I went in to go purchase a new radio. Walking in there I had no experience or knowledge of anything besides tuning stations . I was greeted right away and was offered help. I spoke with Joe and he guided me with finding the right radio with my budget and educated me about radios and options. Who would of known there was so many options. I had a four piece speaker installed in my truck today. The sound is incredible. The price of the speakers and the installation were very affordable. The front counter guys were awesome, friendly and solid. I definitely recommend using this Quality Auto Sound store on West Bowles, just a few blocks west of Wadsworth Blvd.

Went and had a sub, amp and battery installed on my 08 Range Rover. I am very pleased to this point. It thumps, hard. My girlfriend made a comment about how her car was shaking when I was next to her. 🤣 Knowing how complex the electrical system is on the vehicle I am amazed and the install is very clean. Joe was extremely helpful in getting me set up proper to rattle some skull caps.

Horrible experience, this particular location performed service on my Ford Taurus SHO and seems to not be concerned with the safety of there customers. Consumers beware the staff are all smiles and yes sir no sirs in the beginning, but once your vehicle in there care or is complete the manager Troy will step in to shoot down any of your concerns, lack of quality, even worse they safety of you and your passengers that may ride in your vehicle. The store in stalled a head restraint TV monitor and 2 10 inch subs with amp in my vehicle. The head restraint does not lock in position, if in evolved in an accident it will not support the person sitting in that seat. They drilled holes in my back seat for the amp after I specifically requested the amp be mounted on the sub woofer box. Wires are exposed, the console trim is loose, and they ruined the seat cover on the seat the placed the head restraint monitor in. Troy who runs his store like hes connected to the mob or wants to be a gang member is completely unprofessional when there are issue that his store caused. Gave the vehicle back to the store to fix only to be told were not fixing any of it! Quote from Troy this is how its gonna work. Your gonna pick up your car or we just leave it in the parking lot And even though I have a receipt with the notations of the improper installation and merchandise he added we are not responsible for any of that now come get your car. I meet with state patrol and even though its not criminal the head restraint is a huge concern for my children friends or wife to ride in seat they worked on. Consumers are tired of this bullying by businesses and quality auto sound should be extremely concerned with this behavior for it puts there corporation in a huge legal in someone dies, gets paralyzed, even just hurt if there head restraint fails in an auto accident. Further more a consumer should get what they request and pay for!

Was looking for install of my subs and amp. Price to install was hundreds below the competition. Don’t take that as a decrease in quality. My setup was clean and looks great. Wires were hidden very well and no dirt or leftovers left behind. Would recommend this place two thumbs up.👍🏽 👍🏽

I asked for replacement speakers for my 2004 corolla and explained that I was replacing the speakers in my car. The speakers are the right size except for the tweets. None of the speakers mount in my car without MAJOR modifications. So I consider that not replacement speakers for my car. 🤷‍♀️ I am missing ALL of the screws that were supposed to come with the speakers that are listed on the box as included. And they charged me just shy of $300 for these speakers that do not fit my car without major modifications. I am missing over half the hardware listed on the box as included.

Bought the radio for a Christmas present. Had to take it back the next day because it wasn’t Sirius Xm compatible. Exchanged it. Took truck in to have it installed. The wiring harness was bad so had to take it back in the following week. After having the truck all day. We were told that the radio had to have an adapter for the satellite radio. So they wanted us to bring the truck back in again. They broke the tabs on my dash that holds everything in place! Plus my lights in door panel aren’t bright anymore. I will not be taking my truck back!

How about no stars absolute horrible experience, at the point of sale it seemed really good, however the shady do not care attitude begun to shine.I had to schedule almost 2 weeks out, told to have the car there by 9am. I was advised it would be 4-6 hours, i left the car and went home.At 4pm, at the 6 hour point I called and asked how much longer it would be, I was advised about an hour, i said ok.I went back at 430pm, assuming my car would be done or close to it, come to find out nothing had been done at all, NO CALL, NO UPDATES, NOTHING. I was told they only have one tech today, well im sorry not my problem that you overbooked and cant do the work. Dont deal with these people, you have been warned. I asked for a complete refund and left.

Terrible people, terrible business. I went in to get my subs installed as well as my amp and they did it in 5 days which was super annoying and then they didn’t even do it correctly my subs worked for about a bit before they stopped working and then I brought it back with a receipt and they said “we have never taken care of this car before” utterly disappointed with my experience I do not recommend anyone to go here.

Buyers beware!!! Joe the salesman was very nice. I would give Joe a 5 star. I was getting a car starter and radio put in. When I got my car back the heat and air conditioning wasnt working even though it was working before I dropped it off to get these put in. It was 4 degrees when I drop off the car, the heat was on full blast, this is how I know it was working. When I picked up my car the manager Troy was unprofessional when I was asking questions. He told me it was not their fault. He said take it to a mechanic and have them diagnosis the problem and have them call me when they do so I can go down there to see with my lead guy. On that Monday I took it down to the mechanics and they stated that when quality autosound was installing the radio they pulled it out to far and damaged the wires to connect to the heater and A/C. After all the back and forth from quality autosound and my mechanic they still said it was not their fault. My mechanic wanted them to come down to his shop to show them what was the issue. Per Troy the manager he did not have to go down. I called the district manager Mino and explained what happen. I asked if he can send down his guys so they can see instead of looking at pictures. After 3 days of back and forth they still state it wasnt their fault even though there was proof from my mechanic. I wanted was them to make this right since they are the ones to damage the cord to work my heater and A/C. Im pursuing legal action. I dont want future buyers to go through the stress and rudeness from the Manager and team.

Havent gotten things installed yet but I will say that the customer service is much better here than at the competitor down the block. I was greeted upon entry and had a knowledgable sales person. I was only really looking for one item but am now able to cross 3 things off my wish list. I look forward to the day of the install and getting everything completed

Great service and honesty. I wen in thinking I blew my speakers. I agreed to purchase new speakers with Troy. Troy called me back after his installer Yao looked at my car, Troy told me that the speakers were fine and it was just wiring that needed resoldering. They fixed it with no charge. This service and honesty will make sure that this is the only location I will use from now on. Thank you both I appreciate your effort.

They did get my SXS done on schedule however they have terrible quality of work. Their connections are not waterproof on a SXS which is an off-road machine. If you want connections like in the picture, see these guys. Hopefully your rig doesnt burn down.

The manager at this location who looks and acts like he just got out on parole is the reason after being a customer for 26 years I will never buy from here again . I will also make sure everyone I know and every social media platform is aware of my experience. After not getting a receipt and their refund policy not being listed anywhere in the store I was told they will not refund a complete system that was never installed or delivered to me. Then he said he could do it. Smh. Must be from out of state. Joseph who works there should be the manager and was great to deal with.

When I took my truck in to Quality Auto Sound to have a new radio and back up camera installed I was told it was cost $110 more than what I was quoted in person. After discussing the difference in the numbers I chose to not have the work done by this shop because they would not honor the quote I was given. I received my $100 down payment refund and left the store. Am not at all happy with how this was handled and will not use QAS for any future work.

They squeezed me in at the last minute on Friday afternoon without any complaints. Professional installer -- who went a step further and built a custom bracket/frame to accompany the new stereo unit for my old ugly car (at no extra charge). Joe (customer service) was very nice and helpful. He sat with me in the car to make sure the system worked properly and that I knew how to use it. I highly recommend this location!!

I went here to get a pair of subs installed in the trunk of my 07 Passat. I also needed to buy an amp and wiring. Because I dont have an aftermarket head unit, the parts and labor increase was $85 more on top of the $40 regular install. The wiring kit was $80 and the amp was $160. Then add in a $16 shop fee. I spent $400. I had to settle for a cheaper amp to help afford the cost of labor, so consider this before hand. Compared to other competitors, I can say from shopping around their prices are slightly lower. I did get good customer service and they were able to do it in the morning because I was leaving later that day. So far they sound good. All in all though they did a solid job on the wiring from what I can tell. For me, price is an important factor and if I could have spent less on the install I would have been able to get a nicer amp. That would make this place great, but the quality and customer service makes this a good choice for a consumer who can afford it.

I purchased a remote start a few months ago.I took it back in because it wasnt working properly.I dropped off my vehicle. They called and said it was done. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I saw that my windshield was cracked exactly where the repair work was done.I immediately contacted the salesmen.He looked at it and said we didnt do that, but I will go ask my lead installer.A few minutes later he returned. My lead installer can says it was already there. Surprise!!!I was then told they would not repair or replace the windshield.I called their corporate office and spoke with Minos. Who in all of 15 minutes had completed his inquiry into my issue prior to my phone call. During the phone call Minos admitted the installer had done the damage and they would not being replacing my windshield. Even when I pointed out he had admitted liability, he said, so we are not replacing your windshield.Now I am concerned about having to have further warranty work done at this business.

I came in and worked with Zach to get a system (deck, amp, subs) installed for my sons birthday that I had pulled out of my daughters car. He worked with me to re-use as much of the cords as we could and did everything possible to keep the price reasonable and within my budget. He even called me a week after the installation to make sure that everything was satisfactory. GREAT Customer Service!! I highly recommend this place, especially after Car Toys gave me the cold shoulder when I told them my budget.

Just had a radio package installed by them on 12/7/2019 and they couldnt get steering wheel controls working on that occasion. I take it back again 1/9/2020 and they tell me the controls are not working and they are sorry. I can assure you these controls were working prior to the install and the damage was done by your workers. Parting gift: Im only offered a partial refund of part and labor only and broken controls.I was sold this as a package with FULL assurances this would work or I could get a full refund (Satisfaction Guaranteed). I now ask for the full refund and they will only offer a refund on the broken part... Not worth the headache, believe the other low start reviews and check the BBB, these guys are rated D. Wish I would have looked first and not shopped a pre Christmas deal.

FIRST OF ALL IF IT WAS NOT FOR THESE TWO GENTLEMAN JOE AND TJ I WOULD BE EITHER DOING THE WORK MYSELF OR FINDING A COMPANY THAT KNOWS HOW TO EMPLOY EXCEPTIONAL MANAGERS! I visited this location to see how much it was to get my Honda up and going . I have been having issues with a amp that came with the vehicle that I purchased around tax time. I was greeted by two gentleman joe and tj. I told them my issues and they suggested that i have them diagnose the problem. I didn’t have a lot of money and could not afford the $80 per hour they told me it would be . Joe then told me that he would go look at it and tj would help him . They came out to my Honda and spent a good 29 minutes to tell me that I had a bad fuse . Not only did they tell me what wrong but they fixed my problem ! I noticed that the other gentleman was upset because I didn’t pay any money and by the way he looked at joe and his co worker I knew they might get in trouble . These two gentleman deserve recognition and deserve to be awarded for honesty and integrity. I drive 80 percent of the time for work and they saved me from hearing the tires and the pavement 10 hours a day. I will be back and as a customer I would really hope that you notice what employees you have that go above and beyond . I hope this review does not get them into trouble for not charging me . Ive been having trouble with Bluetooth connection for sometime .I went to car toys and they wanted to charge me a obscured amount to just see what was going on . Despite reading the reviews i decided to go to quality auto sound to see what they would say .When i walked in I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of TJ. I told him what was going on, and without any hesitation he told me he was going to go outside to see what the problem was . he reset my radio and paired my phone back up and adjusted all the settings .My radio sounds better then ever and it works!!!!! The best thing is that he didnt charge me . Customer service goes a long way, and because of the great experience I had with TJ, I will be coming back. I walked in and the salesman I spoke to named Markeith was very helpful. I showed him what stock stereo I had in my Subaru and he was able to help me find one that was good for the money but I told him I only wanted to stay in the $500 range. He is very knowledgeable and honest. They installed the stereo this past Monday and everything is so nice and sounds amazing. Service is good, but watch out for their no credit check financing through a company called Progressive Leasing. Its very expensive. A $400 car alarm can cost you over $1,000 if you dont do the 90 day same as cash option on the contract.

DO NOT BUY HERE go to Car Toys. Sold me a faulty DVD receiver with busted Bluetooth. Tried to have them look at it twice within 30 days of purchase and was told they were too busy to take a look at it. Then after 30 days still under manufacturer warranty they would not exchange it out unless I paid them $50 which I can get shipping to the service center for less than $15. Horrible customer service I have no respect for this company. I went to Car Toys for my other vehicle and I am thoroughly impressed by their service and quality installations.

Did you know that various locations quote different prices on the exact same services? They say they need to keep my car ALL DAY to simply uninstall my sub and amp... but then I drive down the Street to your competitor Car Toys and they have many openings with fair price and do not need to hold my vehicle all damn day and they schedule me in without a deposit. Car toys will uninstall my sub and amp in 1.5hrs compared to your all day hold I’d gladly spend the extra $40 to get it done this weekend rather than what works for your dump.

I thought the guys were fairly knowledgeable about their industry but I have a huge issue with not being able to schedule an appointment to have a product purchased there installed. I have tried twice to take my car in the night before to be installed and by the time I get there all of the spots have been taken. I dont have time to continue to drive to the store to be told I cannot get my car in the next day. What kind of business model is this. Maybe they have flakes who dont show up but this is ridiculous. I will most likely never buy anything from this company again.

Had remote alarm installed. Long story short a relay wasnt put back properly and was loose to the point car wouldnt start. They disconnected it and my local shop found the problem. $150 to push a relay in. Set up an appointment to have remote hooked back up and when I showed up they said I missed my appointment. Hmmmm I put in calendar at the counter. Next available appointment in another month. From now on Ill just stick with car toys.

Went in with the intention of buying a couple of unloaded 10 inch subwoofer truck boxes. After Dalton the salesman showed me the boxes, I decided to ask about the no credit check financing. He explained the process and the requirements thoroughly. I filled out the application and was approved for an amount I will not disclose. He didnt try to upsell me into more than what I wanted and explained all the specs on the equipment I was choosing between. I made a decision and he worked out a better deal than I expected which enabled me to purchase another component to finish out the whole system. The store manager was professional and honest, as was Dalton. I will be going back to outfit another vehicle with my Christmas bonus. I would recommend anyone looking for a good buying experience with knowledgeable sales and management staff to head to this location. Forget car toys or any other big stores. I will continue to recommend and purchase from this location! Hands down it was the best car audio buying experience I have ever had.

One of the worst retail experiences ever! Purchased new touch screen stereo with Apple Play. Asked to keep my steering wheel controls and back up camera which required a special order hardness. 3 days later, harness arrives and drop truck off. Next day I receive a call saying they received the wrong harness, but will have the correct harness in the morning. Call midday the next morning and am told the second harness is also wrong and they are ordering a third harness, having it over-nighted. Pick up the truck with partial install and find that Sirius XM is not connected and they cant install it that day. Three days later, no word, so call to check. Am told they will call back in 5-10 minutes. 3 hours goes by and call back in to be told the harness is 10 days out. Meanwhile I am without a backup camera or Sirius XM. If I won a stereo on a game show, I wouldnt go to Quality Auto sound to have them install it for free.

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Back in September, I got a new stereo for my car as a gift, and went to quality after they told me over the phone the price it would be and to bring it on in. Although they had the lowest price for installation, they had me running around in circles. When I first came in, they told me I needed a specific part for my car and it would take them at least a week to get it in, or I could get one from car toys. I did, and when I came back to have my stereo installed, one of the associates working started bashing my car, about how horrible it is and how much he hates it (I should have just left then). They then told me after listening to this for 10 minutes and waiting for 20, that they were full for the day and dont take appointments so they told me when to come back. I came back a few days after, when they told me to, and told me yet again they were booked for the day and to come back again, same kid still talking bad about my car. After coming back THREE SEPERATE TIMES I finally gave up and went to Best Buy, who price matched qualitys price and got me in within the hour. Safe to say I will never be returning to quality auto sound for any needs ever again. There needs to be more professionalism and more care for customers in here.

I had issues with my Subs after some time Markieth came through for me and got me fixed up. Even took some extra time to make sure things were right. I greatly appreciate the good service!10 months later problems. Now I get the run around. Finally get a replacement sub but they left all my speaker wires unhooked and took my speaker screws. After a 40 min drive to figure that out. My amp is still going into protect mode which it has never done at this volume this entire time except when the speaker was hot or blown. Now I get to leave with no answers and no warranty on my new replaced sub because it is discontinued. Less than a year later Im learning that I will need to replace the speakers. So the manufacturers warranty would have done me just fine. Be aware. I left some stars just because in the past Ive had good service. I dont know what happened.

I recently had the factory CD player in my truck replaced by these folks. They were quick and even upgraded me to a better unit at the lesser unit price when they were out of stock on the one I wanted. The installation took less than an hour. No complaints.

Man these guys are awesome. Joe worked with me and my budget and built the best system we could (touchscreen deck and subs) Incredible install from the heat shrink power wires, neat and tidy zip ties. I cant tell anyone had to access deep into the vehicle. Being a newer vehicle and me having poor luck with shotty installs in the past (from other NAME installers) I was a bit fearful.. They were able to fit me into their schedule quickly, offered me future discounts, and were very responsive to me changing something after install had began. Overall these guys exceeded my expectations and I look forward to other future upgrades. Thank you guys

Called a day in advance to make an appointment for speaker install, was told they do it 1st come 1st serve. Got there was told was the 1st customer and install should only take max 4 hrs. ....5 hrs later car still not done and they had pulled out cars that got there obviously after me. Terrible service, no apology, no heads up on the delay.I have been a customer for decades and this was honestly the worst service to date. What happened to customer service??

Came in on Saturday to have my factory speakers replaced and an amp installed. Mike Paez reassured me that they could use the factory deck with no problems and ended up selling me a custom sub enclosure and amp on top of what i originally wanted and i was fine with that. I dropped my truck off this morning and informed Mike that i would generously tip the installer if my vehicle was completed early since i need my truck for work. At 5pm. Mike calls me saying his installers are unable to get the factory stereo to work with the amp and wants to sell me a new deck at a discount. I dont want a new deck and told him to put my vehicle back like it was or get it to work with the factory deck and asked for a complete refund. The manager DONALD said he would troubleshoot it. Its 5:30 and im sitting in front of the store waiting for an answer. Ill finish this post in a bit.So Donald came out and told me they are closing and were unable to fix my system so i asked him when a manager would be present tomorrow so i could have my money refunded and that i would take my vehicle to Car Toys. Donald told me i better lose my f@$!ing attitude. Long story short Donald called the police and had me removed telling the police i threatened to kick his a$#. How does a multi store chain allow an employee to behave like this? I want to say thank you to Mike Paez for doing everything in his power to take care of me as a customer and diffuse the situation. I was admittedly upset after spending nearly 3000.00 and leaving with no sound in my truck. The two installers in the back were also very professional and i appreciate them making an attempt to fix the problem. Donald has no business being a manager and i hope something is done about all this. Until i hear from management i will never use this store. Thanks for taking the time to read this post.FOLLOW UP...This morning (tuesday) i received a call from the manager Troy and he let me know that his store does not run like this and he was willing to do whatever it takes to make things right and make sure im happy with my experience so i took my truck back to him at 4pm and by 6pm i had a perfectly working sound system with which i am very pleased. I admit i was upset yesterday and my attitude made the situation worse but i am very grateful to know Troy truly cares about the people who shop at his store and i plan on returning in a few days to have him install an amp and sub. Thank you Troy!!!Also Donald was man enough to apologize to me which i appreciate. Thank you Donald.

Excellent experience, service was professional in all aspects from being informative in helping us choose the right stereo system to meet our needs without trying to sell us something we didnt need or want to taking the time to explain our new stereo and all the functions it has. a power outage happened while they were installing the system and they didnt let that stop them from doing the job. The salesman, Ronny Escamilla, was very professional allowing us to hear the new system in my car to decide if we needed new speakers without pushing speakers we didnt need. HIGHLY recommend this company and the Littleton store specifically I would give them a 5 star rating

After being told the remote starts were installed first come first serve, my husband took my vehicle back the next morning at 9am, he was told it would take 3 to 4 hours, it actually took them 6.5 hours, while they installed my remote start more than half of my quarters in my console grew legs and walked away hmmm, shouldve went to car toys!! Not a happy camper. The remote start works great tho

I will say one thing the staff was extremely helpful And nice but that’s the only thing good about this place drop my car off at nine it is now 3 o’clock and they’re saying it won’t be done until close to six that is ridiculous it doesn’t take that long to install the stereo and the app I have done stereo installation before and it shouldn’t take this damn long maybe for somebody that doesn’t know what they’re doing but not for somebody who knows what they’re doing this is ridiculous very disappointed

I went to car toys first and was almost blown over by their price!!!!! WAY too much!!! Drove right down the street and told them what I wanted for my husbands vintage bus and was installed same day, almost half as much!!!! They did a GREAT JOB and would highly recommend!!! Save a bunch of $$$ and go here instead of car toys!!!!

The front desk staff was nice and polite BUT, while my car sound system was being installed I had cash in my center console and when my car was returned back to me, I saw that my cash was stolen out of my car!! Do not trust these workers they are thieves and should be prosecuted!!

Had these guys install my stereo, amp, and subs a few years back. My subs had been cutting out at high volume so I spent 5 hours today trying to figure out what the issue was and fixing it. I found out that they had installed the ground cable for the amp all wrong. The connections to the metal chassis and to the amp were both installed wrong. Made me mad enough to write this review. I cant believe they screwed up something so basic.

I came to check out Quality Auto Sound after I got a quote from Car Toys and then decided to have subwoofer installed here at Quality auto sound. Jesse was very helpful and patient. He is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone wo needs their auto sound improved.
