I recently stopped in to have someone put a screen protector on my phone for me, and was lucky enough to get to have Disney help me. He took the time to explain why someone there needed to do it (for the protection plan we have on our phones), recommend a product to use, and applied it for me. He also had me register the product with the manufacturer, giving me up to $250 worth of protection on my very expensive new phone. Ive never had anyone help me with applying a screen protector before, and I could have done it myself, but the way I was encouraged to do it ticked all the right boxes for coverage and compensation, if that becomes necessary. Disney was helpful to an extreme, and really seemed to be happy to lend a hand and make sure things were done correctly. The store itself was a calm, cool, quiet, oasis, and I was greeted by and smiled at more than once by the other two people working there. Great experience all the way around. I never know which T-Mobile store to go to for help, but this one will be my first stop next time something comes up.

Mathew B and his manager, also Matt, were great. Incredibly patient and thorough with everything. With the current merger, things can get hectic, but Matt continued to be patient and made sure to handle everything correctly and as quick as possible. I would definitely recommend him if youre looking to switch or get a new device!

I walked in randomly to get my boyfriend a phone and very nice staff and they all communicated with me since I walked in but Angel answered questions the other staff didnt know and helped us and the other employee and made sure we were taken care of. Angel is great at what she does and probably needs a promotion or raise!

Disney and Matt were fantastic to work with! I called in and spoke to Matt and he scheduled me to meet with Disney and Dajour. Both were very kind, and Disney was very knowledgeable about the products and services. The building was very clean and I felt safe with their COVID procedures. I was in and out quickly and efficiently. Cant recommend this store enough!

Staff was fast, knowledgeable and got the job done well. They even did both phone transfers for us in less than an hour. We went next door for lunch and boom they were done! Sad to see they are not stocking much of the phones that are not 5g though.

The Staff is great but what they tell you your pay is not even close. We were told one thing and talked into switching over from AT&T and told and shown that we would actually be paying $100.00 less but come to find out weve been paying $170.00 - $200.00 more a month then we did at Azt&T.. I regret ever going to Sprint.

When I had trouble submitting my request for a phone upgrade online (iPhone forever) I went into this store and everyone was absolutely accommodating and helpful. The service team was called to get my upgrade situated and the wait wasnt long at all.Ill definitely come back (and I recommend everyone else go to this location) for any future needs!

On Saturday, January 2, My sister and I visited this store to get help with our account that was in ruin (courtesy of the Sprint Corporate Store in Glendale, CO). Retail Consultant, Phi Nguyen, provided outstanding customer service to my sister and I. Our issue took over two hours to resolve during which Phi was patent, kind, communicative and knowledgeable. If you go to this store, ask for Phi Nguyen. He is an asset to Sprint and restored my faith in Sprint. I recommend him to anyone who has any problem with Sprint.

Nice location, pretty easy to find and parking is never a problem.But the best part is easily their staff. Incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and able to answer any question you have, and they dont try to oversell or force a bunch of unnecessary things on you.I usually would just stop at the location on Arapahoe & Parker Road. But this one is easily worth the drive, and with how helpful they are I honestly save more time in the long run.

Great sales people upfront. Was told that I had 60 days to try out the network because I established a business account. The devices were returned 30 days ago and received a bill for over $2,000. The people at the store refused to help.

So I was upgrading from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone X. Before the visit I backed up my phone to my computer. I went in and told them I could load the back up on to the new iPhone 7. It did not work so I had to come in once more to see if they could transfer it to the new one in store. They said it would take 20-30 minutes and it ended up being a 4 hour deal. The whole time they complained about their WiFi, and rightly so. I had to drive back to Fort Collins so I told them so just upload the phone the the I cloud back up. Little did I know that that version of the back up wasn’t compatible with the iPhone X. I called later the next day since the guy said he would hold it one more day and when I called the lady was apathetic, as if my problems with sprint didn’t concern her or anything. They ended up wiping the old phone and sending it out that night. They were all virtually helpless over the phone and if I could have my day and my data back I would. Sprint is a joke, and this location is the knee slapping portion of that bad joke.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I’ve called for a month in a half for an update on an order that I ordered and they always say they will call me back and they don’t. They always say they are to busy inside the store and can’t help me. This has been the most unprofessional service I have experience. I have been a customer since 2009 and no one has ever been so unprofessional. It’s not even only one person it’s the whole store. I have talked to so many employees.

I have been a Sprint customer for a little over 13 years now. I have purchased equipment, and different cellular plans from various Sprint stores in all these years.Yesterday was a different experience. Eric was the representative who helped me and my wife at this specific location. I have not yet had a representative at any Sprint store be so informative, helpful, and set me up with a plan that fits my needs/budget.I have always had the impression that Sprint store reps cant wait to get you what youre there for, and get you out as fast as possible. I can remember that this has led a a few extra trips back before. Eric took his time, asked us the right questions, saved us a lot more than I thought I could with new phones, and got us exactly what we were looking for....Including an awesome new charger that without the information he provided about it, I would have never added to my order.I also did not expect to have my wife upgrade her old phone as I was just there to get one...but with all the calculations, new plan Eric set us up with, and all the attractive goodies included in the bundle we couldnt resist setting the wife up too. Thanks Eric!As a Sprint customer who has visited many different Sprint stores all across the USA, for the last 13 years....I could easily say this specific location by the Park Meadows mall, and the experience I had working with Eric has been hands down the best.I would like to give mention to another representative at this store. I reserved a phone online to be picked up at this location. I arrived prior to my scheduled appointment with a paper copy of the order details, which indicated a What youll pay today value of $199.99.The store informed me that they would not complete the transaction, as they have moved to a system of payments on the phones, AKA leasing.My experience with this store was an utter waste of time. I was not given an explanation as to why the online store allowed me to setup a transaction that the store was unwilling to fulfill, nor was any apology issued for the bait and switch.Simply put, Sprint has indicated that they do not want my business, as they would not sell me the product that I reserved online. I did learn, however, that 3rd party retailers such as Best Buy and Radio Shack are more than happy to sell me a phone, and will have it setup on the Sprint network. In other words, if you must use Sprint, youre infinitely better off to go anywhere besides a Sprint store, as other businesses understand that customers are sick of being extorted each month.Too long, Didnt read?Sprint wont sell you a phone anymore as they prefer to bill you each month.

Had the most horrific time dealing with Jordyn Ks inability to process a simple refund while returning a device from early that day that was never activated on a new account. after he fail repetitively to refund on my card Jordyn said sprint would be issuing a check to an address thats not mine and its my responsibility to deal with the people at the address to get it, i called sprint and they couldnt find any refund in their systems.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Tonight, I walked into this store with all intentions to transfer my $200/month family plan from a different carrier. Upon entrance, the employees made eye contact with us but failed to say anything. I think to myself Eh, they are pretty busy, understandable. After about 15 minutes it was finally our turn, I tell the sales associate We are looking to buy 2 iPhone 6s Plus, and transfer our account from X carrier. He immediately, states everything that they DONT have, as if he were trying to push us along. Now I understand that not all 20 something year old people walk into this store willing to pay upwards of $500+ for 2 new phones, but do you really not want to take the chance? Once he narrowed down our selection to near nothing, he passed us along to what appeared to be the store manager. Once approached by this sales woman that looked as if she had just gotten out of bed, we receive a Ok so you guys want these new iphones? I reply Yes we are, however,we would like for you to discuss some plans with us The sales woman paced back and fourth looking for Crap she claimed to be looking for. After declining some Cut your bill in half speech she offered, she took her pen and scribbled all over the paper, as a 3 year old would do if they didnt get their way. I politely stated Thank you for you help, but we are going elsewhere. Not another word was said by the employee. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had when attempting to spend $500 dollars. I will deter every single person possible from doing business with your company - Thanks for not taking my money!!!

The girl at the door, who basically CONTROLS who you get handed off to, and if you get service, etc., said my Samsung Galaxy S2 phone that they STILL SELL IN THIS STORE, is no longer getting updates from Samsung, which is why it sometimes loses power and reboots. She said I was due for an upgrade over a year ago, and that I needed to get off that old technology. Why in the heck do they still sell this phone? Are they into corporate suicide!? Or...is this sales person an idiot, and the phone is actually fine, which is why millions bought and used this phone, and why it was fine up till now? I opt for the latter being the reality. She came back and dropped my battery on the table, saying it was 6 months swollen (trust me, she isnt skilled enough to know it was 6 months swollen, or 3 months, or 2 years...idiot is more likely). She never tested another battery in the phone to see if it was stable, despite me having a service agreement (!), she really didnt say anything else, but just walked off to the front podium again. I thought about it, glanced at the new phones for a minute or two, and then left...she wasnt busy, and yet didnt even say goodbye. Filed a complaint with corporate, but wanted to throw a notice up here too. This is the third time I have been to this store, and all three times I left feeling like I received crap service...not sub par, but flat out crap.

I had nothing but problems with this store. i went in trying to price phones out. i had a phone plan with my ex wife through sprint and explained im trying to do price checking and wasnt necessarily trying to get on a new phone plan until i knew how much it would be. to make a long story short, the girl returned my phone before even checking anything. when i said i was going to keep looking at other plans as i couldnt afford to pay that day, she said she already returned my phone and there was nothing she could do. so she gave me the option to either get the cheapest phone they had or leave without a phone number. so more or less i was forced into the cheap phone. when i talked to the manager about it he kept trying to upsell the same phone to me and as i kept saying no he kept wanting to give me cheaper and cheaper phones. this store is a joke. the employees are a joke. and when i kept going higher in the chain to talk to somebody else about it, i realized sprint is a joke. save your money and go to cricket or something. and if youre going to go with sprint, do yourself a favor and take a drive to a different store.

Really disappointed with this store. I upgraded 3 months ago the Samsung s7 edge for which I purchased the insurance. I recently dropped the phone and went in to get it replaced. They tell me that I have insurance on a free hotspot I was given as part of a promotion and that I need to call sprint customer care or go back to the original store to get it sorted out. If your store says Sprint on it, you should be able to help me and now I have to be further inconvenienced because a Sprint employee added the insurance to the wrong line.

I came in directed by the Sprint tech the night before so that I can exchange my phone. The assistant manager basically told me its your app you have to do a hard reset without diagnosing. I asked him, Another hard reset? Are you sure? My significant other has many apps and he has no issue. He didnt even figure in that Ive been having hardware issues. Just scoooted me out the door since I know I can do the reset myself. BTW where is the 4G/LT that Sprint has been saying theyre going to provide?

We were sold 3 devices here with out being aware or warned of the bad coverage Sprint has across the country! Spent 4 days with no data and hardly any phone service! My husband is a truck driver and my son and I travel occasionally with him and my son is autiistic and relays on a device for entertainment. Needless to say it was a very hard trip and we found out we used up all of our roaming because we had no service! Finally got to a state that has Sprint service but we are taking out phones back! Feel totally mislead by Sprint. They have not changed and they caused a lot of hardship with my son because he couldn’t use his tablet. So unfair
