picture of the receipt and the cashier scanned the barcode and then asked the manager what to do next(maybe she was new? Maybe she was not trained how to do a return? Also the whole time I was at the register the employee just kept saying and repeating how she didnt want to be at work, how she should had called in or not of shown up today how it was her boyfriends birthday and all this other stuff like that to the manager) Eventually I was handed a store credit on a card. NEVER HAVE I EVER been told by any store that I had to have either the receipt or the card used at the time of purchase to return something, especially just for a store credit to find something else.To use the store credit I just received I went over the the clearance section and found a few things that were 50% off and then if it had a special sticker it was an additional 50% off. Great deal I thought! So I get to the check out and this employee(different employee, not the one who did the return) called the manager over, the same manager that did the return. The manager said that what I found did not qualify for the additional 50% off because its only on certain things. I explained that those special stickers were on just about everything in the clearance section. She got attitude and eventually gave me the additional 50% because I pushed for it as I should get it because I specifically looked for and found things I wanted that had the special sticker on them.Needless to say, I most definitely will not be doing any future shopping at bed bath and beyond. Over all service and Customer service is something that needs major improving and priority there.

Always a great selection of merchandise, but the line to check out was super long and one of the friendly employees was hugging several people while not wearing her mask over her nose.Thats not that big a deal to me, since shes didnt hug me but thought youd like to know.

Way way to expensive. I know shops are in need of revenue have to pay employees. I get it but it is way over priced. I cant shop their. Walmart has same stuff and its 40% to 50% less. Some items are fairly priced like a coffee mug on sale. But for example: a coffee maker is 99.00 more at BBB, as compared to the Walmart or online shopping. They will close soon. To to much $$$. Sorry to see these out rageous prices. Sincerely and I shol for bargains. No bargains at BBB. oh a snow hat was 4.99 cute. But thats about all I saw w a descent price.

Went in early in the morning with a foot massager that actually fractured my foot. I couldnt get it returned for even store credit from Jessica who was very abrupt. I called park meadows BB&B and talked to amber who said I could return it there for store credit (thank goodness) drove there and did our Christmas shopping. They didnt have two items that the Mgr looked up and said that the Littleton BB&B DID show as in-stock. Frustrated I drove back to the Littleton location and NEITHER item was there. (Uuugh!) Talked to a different manager there named Johanna. Told her the whole story. She helped me order the items from the Pueblo store to my house directly for free. Really was impressed by both Amber and Johanna. Two amazing examples of customer service 👌 will continue to shop at the Littleton location only because of Johanna.

Lots of great stuff for the home. The store is easy to navigate and the lines move fast. Registered for wedding gifts here and they gave us scanners and we were able to scan stuff in for our registry. Very easy and fun!

Saved myself $30 on $100 worth of items by having them price match their website - weird that they dont sell things for the price as they do online. Anyways, saved myself the couple days of waiting by getting them in store. If I didnt need these items ASAP, Id probably just order online since the prices are considerably cheaper.

I was just in this store and found their customer service to be absolutely unacceptable. The manager, Jessica, was rude AF when I called to voice my displeasure.They do not carry the butane for the crime brûlée torches that they sell. They only have 2 employees in the store on a busy Sunday morning. And jessica should find another job cause she doesn’t understand basic customer service.

I like this store.Its well organized.The staff is knowledgeable.And attractive, which definitely helps when youre making eye contact when asking questions.Theyre also very dog friendly.

At least I cant imagine walking into that store needing something for my household in terms of utensils, fittings, or cosmetics that I wouldnt be able to find before I walked out. Can be a little bit of a sensory overload trying to figure out what you want when the shelves are as loaded as they are with what half look like products with the As Seen on TV logo emblazoned upon their packaging, but hell, I finally managed to get a comforter thats up to speed with my high quality tastes. Boo yah.

Im not just another pissed off ex-employee. Just a warning for the world. This is the worst company in the world to work for. You cant make a decent amount of money. They push you until you quit. Management is terrible at every store. Human Resources doesnt even contact you after a complaint. Please heed my warning and apply anywhere but here.

Amazing customer service from the phone to in the store! Highly recommend this location! They saved us alot of trouble on Thanksgiving for a pan that we could not find anywhere else to a gift for Christmas we could not find anywhere else! They are awesome!

I dont often write reviews, but I am going out of my way to write as the store went out of its way to help its customer. I have been shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond for years and intentionally include Bed Bath and Beyond to check if the product is offered. Theres something to be said for a brick and mortar store that you can go to and be addressed as a valued customer over and over again, if needed. Austin and his team including Brenda, Lorraine, and another helpful woman whose name I dont recall were all very helpful in taking very good care of this loyal customer. I would be hard pressed to think of an example in the 10 plus years I have been shopping at this chain where I was not satisfied and tonight is yet another example where the store went out of its way to help. I highly recommend Bed Bath and Beyond to anyone. Make sure to keep your coupons!

I picked out a fairly expensive bedding set that was on sale. The marketing was very intentional and clear what was on sale. I verified I had the correct item and headed to checkout. The lady rang up my items, and they werent on sale. I showed her the marketing and she wouldnt honor the price, and said the computer system is always correct. Furthermore, she refused to use my 20%off coupon because she couldnt scan the barcode. Ill never return to this one. Ill only go to the one by my house. If my company wrongfully marketed items, I would honor the deal and remove the marketing or appease the customer!

Don’t shop at Bed bath and beyond they have the worst customer service. I wouldn’t even leave 1 star for this location. There also never seems to be a manager around, just a bunch of sassy kids working the counter.

Spent roughly 45 minutes there this afternoon. The store was busy, crowded, and poorly organized. Aisles are so narrow that two shoppers cant pass one another if they have carts.We were able to find nothing for our new California King mattress - no sheets, no comforters, nothing. Looked for an oil diffuser and could find only small ones that were USB powered, or huge ones with integrated Bluetooth speakers. There was no middle ground in that selection.Further, merchandising here is frustrating because the shelves where products are stocked are so high that no human being, even a tall one, can reach anything on the upper shelves. To further complicate matters, stair ladders are stored in the already-crowded aisles to access the items that are stored on the upper reaches of the shelves.Finally, we realized that much of the stock is not labeled with prices, either on the box, or on tags on the display shelves. We had to find and employee to tell us a price on the item we were looking at; this was the one bright spot and the reason that the store doesnt get a one-star review. She pulled a cell-phone sized device from her pocket, pressed a couple of buttons, then scanned the bar code on the shower caddy we were looking at and gave us the price. She was pleasant, efficient, and helpful, so that was the one bright spot.We came with a bunch of coupons and were prepared to spend a lot of money on bedding, a diffuser, a shower caddy, and various other items, but we left empty-handed because we were so frustrated with the store.
