DO NOT SHOP HERE! Rude and abusive manager. Bad temper and creates an unsafe shopping environment. Openly made fun of non English speaking customers. A very unwelcoming place. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Good prices for junk!!

I purchased a chair in March. The employee who helped us was pleasant and patient. That is the end of the good report. The manager really should not be working with the public! Delivery was delayed due to lack of help....understandable and still ok. We arranged to pick up the chair ourselves. The chair was loaded into the car. Got it home and it was not even the correct chair - it was a rocker recliner and we had never chosen a rocker (the one thing we did not want!). Called the store...the manager never returned our calls. Last week the foot rest stopped working. Upon inspection the wire underneath was sparking, cut, and obviously put together wrong as it fed through one of the springs (reminder - WE did not put the chair together) Called the store...the manager never returned our calls. Went to the store and were given a new wire to replace ourselves. When asked what could be done the manager suggested we could buy a new chair! No thank you, $600 for poor quality, poor service and a potentially dangerous situation due to improper assembly..we wont be back. The manager is rude and unprofessional (and Ive worked in the service industry for 30 years so, yes, I know the difference between professional and not)!

Lots of good deals to be had! Lots of beautiful wood carvings to choose from including wall hangings and tables/chairs/etc. Plenty of options in all price ranges. Staff was very friendly and helpful but not pushy!

Bought a very nice couch. They delivered to my third floor apt for a very reasonable fee. Very happy with the whole experience and will buy here again.

Not alot of selections for living room sets, & NO DEAL if u buy both pieces.

We bought a reclining sofa, a plush recliner, and a second recliner for another room two weeks ago. Reg was great to deal with and helped me choose colors. The delivery team were very accommodating and everything we have purchased is very comfortable. I would buy from Family Furniture again.

I bought a sleep sofa, armoire and bed there and I am thrilled with all of them. I shopped around and even went out of state and am happy I stayed locally (I always prefer to shop locally but sometimes its hard to find what youre looking for). Here I found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. The service was excellent, the delivery guys were great in a very difficult situation as they had to carry the items down a tremendous amount of stairs. Thanks Family Furniture!

Reg was patient and helpful with selecting our furniture. Delivery guys were good and they delivered for free. Ive bought there several times now.

I bought a loveseat recliner . I bought it for my camper, with that said I only use it on weekends. The second weekend at my camper I went to recline and the back broke . I have been back to the store twice . The first time the lady working told me the owner would contact me. The second time a different lady said that was a closeout sale, of which I told her closeout yes but it should still last longer than two weeks. She told me she would let the owner know I was in . My best advise to anyone who shops at this store is the owner does not stand behind his product at all . As a matter of fact the owner dont even have the decency to call and listen to the problem. 👎👎👎

We got sectional couch there and it has falling apart have only had it for 3 yearsWe got it before we moved to NC because we had retired .it should had lasted longer than this.I wrote them and gave them pictures and we hear nothing from them.This is the second piece the first was a queen size bed and frame that the frame broke we got this one in the woodsville store.But thought we would try Littleton .They should stand behind their furniture.So Im say dont buy nothing from them very poor furniture.

The customer service at this store is wonderful. They were very accommodating to me after having a very disappointing experience with another furniture store here in town.
